Everything was great with this hotel, the only thing that I would like to have as part of the hotel is full food service, which would include breakfast, lunch and dinner within the hotel. We had unpleasant hosts at the dinner tavern at the seaside, but it was not bad.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the facilities.
The staff was very polite and welcoming and helped out whenever needed.
The location was also great, the hotel being placed at a 5 minute walk distance from the beach.
The breakfast was also great with a good variety of dishes and fruits to pick from.
We've also tried the Spa, and I have no words to describe the experience.
The spa was placed at the roof of the building, offering a panoramic view over the city.
The privacy factor was also considered. Although it comes for a fee, it allows you to have the full spa (jacuzzi, sunbeds, sauna) for yourself for 1h 30 min)
We'll definitely come back!

The hotel is great! good accommodation price and breakfast included with very good food! The staff is very kind and welcoming and very open in any situation. The spa area is brilliant and the advantage is that you can have the private area for an interval to enjoy time with your partner or family. It is very close to the beach and opposite is a minimarket. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

The hotel is at a great location. Beach is close, all main happenings are easily accessible.
We had a awesome breakfast at a hotel and a dinner at great restaurant called Pirates.
The rooms are cleaned every day.
The owners are so kind and helpful in any possible way. 5 stars for all of them!
Definitely we will come back.

Great location, close to the city beach, pedestrian zone, taverns and restaurants; easy routes to get to other beaches (just one turn to 4,5 km distant Sahara beach). The rooms are cleaned every day, the hosts are really helpful. There are two buildings, we were in the other one, it has an elevator so no bother with luggage. The downside is a limited number of parking spots, but that is easily overridden as you can always find a parking place up to 50 meters from the hotel. The breakfast is GREAT.

Very friendly family which runs this hotel with passion and great service. The owners communicated very professional and friendly. Family Mallas treated our group of 14 people very good. The Mallas family is always friendly and found a solution for every single problem together with us. The room service works very properly and friendly. Rooms and toilettes are very clean an modern. The hotel is a family business for 30 years now. But renovations are made every year and you can see that as a guest. Which is very nice. Thank you for hosting us!

Very nice hotel located in the city center, in only 1 minute walk to the beach. The accommodation units are decent and very clean the stuff is very welcoming and very helpful. The food is excellent, all in all wonderful stay and positive energy :)
