Absolutely horrific, except for the location because it s 30 min away from all see-sighting and beach.
Except from the night watcher who welcomed us with sandwiches and drinks ( night arrival), and the blond cleaning lady, don t expect much smiles or genuine ones and help. Barman ignoring me while i wad right in front of him, just because he was too busy playing on his phone. Most seem not happy to work there and they make you feel it. Personnel even stole from us : we forgot a piece of clothing on mini disco, the piece was found and supposedly put behind the reception desk and strangely enough was taken to be put with laundry (bedsheets and stuff) that would only come back once we were gone....
Rooms are old. Bathroom dangerous because tiny: you can t get changed in it and the worst: you have to climb over the toilet to get into the tub on which the window has been sealed badly with silicone.... ) so imagine when you have a kiddo to wash . Also the bathroom gets easily flooded to the great pleasure of cockroaches.
Now about food.... if you want to loose weight quickly (but painfully) this is the place to be ! Out of 3 of us, 2 had food-poisoning at separate occasions ( and not eating the samd thing)... we were not the only ones (we could hear puking noises from several bedrooms while going through the corridor)
Bad luck, you could say? Surely not! Food is not kept hot , it's kept at room temperature and the hot plates just seem to be decorative. Watching the kitchen staff: gloves are on but kept all along and not changed even after wiping a snorty nose or scratching skin (god knows what else). They don t even realise that with those practices they could kill people (infants, elderly, severe diseased peole and so on)...
I won t apologize for this last sentence, good hygiene practices and safety of food being my job , I can't let them go away with ignoring the risk they put their clients through

This is my first holiday from which I dream of returning home.

With my family of 4 (2+2) we had a late arrival. We used a private transfer from the hotel which took over an hour and we didn't make it to dinner. After checking in and leaving our luggage, we were shown a snack bar where at 10.30 there was nothing but ice cream.
The double room we were accommodated in, made me cry - cramped, micro room with an interior finished in the european 90s and very neglected. I couldn't sleep a wink all night.
In the morning we went for breakfast, after which we decided to upgrade the room with which we went to the reception - 30 per day for a family room, 40 per day for a room with a "private" pool, which is shared with 3 other rooms. We chose a room with a room with private pool. It turned out that despite the rest of the completely empty rooms in the neighborhood, we had neighbors and shared the pool however, it didn't bother me at all until they checked out - after the neighbors left the rooms in the morning, the staff came to "clean" the room and also the area around the pool, taking away the sunbeds, umbrella, etc. that we thought were part of our room and that added to the attractiveness of the room. I understand that it was the end of the season, but since we were placed in the last two rooms next to each other, they could have been cleaned together at the end. I didn't feel comfortable with big mens in the morning in a place where I paid for privacy and peace. The room itself is not worth the upgrade apart from the size - it is definitely bigger, but the level of finish and cleanliness still leaves much to be desired. A noticeable difference is that in the double rooms there is a note that for the good of the envi cleaning is every 2nd day, while in the better rooms there is no such note and cleaning is daily.

After changing rooms, our room with a pool was supposed to be prepared for us, but nothing like that happened - we had to go to the reception ourselves and ask for towels and bed linen. Don't count on a good night's sleep, because the mattresses and pillows are awful.
In the room we already had ants, mosquitoes, cockroaches, a gecko even though we keep the door closed all the time.

In 4-star hotels we are used to renting beach towels without a problem - we were very wrong, here we had to wait for them until 12 noon and I remind you that we arrived late in the evening. These towels are probably a collection of towels left by tourists over the years and the cost of renting such a towel is a deposit of 5 euros.

Regarding the food - I gave 2 stars only because my husband and son have a gluten free diet and the chef really tries so that they do not have any unpleasantness during their holidays. Chef is a very nice person, very helpful. The quality of the food leaves much to be desired, it is the same over and over in a million ways but that is only the fault of the hotel manager, I cannot blame the people in the kitchen for this who really try. The bar is okay, the quality of drinks I will not mention, because it perfectly reflects the entire hotel and the thriftiness of the owners. The reception is terrible at doing deals and we do not feel well looked after at all. The pools are cold, the lifeguard spends more time in the bar than in the pool where the children play. I absolutely do not agree with and it is unacceptable. To rent a car at the hotel, it works in the morning and in the evening, these are two different people. The woman is great at doing business, she gave us a price of 30 euros per day for the car and the man wanted to charge us 45 later - watch out!

I absolutely never want to go back, I am more tired than before the holiday and I will return home 5 kg thinner. I do not recommend this hotel, because it deserves a maximum of 2 **.

Never again! Upon arrival, after waiting for 1 hour, we were given a room in a further annex, which was horrible. Since I was with my little son and he was already very tired, the only important thing was that he could sleep. The next day we got our room at 2 o'clock, so our vacation started badly. The hotel has no Greek atmosphere. Only foreigners work. But I have all the respect for the people working in the pool bar and the pita bar. Every day from morning to night, alone. The food is boring and often tasteless. A lot of food is quick frozen. The rooms are not cleaned and towels are not changed. Maximum 2 stars, there are much better hotels in Rhodes.

Based on the list price of the hotel and the Booking images we had assumed that this hotel will be a quality one, we can spend a relaxing holiday here and we can enjoy the animation and food service of the hotel. But due to the poor quality of the food, and animation we have rented a car and discovered the island instead of to spend many time in this “resort”. This hotel is not a 4*, 4/5, or booking 8/10 hotel, more like a 2/5, 5-6 booking score hotel, should be positioned as an affordable holiday complex for every families and not as a quiet, quality 4* resort for a relaxing and recharging holiday.
Most of the things are no managed, and amature here, the restaurant mostly self service (you need to make your own table most of the time). It seems, that from management point of view they have no processes, rules, guidelines.
Some of their guests are rude (eg.: listening loud music during the meals, steal our table, there are many uncontrolled kids)
