Great hotel, very nice rooms, clean and with a variety of pillows. Beds are great, temperature is good, bathroom amenities are the best! Parking lot is very large and free outside and there is an inside parking that you pay a fee for.
Breakfast is excellent! It has absolutely everything and good quality foods.
Nice, clean gym with an indoor swimming pool.
Overall loved it and definitely recommend!

Actually this hotel provides minimum service for a 5 stars hotel. For example, water is not included in price which is unacceptable accordongly EU regulations. Moreover, breakfast is poor and it looks like 3 stars hotel breakfat. Location is far away from downtown.Reception guys are bit arrogant. Massage was disapointing. I would not recommand this hotel.

We stayed here as part of a tour, and then due to a delay in returning home. Every one of the staff treated us like family. Nice rooms and amenities, great food, and a location a bit out of city central so it's not as crowded. Special thanks to Maria, whose kindness was much appreciated.

Obviously, the management takes care of all the details meticulously. Breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were really clean. We also had a nice balcony. Thessaloniki suffers from a smell from the harbour, but the days we stay, we were lucky with the winds, to cherish the balcony. A simple issue is that when calling a taxi to the centre, around 6 to 8 euros, the reception may mislead your waiting time. There are also shuttles which saved us from a heavy rain.

Service very poor. My name was not in the check-in list because they had given my room to another costumer. Their reaction was you must be in another hotel.
No outside swimming pool and the small swimming pool is always being used by outside.coatumers with babies and we are not allowed to use simultaneously. Parents and kids waiting the gym doing noise.
Breakfast does not have a natural orange juice and no toaster in the second breakfast room (service mentioned that the room until 11 but we arrived there and after 9:30 it was no longer that the breakfast room).

I have been in a 2-star hotel with more comfortable or less uncomfortable bed than this one.
Loud AC, inconvenient bathroom, missing info about basic hotel stuff, like breakfast hours - had to go to Internet to search for it, which wouldn't be so bad if the WiFi signal wasn't so extremely weak.

Wi fi doesnt work properly on 6nd floor (648 room). It breaks all the time and that was really annoying. Staff is nice and breakfast was ok. Location is not the best one and the surrounding is not the most beautiful one, there was bad smell as soon as you exit the hotel and nothing worth visiting nearby - there is 15 minute car ride to center and 40 minute car ride to closest beach. Consider that there is no outdoor pool. For 5 stars hotel and price-benefit ratio in that area I would expect better overall experience.

Great hotel with spacious rooms. One of the best breakfasts one can find in a hotel. The only issue is that it is located far from the center and not in a very nice area.

The rooms were cleaned well enough, but there is a tag next to the bed that states in fancy eco friendly language that they don't change the sheets daily... Make of that what you will... Breakfast had plenty of options. The keycards were unreliable, as two of our room's cards needed to be reprogrammed at the reception. I found it very odd that they didn't even ask for my name when reprogramming the card, I just stated my problem and the room number and they reprogrammed it. I wouldn't call that secure. Maybe it was a one off though. Overall ok experience, but probably not 5 star hotel good.
