A hotel with competitive pricing, large / clean rooms, a wonderful morning breakfast, parking availability, and located in the heart of Ioannina. But don’t forget the wonderful, friendly, competent and helpful staff that make all the difference. An enthusiastic thumbs up for this establishment.

My experience from this hotel, could not be better. Located right near the center of Ioannina, it provides wonderful accommodation, with large, clean and bright rooms, perfect services, good wifi, nice breakfast and polite staff.

Its a really nice hotel in the city center of Ioannina. Very close to the lake, restaurants area. We traveled with our 2 dogs and they were very welcome! Amazing breakfast and a beautiful roof top bar with views to the lake! Highly recommend it!

I can not say enough good things about this hotel. Newly designed. It is modern, clean and well thought out. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, excellent insulation from street noise. Friendly reception gave us instructions to sites. And the roof time bar, beautiful view and Great drinks. And quite the hot spot at night. And perfectly located, on one side massive area of shopping and cafes and a short walk to the lake with hundreds of restaurants and cafes. I came to Ioannina and had a great time and Saz City Life Hotel is the place.

Food is surprisingly wonderful! Hotel rooms are clean but a bit dated.

Zamos rooftop restaurant:
There is no English menu so you’ll need to use google translate. They do have quite a few vegetarian options (no vegan options though). I ordered the Pear Gorgonzola Pasta with spinach, walnuts and honey and it was delightful! Definitely homemade! I highly recommend it.

My partner ordered some type of sliced beef medium rare with celeriac purée - unfortunately it was very well done. But overall he said the taste was nice.

Zas Hotel:
Very professional, friendly staff at reception. The lobby is definitely a bit dated. The wifi is slow (3mbps). And the room with a queen bed is just two twin beds pushed together with a prominent crack down the middle- no so comfortable. The room was clean and looked well prepared but not great. Very low water pressure too in the shower.

The atmosphere in the hotel was calm and warm. The staff polite and helpful. The event with the burger very nice and the burger very well. But the fact that when we got our coats from where they hung a cigarette smoke, because there obviously were smoking the smokers. Unacceptable... they offered Us to go to dry cleaners but .....
