This is a great place, swimming pool is bigger then looks like on photos. They change towels and cleanning every second day. Kitchen is fully furbished. My children love it and there are 3 horses and a donkey that they go to feed with apples that we brought from Poland :) Owners helped me to rent a car for 20e per day! Small boutique hotel less than 2 minutes from the beach but still far enough away to enjoy peaceful nights. We had fantastic holiday at Joy beach hotel. The location is perfect, the hotel was close to beach, restaurants, bars, market. Very chilled, relaxed atmosphere, super jacuzzi, big clean room. Great hotel in perfect location. Next to the beach, bars and restaurants but still quiet without all the resort's hustle and bustle. Spacious rooms with convenient kitchenettes cleaned daily. Fresh towels every day. Helpful and nice staff made our stay a sheer pleasure. I recommend it to singles, couples and families. Hotel is very well located, close to the beach and restaurants in Perissa. Rooms are large and clean, it is calm despite it is next to Jojo beach bar 👍 and easy to park. Our flight back was cancelled and we chose this hotel at the last minute simply because Areti at the front desk was an awesome host.

We had a superior studio which was quite spacious with a kitchenette, dining table indoors, a sofa and a private spacious balcony. The pool is nice and can be used whenever and the black beach is a minute walk! Our receptionist Areti was great - always helpful and friendly! The apartment was with 2 rooms and 1 bathroom and you cannot go directly to the bathroom from each without crossing the other room. Otherwise the location is nice, they have a nice swimming pool.

What a beautiful place to stay at. Lovely clean rooms, beds are sooo comfy and aircon is amazing because you'll need it! 12 of us stayed here and it was like we had the whole place to ourselves! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Nice and quiet place. Clean and big pool and rooms. The location is perfect since is close to the beach and away from the crowded torusitic places. Delicious breakfast! Also the staff was pretty polite and helped us with our requests.

Spiros and Flora were the best! A tricky location but they've made the most of it and it's a super-short stroll from beach and bars. Great pool and surround; functional little apartments – we went en masse, which I recommend: just the right level of privacy and proximity for a few couples.

We stayed at Villa Limnes in September 2021. We had a wonderful time. Michaela welcomed us and gave us lots of local information. Our room was cleaned everyday. Great location in Perissa. Would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks Michaela we hope we can come again soon!

The owner was really nice and gave us at the beginning many extremely good tipps what we can visit. Theres only one thing i can complain about and thats the wifi in our room. I dont think that the wifi is in all rooms so bad we were just in the last room and when you just sit by the pool you have really good wifi

A very peaceful place to live. The owner helps out with showing the key points to visit in the island and what to avoid. Even recommended Me a dentist when my tooth started to feel bad. 10/10 only downside due to covid iš that the bar aint working. Daily room service, clean rooms, hot water.

Nice place close to the beach, with lots of flowers and green trees, swimming pool, everyday cleanup and kitchen with all the basic stuff (no oven, kettle, dishcloth or detergents though). Not really the best one concerning quiet and privacy, but we definitely liked our stay. Recommended!

Excellent choice in Santorini, clean and familiar environment. The Pool is a great extra! Go there and rent a Quad or a Car to visit the rest of the island. Not too far from Kamari Beach, probably the best beach of the island.

The service and staff are amazing! So kind and welcoming. Made sure everything was taken care of for us including airport transportation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!!!

Due to a mix up with our transfer we were dropped here by accident. We actually didn't stay but I am writing this review because the staff member who helped us, Andreas, was so fabulous. He did everything he could and more for us. We were so grateful. The perfect person to be a reflection of one's hotel!

Nice family business close to supermarket and bakery All though on the main road the pool area is very quiet 10 minutes walk to Perissa beach that has a beautiful promenade and bars.

A little gem. Was a clean little apartment at a very good price, in a convenient but affordable part of the island. Was definitely more tranquil than being near the beach with all the tourists and beach bars. Loved being a 2-minute walk from a 24h bakery with an extensive selection, including potato pies, pastries, cookies, baklava, and fresh-squeezed orange juice.

Fantastic location just off the beach and close to some quieter restaurants. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is a quiet oasis and the rooms are very clean and we'll equipped.

Very good housing for my money. Clean bed, room with air conditioning, refrigerator and stove on which, if desired, you can cook, even a TV) Terrace in each room. On the downside - I didn't catch wi-fi in the room. The beach is literally 90 meters from the accommodation, and most importantly, it is one of the best beaches.
