Had an amazing stay at Lesante Classic Luxury Hotel & Spa! The staff went above and beyond—super kind with positive vibes, always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. They truly make 80% of the experience. The hotel is in mint condition, very clean with great design and all the facilities you need for a lovely holiday.

Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely visit Lesante Classic again. Congrats to all the staff for being so kind and welcoming!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We booked an executive room type for our vacation and were given a room that looks nothing like the pictures with the panoramic window. We were given a room that looks identical to the premium room and were told this is what we booked. Completely FALSE ADVERTISING on their own website and booking.com they will not help you whatsoever customer service was disgusting and non existent. They’ll treat you like you’re an idiot and essentially laugh at you for calling them out. I spoke to 4 different people regarding this issue and they dismissed it every single time. The worst service I’ve ever received at a hotel globally, especially from a supposed 5 star. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. All we requested for was a partial refund of $400 over the 4 night stay to compensate for the fact we were given a room of lesser value. We also left a day early because of the horrible service we received. If you have overbooked a certain room type it’s not hard to be honest with customers and offer them something to make up for their mistake rather than lying.

My husband and I have just spent the last 7 days at this lovely hotel. The hotel staff were amazing and very polite and friendly. The hotel is clean and well kept, the pool areas too.
Food was lovely especially from the pool bar and the pina coladas are our new favourite go to cocktail.
We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough for us. Pools are really nice, no need to reserve sunbeds. Very close to beach, a bit of a walk to Tsilivi centre though. We hired a moped and explored the island, which was fantastic. Rooms could do with some updating. Gym is OK but did get busy. Not sure I'd class this as a 5* luxury hotel but certainly a lovely hotel, very peaceful and relaxing with the most wonderful staff

Lesante Classic hotel staff really look after you from arrival. They arrange to pick you up from the airport in a luxurious car and even offer you a bottle of water in case you were thirsty after a long flight. Vise versa you can get dropped off at the airport too. A complimentary cocktail on arrival was also much appreciated. Check in was speedy and directions to the rooms were prompt.

The rooms themselves were great, well maintained and spacious. Even though one of our adjoining rooms had issues with the air conditioning it was fixed. The button that alerts cleaning staff that you don’t want to be disturbed or that you want your room cleaned is very clever.

The pool is very good, and an adults only pool was very welcomed even though there were not many kids in the hotel.

The breakfast buffet had a great selection and staff were very attentive in asking you for tea or coffee on arrival.

Overall I would return as the helpful and friendly staff, accompanying this charming hotel complex near the beach makes it a pleasure to be there, I only wish I could’ve stayed longer.

The hotel is very good in every way. The staff is very kind and professional. It is very clean and even in 10 days I didn't see a single insect. The cuisine is very good, but a bit repetitive and mostly local products. The nearby beach is not afraid of comparison with the more famous ones. The only drawback is the music in the afternoon, which is better to fly over.

One of my favorite places! The stay was made unforgettable by the amazing staff. I have never seen such a kind and caring team. The manager Petros made sure we were happy at all times and really does a great job. Huge thank you to him! Also, big thank you to the restaurant manager, George, who was always welcoming and smiling. All I can say is that I hope to return soon!

We had a great time here.
PROS: service, some rooms (we got an upgrade), outside pools area, cocktails, value for money. Indoor pool was closed due to Covid but looks nice.
CONS: not a 5 stars hotel; the reception/lobby is a big turn off - the furniture style makes you think the hotel will be similarly dull (but it’s not); my deep tissue massage was disappointing.
Buffet restaurant is a bit hit and miss.
