Atlantis Beach Villa

If you are wanting 5* luxury, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking for authentic and traditional Greek accommodation, this is absolutely the place for you. Set in an excellent location, just across the road from the beach and between Perivolos and Perissa. The staff are excellent, the pool is lovely and generally quiet, and very little sun lounger reserving going on! Breakfast becomes a little 'samey' each morning and I would have loved to see more types of fresh fruit, but that is a very minor issue. Don't hesitate to stay here!!!

Firstly, this is a great hotel, with fabulous staff and very clean grounds. I am struggling to understand why folks would write a bad review on this hotel. Check In at reception was easy enough, however you cannot get to your room until 1500 hrs. There is a place to change and leave your luggage in a safe place. The receptionist is a lovely lady and so helpful. It is from reception that pool towels are provided free of charge We had room 2, to the left of the main block on the ground floor. It had a free safe and air con. The latter could be left on all day. The free water in room on arrival was lovely and a much welcome touch. The room was slightly dated, but functional and very clean, with the only negatives are the shower curtain was too short and not enough storage space. However the room was larger than most Greek hotel rooms and the room was cleaned daily, with new towel every day. The bed was very comfy and large enough for the two of us. We had a great sea view from the balcony. The pool was large and clean. Lots of available sunbeds, even at 1100 hrs. The sunbeds were comfy and if bored by the pool, you could always use the beach sunbeds. Towards the latter end of the week, the pool ladder broke making it difficult and not so elegant to get out of the pool OJ in bar very nice and hard working and the bar reasonably. €6 for a pint of Mythos in a very cold glass. On the wednesday it was my wifes 60th birthday and via her work, brough us a bottle of Moet and Chandon champagne, in a lovely ice bucket and two stemed champagne glasses to the sound of "Happy Birthday" from the tannoy system. Very nice, so a big thank you. The breakfast was ok, reasonable selection of food, even for me as a vegetarian.. Supermarket to the left and right of hotel about 10 mins walk. Turn right to the Open Market for the bus stop. €2.5 pp each way to Thira Be aware of the very pushy sales tactics used to get folks into restaurants Loquita Snack bar and Perissa Bay. These are the nearest bars to the hotel and are about 100 meters to the left of the hotel. These sales tactics were pushing potential diners away due to pushiness. They even were stopping cars and quad

The villa has a great location, the entrance to the sea is excellent. Breakfast very good and a large selection. Beach bar services excellent whether by the pool or on the beach. Satisfaction in every way. I will come again

Great 3 * hotel - practically on the beach. Nice pool - perfect with free sunbeds on the beach. Very clean rooms - friendly helpful staff - basic but adequate breakfast. Perfect location, quiet and peaceful but close to restaurants and bars. Will definitely be back. Thank-you for a great holiday.

This is an amazing place with a great beach vibe and the friendliest of staff . I was a solo traveller and was made to feel very welcome . Christina at reception was fantastic and helped me organise a wine tour and every day has smile and a friendly chat. Rooms were very Greek , clean and simple furniture. Room was cleaned every day to a very high standard. Breakfast was simple & fresh and restocked . A lovely continental offering. Sun beds you could take your pick and same on the beach just across the road . Lovely man there to assist you . Pool bar wasn’t open late and closed at 7 ( maybe seasonal ) they again were great and severed lovely lunches and the wine and drinks were very reasonable. Ate there few times . You are slap bang in the middle of perissa or perivolous . The biggest decision is either left or right and no more than 2 mins you have bars & tavernas each way . This is a very peaceful hotel . I saw mainly couple and friends . This is a really cool place and has a boutique feel .

This was a return visit for us, we enjoyed our holiday so much last year that we booked for 10 days this time. It felt really lovely to return especially that my request for a sea view room was granted. Such a lovely vibe about the hotel...the staff, food, housekeeping ( the fabulous Vera..so sweetly bringing me a flower most days ) We loved the familiarity of walking out in the evening to choose a restaurant. We hired a car this time round, managing to see much more of the Island. Car hire is sooo reasonable. Once again thank you Atlantis Beach Villa for your wonderful service....who knows we may return for a 3rd time ;))

Fantastic place to stay just booked to go back in 2025 we never go back to the same greek islands but will again.lovely staff, excellent base to stay near restaurants 10 minutes walk to them So much to choose 2 minutes to the beach can't fault it

A very calm and relaxing destination, with a great pool and bar service. The breakfast was basic, but had enough options to satisfy different types of guests. The sun beds and pool were of a good quality and generally well maintained.

The only thing that stopped me rating this place 5 stars, was the comfort of the bed in our room. The mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. I'm 27 years old and my partner is 25, and we both felt soar after sleeping on the mattress every night, due to springs poking through the mattress material. I'm sure this is a one-off, but if you are staying here, be aware that your room in general may not be the most comfortable.

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are great. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Christina and shown to our room. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean with everything we needed including a great little fridge. The room was cleaned daily and the bedding/towels changed daily by our cleaner Vera. the pool area is perfect, lots of loungers for everyone with loungers on the beach for a change of scenery. there is a lovely bar area kept spotless by Mario and his team. The continental breakfast gives enough choice for all tastes (unless you need your full English, we don't), breakfast and daytime food is prepared/cooked fresh by Kostas. The staff here are wonderful, very friendly and helpful, we would recommend this hotel to anyone. (Sorry we didn't get all the staff names or spelt any incorrectly).

The location is excellent with a fantastic pool and such easy access to the beach. If you want a relaxing place to stay, Atlantis Beach Villa definitely hits the spot. There are also plenty of sunbeds around the pool and beach and a friendly, quiet vibe. There are lots of great restaurants nearby also. Sure, the rooms are rustic and could do with some TLC but the facilities more than make up for that.
