Loved it, cleanest resort I have been to, staff friendly without having to be and they are relaxed and happy even at the end of season. Water park on site was impressive which catered for all ages

All the staff are friendly and helpful, there are numerous types of rooms at numerous locations, do your homework beforehand and e mail the hotel and ask for a specific location as we did and were rewarded with a uninterrupted sea view

Food has something for everyone. Fantastic selection and quality of drinks. Swim up rooms look great pools large. Would definitely recommend and would like to come back

We had a wonderful experience overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, always serving with a smile, and the amenities were fantastic. The pools were stunning, and the beach was just as beautiful

However, I wish it had been made clearer that only one à la carte restaurant was included per week in the all-inclusive package, not all of them

This is an amazing hotel - the private beach is really well managed by the staff, all the food in the buffet was a really high standard and we loved the different themes every night, all the staff made this an incredible stay too! Our room was spotless and had every amenity we could ask for

It was a very pleasant stay for a getaway weekend. Koula made me very special coffee for me as I wasn't happy with the first cappuccino during breakfast. The facilities are very nice and it offers everything I need

We also loved the special experiences available at the resort, such as the floating breakfast, a lovely beachside lunch, and an incredibly romantic dinner by the pool – perfect for couples looking to create lasting memories

The private beach was another highlight, offering great conditions to relax by the sea, while the heated pool was absolutely stunning, both visually and in terms of comfort

The only downside side was the late checkout isn't allowed regardless of the booking situation. Every extra hour is charged a extra 15€, which I haven't heard of

The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – attentive, professional, and always with a warm touch that made us feel welcome. The quality of both the restaurants and the drinks exceeded our expectations

Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night

Entertainment, tennis courts, etc. Several pools, a bar right next to the pool. Nearby, a beautiful view of the bay. An ideal place for a trip around the island. Large free parking lot at the hotel

Came with two kids which enjoyed swiming pool and waterslide. Overall price-vise we were satisfied with the hotel. Service is tired but stil friendly

Beach and bus station in a walking distace, but don't expect bus lines are on time

During our 10 night stay here we did unfortunately have a sentimental item taken from the room, it may have seemed cheap or replaceable to whoever has taken it but that’s still not the point, no one should go on holiday to have their items stolen

The room was modern and so comfortable with a large balcony. The hotel is close to 3 beaches which was great to explore and swim in the sea. As I said there was nothing to complain about at all

The towels were changed twice a day and contrary to other comments the tea and water was topped up continuously. We were welcomed by Anne Marie who is a credit to the hotel

They upgraded us to a pool view room and there was a bottle of wine in the room with a fruit basket and as the kitchen was shut they knocked the door with sandwiches

Everything I can rate by 5 star, the hotel is big enough for all your needs but small enough to be friendly and personal. It is a hotel full of bright happy smiles

Just come back from a week here and cannot fault the hotel and staff at all. It was spotless and cleaning was continuous

Stayed in the fabulous hotel with a couple of our friends for 1 week we stayed in a premium sea view room with balcony. Outstanding views and very clean and comfy room could not find any faults at all

30 each night sat outside on the terrace and saw the waiters replacing food trays that were running low so no issues The staff were amazing very friendly so helpful too many to name

Serene atmosphere, clean room, delicious buffets and welcoming staff. We were able to pick up towels from the spa area to use at the pool and swap for fresh ones every 2 days

We were all inclusive and we didn’t bother with the a la carte restaurant as the food and service in the buffet restaurant was fantastic loads of choice and hot

There are small shops nearby to pick up snacks and souvenirs, and a regular local bus service to Rhodes centre and closer towns like Lindos

It was our first time to go Greece I emailed in advance to see if they can provide some sort of romantic gesture in our room as it was our anniversary they replied and said they will do what they can , unfortunately when arriving the room was just standard with no romantic gesture, In fairness catering staff was great from beginning as we had a late check in and they provided at least some cold food...

The food was hit and miss, but due more to our individual tastes than the quality of the food

Food was good, never had trouble finding something, we have a couple of fussy kids but they always found something. Drinks were good, pool bar was excellent and all inclusive drinks and cocktails were great

Location great, not too far from the beach, local shops and a few bars if you wanted a change of scenery. Reception really helpful and nothing was too much trouble

This is my second time in Rhodes but in a different hotel and I feel like I have fully experienced Rhodes now. The food is wonderful and the staff and waiters are lovely

The hotel entertainment Animation namely Elsa, Clara, Zac and Luciano were very interactive and super friendly and they were full of fun and energy which is great as it makes the day fun!! Would recommend for families!

We are a family of 3 and found that there was plenty to do for adults and children (although our 8 year old daughter never attended the kids club)

Before I process this review I really want to make staff aware of the lovely white cat that gets fed by hotel staff has hurt its leg and think needs some medical attention, this really worried me and I am a lover of cats also

Our friends' rooms are bedroom side only. - Cleaning every other day and carried out with care - We opted for half board. Decent breakfast and dinner food for both quality and variety. - Excellent and courteous service

On with the review, lovely hotel, not near any good shopping areas unless go by taxi, the old town was amazing to visit and the beach wasn't good, but the hotel staff were helpful, friendly and nice

- The village is clean and well cared for both for the gardens and for the central part (swimming pool, restaurant, bar). Clean apartments with new furniture. Our room had mosquito nets in both bathroom and bedroom

Positive sides - Village in a strategic position in the center of the east coast which is the heart of the island. We rented a car and toured the entire east coast from Rhodes town to Lindos

They have provided the food for my baby without any extra cost. All the personnel were there to help. The bartender is a very nice guy, he prepares some good cocktails. The rooms are large and very well equipped

The territory of the hotel is very beautiful, a large and clean pool, soft sun beds, unusual furniture, a lot of flowers. 6 different types of eggs are served for breakfast, it were very tasty

The hotel is very close to the Katara beach, about 500 meters from Nudest beach, 2 kilometers walking through mountain path to Antony Queen bay. Only 5 to 10 minute walk to Faliraki center

Which beautiful place!, simple with unique design, invite to relax and feel at home. The staff was great, very friendly; taking care of everything to the detail with smile and kindness

We also had a meal at Esān that was amazing and a must! We can’t comment on the main pool but there were only ever a couple of sun beds taken before 1030/11 while eating breakfast and always seemed to be spare sun beds every time we walked past later in the day

The luxury loft suite surpassed our expectations, such an amazing space with more than enough space us as a couple. The private pool and terrace made the holiday so relaxing not having to leave

A gem of a hotel , very unique in all they do. Staff are excellent , a brilliant pool area and such a modern trendy boutique hotel. Breakfasts were excellent and hotels lunch and restaurant options were excellent also

A minor complaint is space for your clothes in the room , a hanging rail is great but a few drawers and somewhere to store your case would be better. Over all a brilliant hotel and i wdnt hesitate to return

The rooms were nice in appearance, but lacked storage and the tea/coffee making facilities could be improved, we bought our own tea bags and were able to borrow kettle from reception

Nice staff and boss, especially the service at the breakfast table and the pool staff were pleasant and courteous. It is about 15 minutes to the beach. Nice bars, restaurants and bars are between 5 and 20 minutes

It shone quite brightly (for me) into the room. If you otherwise sleep pitch black, it can bother you. But that's really the only thing that could be improved. Otherwise I have absolutely no criticism

The evening entertainment was really good especially for young children. The LED comedy magic show was brilliant. I really dont have anything negative to say about the resort at all

I had high expectations for this stay and safe to say the experience surpassed them. We had a wonderful 4-night stay and felt so relaxed afterwards. Being able to jump in the pool straight from your own room was amazing
