My wife and I stayed at the Belvedere in August 2021 for our honeymoon. We had a voucher from a previous booking that we upgraded to a more premium room. The room we were assigned was really not what we expected. It was on the ground floor and overlooked the pool, so the privacy was not what you would expect on a honeymoon. We asked to change suites but they were fully booked so we were very disappointed. From here it could have been a disaster, but we ended up meeting GM Christopher Wonglis. He was friendly, listened to our preferences and did everything in his power and more to ensure we had a memorable experience. It is easy to see why he excels in the hospitality industry. From there he and his staff made sure we had a wonderful stay and completely changed it. Looking for alternative suite, service, local recommendations etc. Everyone will have different expectations but once communicated they adapt and gave us a wonderful holiday. Sincere thanks to Christopher and the whole team.

Loved everything about this hotel, the staff were lovely, food was good (we only had breakfast and 1 lunch during our stay) and the location was ideal. The standout part were the staff, they put our rooms together and upgraded one of our rooms and gave us a private pool. All of the 3 rooms were inter-connecting so as a group of 5 friends that go away every year together, it was ideal!

Mykonos, what a stunning place and what a fabulous trip made even more special by the entire Belvedere team who made us feel welcome and comfortable in their beautiful surroundings. Great location, very helpful staff and stunning views of the island - we will definitely be back! :)

He was friendly and listened to our preferences and did everything in his power and more to ensure we had an unforgettable experience. It is easy to see why he has done well in the hospitality sector. From there he, with his staff, made sure we had a wonderful stay and completely turned it around. Finding an alternate suite, service, local recommendations, etc.

Everyone's expectations will be different but once it is communicated they adapt and gave us a beautiful stay.

If I could choose “zero” stars I would’ve. I have been around the world and never seen anything like this. I visited with my friends. One day we ordered dinner from room service and paid in cash. At the check out we were surprised with the dinner check again and other payments for using the coffee capsules in the room !!! Which are free everywhere except in this hotel. They refused to fix the dinner payment from our final check and when we asked for the manager was rude and mocking us! He kept repeating what we were saying.

BEWARE! This place is not worth you tome and money. You want to enjoy your vacation and have a great experience. When things don’t go as planned you hope these establishments will have great customer service. This hotel does not.

For the price you pay to stay in this hotel I would have expected much better customer service. I booked other hotel in Barcelona and Stiges on my trip. With I had to cancel a week out due to COVID they all understood. This hotel gave me the run around. Save your money. I’ll never rebook with them in the future.
