Portes Lithos Luxury Resort

This is a lovely hotel with staff to match. The hotel sits right on the beach with plenty of sun beds around the beautiful pool and on the beach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well designed. The food is delicious and well presented with plenty of choice and not overly repeated through the week. As good as the hotel is, the staff are even better. Nothing is too much for them and are always pleasant. The bar staff Pavlos, Anthony, Estelle, Hosta and Co are excellent and helped make our holiday an enjoyable one. Thank you all, hope to see you again.

We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, this hotel did not disappoint in the slightest. Fundamentally, this place has recruited the right people, the staff are all superb, Chef was a stand out, dealing with my wife’s dietary issues.

A beautiful hotel, excellent staff and food was delicious. A special mention to Chris the breakfast waiter and Pavlos in the beach bar. Rooms were very clean with lots of storage. 50 minutes from the airport and great roads. Would thoroughly recommend a holiday here, just lovely.

Home away from home - one of our favourite places on earth! My husband and I had our first ever holiday here in 2020 and have been coming back ever since. The staff are all incredible. The food and skinos is the best. The cocktails and drinks are amazing. We got engaged here in 2023 and the hotel made it so so special. We go in September every year and the weather is always 27/28 degrees C which is perfect. We also tend to opt for a swim up which provides super relaxing afternoons. Honestly this place is a dream. Agora beach club a 35 minute drive away. Afytos a 15 minute drive away. Nea Moudania a 10 minute drive away. All these options have the best restaurants (our personal fav is Thea Thalassa in Afytos). I can’t wait to continue coming back here with our children. We absolutely love Portes Lithos and would recommend to everyone!

The holiday was special start to finish. The attention to detail from all staff was excellent. Special mention to janis who ran the restraunt with great efficiency and Bez who was so hard working he never stopped except to talk rock music with Gentleman Pete. A must holiday for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday. Another,special thanks to Santiago who was very entertaining we had some great laughs. Front of house staff were very attentive to guests needs.

Everything was faultless. Very accommodating lovely staff. Perfect for relaxing! Nothing was too much. Food was excellent. Pool was beautiful and the most comfy sun beds I have ever experienced. The beach feels like it is an extension of the hotel. Beautiful!

Stayed for a week at end of May 2025. We had a wonderful time at the resort - the service is friendly and swift, the atmosphere is relaxing and calm and the food was very delicious too. The rooms (and hotel generally) are very well kept and of a modern and airy feel. We had a massage whilst there and the quality was excellent. The hotel are also able to organise a car hire from reception which is easy and quick - we used it for three days and it allowed us to explore the surrounding area and drive into Thessaloniki for a day too. The hotel also do daily trips via minibus to two local towns. The kids club and mini-disco were brilliant too - Katerina does a wonderful job with the kids and our daughter loved it.

From getting off the coach and into reception the response from the staff was incredible, asked if we would like a drink and piece of cake whilst filling in our checking in forms , no rush, just said come back when you are ready and our porters will take your bags to your rooms. Everywhere was clean and modern and the grounds were very spacious with plenty of sunbeds which negated the need to get into the 7am sunbed dash as there were plenty of sunbeds and the atmosphere was very relaxed. You could not fail to come away from breakfast in the morning in a happy mood with Chris and is colleagues serving you as they were all very cheerful and attentive as was the case in with all the staff . This is a relatively small density hotel and this is what make the Portes Ltihos so special. Unfortunately the al cart restaurant was only open until 6pm and it would have been good to go later , which I was informed happens in the summer . The food is wonderful and varied and the patisseries are to die for. The hotel itself is situated on the beach front alongside a few other hotels , however it is some what isolated ( this is what attracted me to this hotel alongside the general offer )and the hotel does run a free bus in to the nearby villages. In all a really wonderful week and we shall return again to enjoy all the wonderful food, cakes and accommodation enhanced by the the professional staff.

Must say that this was one of the better experiences. The premises are very good, rooms excellent, food on a very high level, staff willing to do an extra step. I would recommend it with all my heart to everyone. It is 10x better than the pictures might suggest.

The Resort was first class. We had an all inclusive deal and we could not fault anything. The food was amazing - varied and themed nights, so much attention to detail. Our room had a sea view and we could see Mount Olympus for it. There was no morning rush for sun beds plenty available by the pool and beach (2 minute walk away). This holiday was perfect for chilling and lazing about. Would definitely return.
