Electra Palace Thessaloniki

We stayed at Electra Palace for 3 days in August. On our first night, we dined in the rooftop restaurant, which had superb vies of the sea and square below.
The food was excellent, as was the service. The prices in the restaurant and bar at the rooftop restaurant were better than most of the bars we visited in the city.
The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
The spa area was beautiful and the spa staff were exceptionally polite and helpful.
The only criticisms we found were that the tiles in the bathroom were like glass when wet, and the shower mat was small for the area, and great care was needed when walking from the shower cubicle. Perhaps at the design stage, nonslip tiles would have been a better option.
The rooftop pool was very small. However, it was a city hotel, and space is obviously an issue.
We would love to revisit the hotel and highly recommend it to everybody.

Superb hotel, excellent WiFi, stuff extraordinary....but.... hotel like this doesn't have option to take your car and get it to parking!??? Also, have to notice that check in time at 15h is really unacceptable, because check out is at 11h !!! Smart TV is great, even have Serbian channels.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. 5 star service. The location is perfect, and the views are amazing. No on site parking, but the parking lot is literally behind the hotel on opposite corner, which is a 1 min walk. Rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again.

Perfect stay at Electra Palace. Flawless service from beginning to end, especially at the restaurant, rooftop, and house keeping.

Rooms are a bit too small from what we're used to in other 5* hotels and keep in mind that "double beds" are 2 single mattresses put together, so we had to ask them to bring an actual double mattress. Otherwise the rooms are well design, recently refurbished, with all of the amenities.

The highlight is of course the rooftop and the pool, as well as the inside pool in the spa area. Quiet, well-spaced, and with great views over the city and bay.

Breakfast was plentiful and the dinner menu in the rooftop restaurant is very good as well.

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 6 nights at the end of May 2024. It was a fantastic experience, especially memorable being how wonderful the staff were and how they looked after us. A special mention goes to Alexia, the guest relations manager who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could possibly be. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The food in the rooftop restaurant is so tasty and beautifully presented that we had four of our 6 dinners there with the great views and the rooftop pool. The spa and gym are also well presented with a nice indoor swimming pool and sauna. Thessaloniki is an interesting city and if I return I’ll certainly stay at the Electra Palace. The room had a very comfortable bed with a small balcony that had a nice view of the square and sea.

A truly luxurious treatment at the very heart of Thessaloniki. Delicious food, served with the most delicate manner in a location with a stunning view. Do not miss the experience of Electra Palace Thessaloniki for other places that simply brag and do not deliver.

We went to the bar the other night, and it was honestly amazing. The cocktails were really good along with the snacks we got with them, the staff was flexible and very friendly. You can see the whole city from up there, its really beautiful. The cocktails are on the pricier side but its definitely worth it. Especially thanks to Theodora, she was super kind to us the whole time and took some amazing pictures of us 🥹❤️ Amazing experience, will be back 🥰

Belatedly but, a big thank you to the team at Electra Palace Thessaloniki - superb. Having previously stayed at Electra Palace Athens, this was a must.

A truly beautiful hotel, meticulously appointed and presented, totally on-point in every respect. Our suite with terrace (618) faultless. Stunning bed, comfortable appointments and of course with a view to die for across to Mt Olympus.

Alexia, Guest Relations Manager absolutely ensured our stay was truly memorable, organising bookings and engaging thoughtfully with us throughout our stay. She is a true asset to the team. All of the team were wonderful, a mention to Arion too who has excellent customer service and looked after us.

Definitely return. Definitely recommend. Bravo.

Very nice location close to the tourist attractions and the agean sea. It is also close to the white Tower. Rooms are spacious and has a nice bathroom. But you do need to book a slot to go to the swimming pool which includes a spa section and a sauna. During our stay though our key cards stopped working.
