We stayed here in the villas as a party of 4, which was great, lots of room for us all.
We celebrated my daughters 30th birthday whilst here and the Cap Voyage surprised her with a cake.
We also did some menu tasting as my daughter and Fiance get married here next year and everything we saw was amazing, they feel very relaxed and excited now for their big day next June. Thanks to Sophia for all her help.
All staff have been great, very helpful and friendly. Head Chef supported my daughter as she has Celiac disease, nothing was too much trouble.
Special shout out to Petros in the lobby bar who is soo happy and helpful 😀.
We can't wait to be back next year😍

Overall quality and customer care have declined significantly in recent years. Many areas show poor maintenance: damaged furniture, unpleasant smells, and a general lack of attention to customer needs.
A big disappointment, however, when we wanted to join the archery lesson. According to the official Grecotel app, archery was scheduled at 4 PM. I went there with my son. The instructor was very friendly but could not let us join because we hadn’t made a reservation at the reception, which was not shown in the agenda. I immediately called the reception to request the required “reservation,” but they denied us access and couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation. Even though only one other guest was present, we were still refused.
The result: a disappointed child, a disappointed parent, and zero effort from the reception staff or management to resolve the situation or make my son’s first archery experience possible.
When we finally got to join the archery lesson another day, we had a great archery experience. The instructor Markus was very friendly and worked very hard on giving us a great archery experience. Some staff is really working hard on giving customers a good experience while others seem to not care at all. Because of those people like Markus, I give at least 3 out of 5 stars.

We had a wonderful family stay at Grecotel Peloponnese! The staff was warm and welcoming, the resort is beautiful and very family-friendly, and our 2-year-old son loved it. They even surprised me with a birthday cake, which made our trip extra special. Highly recommended!

absolutely amazing cocktail. i came in with fairly low exceptions, weak cocktail, poor service, etc. I WAS WRONG! there service here has been nothing but exceptional from absolutely everyone. cocktails and dinners have been amazing. the proximity to the beach is fantastic. rooms are great. overall i have absolutely nothing to complain about. would return over and over again

Great place. Kitchen, great service! Nearby you can rent a car. The sea is very clean. There are no discos, only for children. Generally very worthy.

Very large area, beautiful, smells of trees, flowers and the sea. Lots of pools and water park. There are entertainment for kids. They cook very tasty, varied, they don’t save, that at the beginning, they always inform at the end. Variety of alcohol, and quality. The rooms are clean, tidy, plasma, dryer, refrigerator, safe. The bed is comfortable, big and white. I really liked the hotel and the rest))).

Lovely place, excellent food, super family friendly, ideal for relaxed holidays with kids. Most important, the staff is willing to help you and make your stay memorable and unforgettable. The coffee making team is super, best coffees so far in Greece!!!! Thank you, we will certainly come back!!!!
