Excellent hotel in a very good position to discover Halkidiki (all the three fingers). Large and silent bedrooms, incredible breakfast and very polite staff.
A private beach with umbrellas and gazebos, complimentary beach towels and marvellous greek sea water.

We stayed there for 14 nights in August 2024 and we had amazing holiday. We loved it down by the beach had our own private beach gazebo which we loved.
The kids club is especially good here and the fact that we could drop our kids in for a bit in each morning was great. The gym / spa is amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffet are great and if want an A la carte option the Myrtales restuarnat is one of the best.
We really look forward to returning.

The hotel was an excellent experience! Everything was very clean, the room was absolutely perfect, the food was tasty. We swam in both the pool and the sea and it was really great! The location is perfect and with amazing view! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Both me and my husband had a great week while on our holiday.
The facilities of the resort were exactly as in the description, but the staff (bellboy, cleaning team, front desk, waiters, etc.) outreached our expectations, they were very kind and welcoming.
We will definitely come back again.

This was our first summer holiday with our 1year old baby and we truly loved this place! We got everything we were looking for..all amenities provided were top quality. There was a great selection of food options at the buffet with the cuisine changing every day. The stuff, from the waiters to the cleaners, were extremely accomodating and polite. There were 3 main swimming options and free beach towels that we loved and used. The spa were very relaxing and the gym clean and modern. For us the winning element was the playground for the kids/babies. Our daughter had a blast in the soft play and happily spend hours there playing and crawling around, something babies usually can't do freely during holidays. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

My recent stay at Pomegranate exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff went above to ensure my comfort throughout our stay. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was really comfortable. The hotel's dining options were fantastic. Whether I was indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet or enjoying a gourmet dinner at the restaurant. There is also a huge kids zone where you can leave your kids. You can also choose your kids lunch /for kids under 3y./ which is free of charge and you can order whatever you want. I really recommend!

Best Hotel in northern peninsula. I have to many hotels in Greece but this one is absolutely awesome. Breakfast and dinner options are seamless. All food and drinks well prepared and tasty. Beach is well maintained and sun chairs are comfy. We will definitely book again and again.

The hotel's facilities and design were luxurious, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed, but the service and attitude towards the guest is lacking. There is an unpleasant feeling from the hotel staff, and anything that is not included in the breakfast or dinner requires a very high additional fee (for example, a one-liter bottle of water will cost 8 euros, a cocktail in the pool will cost 17 euros, a large sunbed 100 euros!! etc.). No warm or friendly attitude from the staff. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and waited for the room for about two hours, which was ready around 3:00 PM, no effort was made to prepare the room ahead of time. The hotel has free parking in an adjacent parking lot. The hotel is indeed designed in a luxurious way, the building materials are of high quality and there is an obvious investment in the architecture and structure of the hotel. The room we got was a large room, about 32 square meters, spacious and with a large bathroom. In the bathing space there was no bathtub but a large shower, which was a little clogged and so that by the end of the shower the water would slide out and fill the bathroom floor, problematic. In addition, because of the blockage, the water would not be collected properly, leaving dry dirt on the shower floor. Another problem was the cleaning time of the rooms, which was carried out at 15:00 in the afternoon at a time when we wanted to rest and take an afternoon nap, disturbing and uncomfortable. The food served at breakfast and dinner was of above average quality, delicious and varied.

I strongly advise against staying here, and here is why:
1. Restaurant - the breakfast is terrible.
The food selection is okay but the quality is below average and not according to a five star hotel.
The service and breakfast on the other hand is terrible, there is nobody to give you a table and it is always overcrowded, and there is nobody to bring you coffee. We also tried the lunch restaurant and to make a short don't try it.
2. The rooms - the rooms are actually okay with good furniture and good balconies. The shower however is very small, the water runs slow and is difficult to have a shower. Room cleaning is good.
3. The service at the Beach - here is where things actually turn to the worst. Every day there is a towel shortage so you have to wait to get a towel around 30 minutes. There is also a shortage of sunbeds so if you want to get one you need to get there at 8 o'clock before breakfast in order to save one for you by placing tiles on it. In case you don't get a sunbed they do offer you a cabana at the price of €100 per day with almost no consumption which if you compare to any other of the nice beaches in the area is really too much. The service at the beach in terms of waiting time is also really bad.
4. The service at the front desk. First they made a mistake with my reservation and wanted to give me a single room. When checking out I had to ask them three times for late checkout and each time they told me they don't know if they can give it. On the last day at the time of checkout they told me that it is possible and would cost me €200 until 2 o'clock which is a ridiculous price compared to the room price for only additional three hours. This was completely unprofessional because I couldn't adjust my plans just before leaving and they could've told me about this at least two days before when I first asked them.
Lastly when I was leaving I found out that I forgot one of my linen shirts on the beach umbrella. It was in a completely normal place and after I contacted the hotel by telephone and email I was told that they cannot find the shirt which is complete lie and apparently the beach staff stole it.
So my review is never again.
