It was a very pleasant stay for a getaway weekend. Koula made me very special coffee for me as I wasn't happy with the first cappuccino during breakfast. The facilities are very nice and it offers everything I need

Picturesque, quiet and spacious. Plenty of pool beds, beach beds, well spaced out. You won't notice when it's fully booked

The only downside side was the late checkout isn't allowed regardless of the booking situation. Every extra hour is charged a extra 15€, which I haven't heard of

We also loved the special experiences available at the resort, such as the floating breakfast, a lovely beachside lunch, and an incredibly romantic dinner by the pool – perfect for couples looking to create lasting memories

At times I had 1:1 sessions and sunrise yoga on the beach was a real treat with the waves lapping in. Being able to use Blue Bay for breakfast gives you tranquility at the start of the day and the Sky Bar at the end

Thank you to Kiki, Mila and Babar for looking after us. Milos food and service was great, not convinced of the Ginger concept but the food was nice separately, just not sure together

The Blue Bay fine dining experience was exceptional, a real treat that beats some fine dining restaurants in London based on food quality. Trips to Rhodes Old Town, Lindos, Pefkas and Symi were great

Nice hotel for Family with Children. But still Missing bar on the beach and more attraction for Children.

Just sat writing this review waiting for the taxi to the airport. This was our second visit with the first being in 2019 and once again the Residences didn’t disappoint

We returned to this hotel after six years because we remembered its great location on the beach in a quiet part of Kolymbia

all equipped with different swimming pool, walking behind is the beach side, tennis court, stay in there every moment is partly. hotel walk out 1 minute is main town with full shopping area, bar area

Have been here a week so far and have been loving it. All the staff have been amazing especially Romain and Andrea with the entertainment to keep everyone entertained.

The room was modern and so comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is close to 3 beaches which was great to explore and swim in the sea. As I said there was nothing to complain about at all

Drinks 9/10 Rooms 9/10 Clean 12/10 Beach area needs a good clean don't need loads spent on it just needs a good clean up and better signs. The other beach is better right direction from back of hotel

They upgraded us to a pool view room and there was a bottle of wine in the room with a fruit basket and as the kitchen was shut they knocked the door with sandwiches

The beach is about 200–300 m away, so just a short walk. Big plus for the slides and pools. Food was repetitive but fine for the hotel’s level. Rooms are more like 3–4 stars, and the bathroom needs renovation

We went 2 weeks from the end of season and it seemed like they were all ready to go home. The pools were good despite being very cold apart from the heated pool although a little grubby

We only ate in the olive restaurant and always enjoyed our food although the kids food is very repetitive. The staff here were always friendly and worked really hard in clearing tables

The bathroom could definitely do with a refurb as the shower looked very grubby and we found what looked like an animal dropping in the corner of the floor

The rest of the bar staff and the staff from the snack bar and ice cream shack didn’t seem like they wanted to be there and never interacted with us

Not sure what from possibly lizards as we always saw them outside above our door. Entertainment staff were also really good and friendly

First time to greece, fantastic hotel ,food was great and alot of variety spoilt for choice, drinks and cocktails were lovely, didnt have to dash out to put towels out as it wasn't over packed,beach towels are included in price

We had a wonderful stay at Asterias Beach Resort! Everything was spotless and well-organized, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful

The entertainment in this hotel is excellent with the animation team being super friendly and working hard every day to make this hotel as fun as possible with its vast range of activities to choose from

The hotel entertainment Animation namely Elsa, Clara, Zac and Luciano were very interactive and super friendly and they were full of fun and energy which is great as it makes the day fun!! Would recommend for families!

Small room and very small shower. Staff are very nice and welcoming. The breakfast is good. And the dinner was amazing! Nice location directly obove the water line, just cross the road and you will be at the beach.

The food in the restaurant is really delicious. During our stay we went to eat there several times and tried the menu. From starter to dessert, everything was really great. We were always warmly welcomed

Spectacular beach Grande Blue is just 2 minutes away by car. There are many options even for me as a vegetarian. The rooms are a bit older but they are always clean. The hotel beach is very nice and pretty

We booked a family suite with sea view and it was amazing. The people were very friendly and welcoming. 😙Very good breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet in a fine restaurant with an a amazing view of the ocean

It is suitable for both families with children and single couples. I would especially like to praise the receptionist named Alexia, she was very patient and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel

Location was brilliant, right on the beautiful beach. Have to pay €20 per couple for sunbeds and brolly, which is a bit steep for 10 days! Hotel restaurants on the beach were lovely. Food and drinks good and ok prices

The staff Adonis, George, Mano and Illios were fab, really friendly and helpful as well as fabulous service. Breakfast was ok the waiter Becco works really hard and is lovely once he gets to know you

Right on the beach by the harbour. Delicious food and genuinely nice staff. We had courgette balls (honestly, try them!) and chicken souvlaki and chicken gyros, finished off with a Nutella and banana crepe!

Hotel does not have a free beach, 20 Euros for two sunbeds. Hotel is in a crowded and noisy area. If you are looking for silence at night, it is hard to find until midnight

The beds were very comfortable, no mosquitos (huge win!), and the location couldn’t be better – right on the beach but far enough from the busy areas that you don’t hear a thing. Would come back in a heartbeat

We stayed here on our trip to Rhodes and it was exactly what we needed to relax – even after losing our suitcases! The private pool was an absolute dream, quiet and peaceful, and the whole place felt like a little sanctuary

All inclusive drinks were ok but its what youd expect. Food was amazing and so much choice. A la cart restaurants we used were the greek which we felt rushed. Everything came at once before we had finished a coures

First off, there was NOTHING I didnt lime about this hotel, it was all lovely from the grounds, pool. to the room and the dining areas and pools. The staff were fantastic and very friendly

There is nothing in the immediate surrounding area apart from a few mini markets and resembles wasteland but that is no fault of the hotel itself, just something to be mindfull of if visiting

In particular, Maria at reception who was able to assist with any queries, and Juliano at the pool bar who was incredibly friendly and chatty - he made our experience at the hotel one to remember!

It was our first time to go Greece I emailed in advance to see if they can provide some sort of romantic gesture in our room as it was our anniversary they replied and said they will do what they can , unfortunately when arriving the room was just standard with no romantic gesture, In fairness catering staff was great from beginning as we had a late check in and they provided at least some cold food...

Many facilities such like fitness room, sauna, tennis and volleyball court, scuba diving at the pool, video games and billiards, aqua aerobic are only a few of them! Staff was attentive and polite, front desk was helpful and the check in was fast

My boyfriend and I stayed at Lydia Maris Resort & Spa for 10 nights in October 2025

We had the most amazing stay - we were even able to upgrade our room to a swim up! The hotel itself is gorgeous but what made it even better was the amazing staff

Maria at the front desk was always helpful, restaurant staff always helpful and smiley even in the busy periods. Only negatives: 1 - you have to pay for bottled water even if you have all inclusive (not acceptable)

The walkways were lined with banana trees, and the sea was just a 2-minute walk down a path. The beach had sunbeds and umbrellas (for a fee), but you could also spread your towel nearby

Is was here 13-20 september 2025. Right down to the beach, you have to pay for a sunbed on the beach. The environment around it is great. Now food, some is good but most of it i average to bad

The staff are friendly and attentive, with waiters bringing drinks to your table at every meal. The hotel is clean, with spacious and tidy rooms. The beach is very close (sunbeds are available for a fee)

Irene Palace Beach Resort is a great choice for families with children. The food is excellent, very much like what you’d find in traditional Greek taverns – everything we tried was delicious

The hotel itself is not very large, which can actually be a plus for those who prefer a cozier atmosphere and don’t want to get lost in big crowds at the restaurant or outside

In the evenings, the entertainment is simple but fun – things like , greek evening, music quizzes, movies quizzes, and games for all ages

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night

Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel

Beach and bus station in a walking distace, but don't expect bus lines are on time

Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly

Very friendly staff, pool area is good and bar staff are fantastic, the food is what you expect from an all inclusive hotel

During our 10 night stay here we did unfortunately have a sentimental item taken from the room, it may have seemed cheap or replaceable to whoever has taken it but that’s still not the point, no one should go on holiday to have their items stolen

Pools and pool areas are cleaned every morning and our room has been cleaned with fresh towels every day. The food is amazing with so much to choose from. The pool snack bar has also included more variation this year

However I do have some negatives about this hotel but you will find disadvantages anywhere you go! The wifi is hit and miss in most areas of the resort, the location is quite remote so buses and taxi's are needed to get about for days out

Finally the entertainment is very repetitive, the same music every night for the kids disco and when the entertainment starts at 10pm its very underwhelming

This is our second stay at this hotel. We stayed last year and the experience has been even better this time around

It is very apparent that the management have taken on board the negative reviews around cleanliness and have really upped their game

Excellent staff throughout the hotel especially dmitri the bar manager great service always has time to say hello no matter how busy he is always has a smile on his face also the reception staff always ready to help will most definitely be coming back in the near future

We liked this place in general so much. Rooms are bit older, but the food is great! All inclusive is amazing, still remember relaxing moments at the pool with perfect cold beer.

Exceptionally run, especially during current covid times, with everything seemingly worked out to be the most efficient and least wasteful

The towels were changed twice a day and contrary to other comments the tea and water was topped up continuously. We were welcomed by Anne Marie who is a credit to the hotel

The rooms are amazing, the spa and the gym area are brand new with nice facilities , the staff are so much hard working trying every day to make you feel like home and the services are the best ! The Anavadia is a small, quiet, friendly and relaxing hotel which is great value for money. We found it to be very clean. There are two pools and plenty of sunbeds

Front pool nice especially for those wanting a bit more piece and quite, back pool busy. Kolymbia has a nice beach, but would recommend getting a car or there is a bus service to other beaches to break it up

Location The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring Rhodes. There are a few beaches nearby, the closest which is pebbly and has no sunbeds is a 10minutes walk, and the busier sandy beach is about a 20 minute walk

There are loads of water sports opportunities on both beaches

We never had to queue either which was a bonus at an AI hotel! The spirits are not branded which is also normal at AI but I can confirm they are strong!! Accommodation Our room was well furnished and we were very comfortable

The price for the set was 10Eur. The entrance to the sea was gradual and smooth. Water shoes were not necessary. There was the possibility of water sports on the beach

A middle class hotel (***) located in Kolymbia close to the beach, cafes, restaurants, supermarket, bus stops and not least the beautiful Kolymbia bay from which there are boat trips

its about 15 euros for the loungers but there is toilets and shower adj ,there is a snack place on the beach. the hotel is very central to the centre of kolymbia

room was very clean and tidy and cleaned every day. staff on site are fantastic very welcoming. beach is five mins walk but pebbly

The cleaning is top notch and the staff is addressed on a first name basis. Especially the head receptionist, Maria, is a real mood bomb and lovable. The food is really good, varied and healthy

the shop adj to the hotel is very good and so is the snack bar good prices. found about 3 bars local to the hotel. about 15 euros for a coctail and a 500ml beer

We can hand on heart say that we have made friends for life in these girls and that they were the most special part of our holiday! We really did love our stay this year (two weeks was not long enough) and can really tell that all the staff and the owner took feedback on board and worked hard to make the hotel as lovely as it is now

They are the most hardworking, kind and welcoming people ever and they will always make time to get to know guests and to make sure that everyone is happy and having a good time whilst also ensuring to keep everyone entertained whether it is the pool activities during the day, the entertainment for kids or the evening entertainment such as the movie quiz (I was very competitive)

Do not be put off by the reviews as you will never go hungry here!! Big shoutout to the barman Leo who was also very lovely and welcoming to all guests and always had a fantastic story to tell, we even went out for drinks with him one night and it was so nice to chat and get to know him! He also made us special cocktails that you can't normally get from the menu on our last day and they were so good...

They also arranged nights out with the guests to Faliraki or Rhodos and these were the best nights out I have ever been on! It's definitely a good way to get to know people and to just have a great time with these amazing people! They were that amazing that we have already booked to go back before the season ends in October just so we can see these girls again! The food is definitely something that...

The pool bar snacks (hot dogs and toasties) were amazing as usual as was the pizza which some days was even served multiple times a day as apposed to the once a day it was last year!! There was also the option to eat a la carte in the villas next door (we didnt do this but heard it was amazing!) Throughout our stay all inclusive cocktails and spirits were served from 12pm - 10:30pm whereas last year...

Serene atmosphere, clean room, delicious buffets and welcoming staff. We were able to pick up towels from the spa area to use at the pool and swap for fresh ones every 2 days

The hotel is within walking distance to Kolympia beach, and Kolympia rock (which is worth a climb)

Shout out to Thanassis for making us smile on the way to dinner every evening, also to Laura and Kiki because they made the breakfast experience at the Blue Bay restaurant very enjoyable, and to Elia for his hard work and warm character

There we hired a boat for the 4 of us for 4 hours they showed us how to drive it and it was so easy and had an amazing time would recommend. Suggest you download the hotels own app shows you everything you need to know

Stayed in the fabulous hotel with a couple of our friends for 1 week we stayed in a premium sea view room with balcony. Outstanding views and very clean and comfy room could not find any faults at all

30 each night sat outside on the terrace and saw the waiters replacing food trays that were running low so no issues The staff were amazing very friendly so helpful too many to name
