Litohoro Olympus Resort Villas & Spa

Not well maintained hotel. Dirty and very overpriced. In front of half of the rooms with sea view there is a chimney straight from the kitchen…. We re shocked how bad is the hotel and the staff.

the place is great located between mountain and sea, but there are very low standards if any at all of cleaning and maintenance; black mould in the bathroom, toilet brush since the grand opening, hair everywhere after cleaning, dirty covers for chairs even at reception, low value for money

Make yourself a favour and go anywhere else but here!!!!!
We were there a big group of friends for a wedding... and not a single couple was satisfied with that place!

They even dared to offer us an "upgrade"... to the closet of the suits... you LL see on the photos.. we were room 411! Ohh wait it's not labelled cause it is a closet!!! a tiny room where our legs where coming out of the bed, the two single beds were as old as my grandmother's bed, the floor was full with gabs and holes, holes on the doors....dirty bathroom ....with the lame excuse that the room was looking at the sea. For the price of what we paid, I would prefer to stair at the mountain and a normal room... but wait that wasn't really possible either. From our friends, they all had issues with their air-condition...

Not to mention the disappointment at breakfast!!! I asked for a frape and that was "special coffee" charged extra... while the coffee they offered was the most horrible I ve ever had!

The service? ... I felt emberassed to be greek among the friends... they were all asking me if in Greece we pay/buy the stars at a hotel...
Couples with babies requested an extra card so one parent could sleep with the baby and the other stay at the wedding party... but the lady at the reception after she tried 10 times selling the suite... she asked 10 times "are you sure you need it? I can give you one and if you really need a second one you come back"!!!
Not to mention the pool.... you are not allowed to take the towels from your room.. but you have to pay a deposit for getting one from the bar... ohhhh and be careful cause if they run out you have to wait for more than an hour!!!!! Which hotel 4 star hotel runs out of towels?????

I can continue all night... and even though they offered to give me a discount to go again, even if they would give me a stay for free I would never step foot in there again!!!!
Biggest disappointment!!!! I honestly am ashamed to be greek for how they treated my friends/their guests!!!

Run away. ANYTHING is better than this place... see the photos below

Everything was dirty and dated.
-mould growing in bathroom
-mould growing outside on balcony
-cobwebs around room
Service from employees was even worse, especially from manager evgenia who claimed the photos and videos we took were fake. Extremely disappointed with our stay. Do yourselves a favour and stay far away from this “4 star” hotel.
