Reviews
1. For six days of stay, every morning was the same breakfast. Two types of eggs, baked pastry like from Lidl, same salad, same cured meat.
2. The website says that the all-inclusive service also includes a snack between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. - the snack is a piece of cake from which they cut a piece and a couple of small sandwiches (about ten at most) that are not available all the time.
3. During the 6-day stay, no cake was prepared for dessert even one day. In this hotel, dessert is jelly, some biscuits, pudding and whipped cream in plastic bowls, the same cake filled with cream
4. The reception staff is very rude.
5. The activity calendar does not apply. Although it was written that there is a party for children every night except Friday at 9 p.m., it was not on Saturday or Sunday.
6. In the splash park, a child under the age of 10 cannot go on the slides without hitting the rough ground with all his strength and getting hurt, because there is only two cm of water.
6. There are large groups of children staying in the hotel who make terrible noise, so it is impossible to get any sleep. They run up the stairs, the restaurant.
All in all a very disappointing experience, I would not recommend this hotel nor will we ever return there.
For that price, there are a handful of hotels that provide immeasurably better service.
Instead, we couldn’t sleep at night due to the noise, and there was no quiet during the day either. I came to enjoy some calm, a cup of coffee, and a sea view – but instead, I was surrounded by the sound of whistles and had to weave through kids having training sessions in the middle of the resort. Completely unacceptable – I came here for a vacation.
The elevators and the restaurant were overcrowded, which made the entire experience extremely stressful. It honestly felt like the hotel had been turned into a camp, and this should have been clearly stated when booking.
To make matters worse, my child drinks a specific type of milk that we brought with us, as it’s not available in Greece. I left two unopened cartons in the room, and they were thrown away. This caused a serious problem for us. We filed a complaint and received a small token in the form of some fruit and milk, which unfortunately didn’t help at all.
Additionally, the hotel doctor was not up to standard. We had to wait half an hour just to get a basic prescription for our child. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because having a doctor on-site made us feel more secure, especially traveling with two babies. But sadly, there was no professionalism.
All in all, we were satisfied during our stay two years ago – which is why we decided to return. The hotel concept is nice, there’s plenty of greenery, the food is good, the beach and pools are lovely, and it’s well adapted for families with children. But some things are simply unacceptable. This was not a vacation.
That said, the food is genuinely delicious, hygiene standards are impressively high, and the rooms are perfectly fine. The real highlight is the staff — incredibly friendly, polite, and always ready to help.
In short: if you’re young, loud, and allergic to quiet — you’ll love it here. If not, think about other options.
The hotel is very kid-friendly, with a large park near the beach offering plenty of space and sunbeds, making it a great place for families. The staff was friendly and always willing to help.
One downside, however, was the lift situation. There are only two lifts—one internal and one external—and during busy times, there can be quite a wait. Fortunately, our room was on the second floor, so we often used the stairs instead.
The hotel’s private beach was clean with plenty of free sunbeds, making it easy to relax by the water. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for families.
The food is decent, but breakfast and dinner are quite monotonous. For the period we stayed, we expected much more variety, especially in terms of fruit. The daytime snacks, which consist of sandwiches, banana bread, and ice cream, become tiresome over time. We found the lunch period to be very short, and it was always questionable whether we could make it in time due to our young child's afternoon nap. Nonetheless, I must commend the restaurant manager who kindly allowed me to take food to the room for my wife, who stayed with the child during her nap.
Regarding beverages, it is quite odd that there is a restriction that a person can only carry two drinks at a time. I mention this because we were with five other families and always tried to bring drinks for our spouses or friends. Additionally, I did not understand why alcoholic cocktails are not served at the bar near the beach, which would be very convenient for guests, but are only available in the hotel lobby. It is also noteworthy that Greek coffee is charged separately and is not included in the all-inclusive package.
The hotel consists of two blocks with around 600 rooms, but unfortunately, there is only one elevator, which is quite small and has long wait times, especially when new guests arrive or old ones leave with their luggage. There is another small glass elevator at the end of the hallway, which is very convenient to avoid the crowd occasionally. The pools and beach do not have enough shade, which was very important to us with small children. This could be resolved with some canopies or awnings.
Of course, these are just my personal observations and experiences after spending two weeks at the hotel. Another unbelievable thing was that we never had a consistent supply of hot or cold water; it always fluctuated from lukewarm to boiling or cold during showers, which was very challenging for bathing a baby. The rooms were decent, and the housekeeping ladies were truly wonderful, providing us with fresh towels daily. However, when considering the overall picture, I regret to say that neither we nor our friends are likely to return due to the price versus what we received. The hotel is decent, but I believe it simply does not warrant the cost. Nonetheless, thanks to the wonderful hotel staff who made the average stay more bearable.
