Had a great stay for my honeymoon - phenomenal food, staff, spa, etc. The one downside was that the pools were really, really cold. We didn't swim much at all due to the cold temperature of the pools. If I could, I'd rate the hotel a 4.5 because of the water temperature issue. Currently staying here, we arrived late night Tuesday and Mohammed who was looking after reception and the bar manager made sure we got drinks and some food even though they had just closed for the night. During our 10 night stay here we did unfortunately have a sentimental item taken from the room, it may have seemed cheap or replaceable to whoever has taken it but that’s still not the point, no one should go on holiday to have their items stolen. It's OK, rooms was a little tired looking although ours was a good size. Gorgeous view from the balcony was the saving grace. Just had 9 nights there, had a lovely time! Food is good, whole place has a lovely relaxed feel and Magic Mike is the star of the show (organises all the entertainment). No real complaints, other than it's a bit further from the beach than you'd like (a 25-minute walk in the heat) and the free beach bus gets very full (and its a bun fight to get on it)

Good food good pools but the queue for beer is ridiculous at night and was told the queue was so long because the English drink to much !!!!!! The bar staff and the entertainment were amazing, so friendly and fun. The location was great with regular busses to wherever you want to go. The food was a bit samey and a bit difficult for veggies but I really liked the selection. The rooms were a bit dated but clean and comfortable so can't complain there. Will definitely go back if in Rhodes again.

Good hotel with excelent room service. Hotel is renewed. Nice pool. Rooms are smaller but cleane. Wifi and AC is necessary to pay additionaly !!! The problem is staff. Some of them are very (very!) angry to customers in restaurant. I have never seen this.

This hotel has everything we need for a great family holiday - nice rooms, perfect room service, amazing food, good cocktails, beautiful beach and sea, animations for children, evening programs.
