Hotels with sea view in Psakoudia

I stayed at Philoxenia with my family for a week, i have to give out big compliments. The food is my primary concern when i book an all inclusive/half board type of resort

The food was excellent every day, every breakfast and every dinner. The rooms were clean and well furnished for a proper sleep, and the location is surrounded of trees by the sea

That’s not just disappointing — it’s misleading. Other points: • Breakfast is the same every day — okay, but uninspired. • Coffee is truly awful — barely drinkable, definitely not what you’d expect from a 4-star property

This may sound petty, but there is a seat reserved in hell for whomever designed those instant coffee machines which use milk powder

• On the last day, you need to pay €2 per piece to store luggage in a locker — again, not in line with 4-star standards. On the plus side: the two-pool setup is a smart move, separating family areas from quieter zones

Your kids will be with you the entire time — which is fine, but not what we expected or were sold. What’s especially frustrating: even today, the kids’ club is still mentioned on several booking websites like Booking

Not a very busy season so if you are looking for some where quiet it's perfect

On the boulevard a lot of fun in various restaurants, plenty of choice and everyone is really friendly. There are a few shops where you can buy everything, including sunscreen, soft drinks, etc

Very nice hotel, with unique concept and architrcture. Kind and welcoming personal offers great and discrete service. Hotel has a good position near the beach, with lots of greenery around

Wonderful family hotel, not everything over-organised, but friendly. You should not be here for a super deluxe 5 * experience, but for charm and Greek simplicity

All recommendations for families with and without children. The place is also clean, lots of flowers, palm trees

Hotel with a special architecture, beautiful sea view, quite close to the beach, very fresh and tasty food (but there are no soups at all on the menu), clean rooms but need small furniture upgrades and bathroom repairs

We had a double room with a sea view. The room is large enough and the view is wow!!! We could stay there the whole day. The pool area is just amazing with modern atmosphere and laid back environment

We stayed from 9 to 16 September and we were very happy about it! We had a comfortable room with sea view

Friendly staff, small beach but with fine sand, sunbeds on the beach for rent for 5 euros a day, also, a small update would be necessary here as well. Overall, a beautiful, relaxing holiday, a very good value for money

What a fantastic holiday here. Just home and missing being here already. Instantly relaxed on arrival as it has a very chilled out aura. Fabulous Family who run this hotel and make you feel really welcome

Plenty of fishes in the sea, where the rocks are. You can see them really well early in the morning or before sunset. Clean, wide, perfect for kids if they can swim.

Good accommodation but not best beach and sea in Sithonia. You should go to the other side of the peninsula, exactly to Orange Beach.

We had an amazing experience here! Everything was beyond our expectations – the place was spotless clean, the location is fantastic, just a few steps from the beach with crystal clear water, a gentle entrance, and soft sand

2 big terraces, beautiful view, nice garden around the house and even your own chairs for suntanning/relaxing. Perfect place for family vacation, we’ve been provided with baby crib, it’s very thoughtful

The staff were wonderful, always kind and ready to help with anything we needed. Truly one of the best stays we’ve had, and we would definitely come back

The rooms and facilities are perfect the pool area and seats are very comfy. From breakfast you can see the sea and the owner does not interve but always helpful if you ask for something

Managed and run with real heart and care, the whole resort is spotlessly clean, with a lovely swimming pool and bar serving great cocktails for a great price! Our couples room came with a well equipped kitchenette, balcony with a sea view, tidy shower room and comfy bed

The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes and town around 15 minutes but all the food we ate was fine. Cocktails and drinks round the pool area are reasonably priced and the value for money would be hard to match

Free parking and the possibility to use the BBQ pit on site too if you would like. 10 mins relaxed walk to lovely beaches and excellent restaurants

Wonderfull and clean appartment. Landscape ist typical greek. We love to come back.

The room was clean, inviting and very tastefully decorated, a comfy bed and everything needed for my weeks stay, added bonus of a terrace overlooking the sea and olive trees

But what made the stay even better was every member of staff and the owners! Always happy to help and say hello, I was a single traveller and the main lady helped with local attractions, public transport and with the abundance of questions I needed help with any time of the day

Breakfast was basic but included everything needed for starting the day, coffee, tea, cereals, yoghurt and fruit, bread and butter, toasters honey, preserves, meats and cheese, pastries, scrambled eggs, and either greek sausage and bacon

Bed was comfortable and spacious, and capacity of the room was amazing! Breakfast was great, and the restaurant food was also lovely, with the hotel team going the extra mile to prepare special vegetarian meals

And all of this for incredible value! The family and colleagues who run the hotel are kind, friendly, and go the extra mile to get to know each guest. Thank you all so much for a perfect stay!

Best possible experience for the price! Asteris village is a family hotel with very friendly staff, mesmerizing view and a decent restaurant

Polite hosts ( we got e bottle of home made wine on check in), decent facility, great great views from the first floor (all rooms faces the sea)

Rooms - always been nice, but after renovation it is almost like 4 star hotel (beds are amazing now!). Clean - yes! The cleanest hotel ever. If anyone wrote something else, I believe they never even talked with them

Location - calm, cosy and so relaxing! Small beach, right by the garden (no street, just few steps down!) No big hotel right nearby. No loud clubs nearby, but shops and restaurants in a walking distance

Missed the protection net for the mosquitoes and sunbads on the beach ( no hotel on that beach has ones though)

Nice place for holiday, the garden is full of olive trees, great for kids. I recommend it.

I recommend rooms with sea view because the mornings are magical, and at the evening you can literally watch how the sun is going down. I will get back and visit them again

Very nice and quiet place. It's clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. It right at the beach. It has parking, wifi and place to rest. Good breakfast. 15min walking from it there is a cleaner beach with bar.

Spacious, clean and air-conditioned accommodation, in-room kitchen amenities, friendly staff. The beach is sandy and not crowded. There is plenty of restaurants not far away on less than 15min walking distance

There are sunbeds and bar service to the sunbeds - we really loved the milkshakes. The pools are very nice - the children loved the kids pool with multiple water activities. You can do water sports at the beach

First time at an Ikos hotel……we will return. Ikos Olivia was excellent in every way: the quality and variety of restaurants, the accommodation, the beautiful grounds and the overall ambience

Above all, the culture of all the staff was amazing, ranging from cleaners and gardeners through to wait-team in restaurants and on the beach, through to management and the Guest Services team

We had the most amazing two bedroom deluxe bungalow with a sea view which was more than comfortable for 4 adults and two kids

Diversity of meals is good enough (except for breakfasts). The only weird thing is that ordering water during dinners is not free of charge no matter that you have paid for half board services

In the evenings there are plentiful music programs for kids and grownups as well ;) All in all, i can totally recommend this place

We stayed in the Blue Dolphin Hotel for one week and it was a perfect stay. The resort is very peaceful and pretty, the pool nice and warm, the beach is beautiful, the buffets are nice

Also the other food you buy at the resort is very affordable and tasty. We did mini golf, played tennis, hired bicycles to visit Metamorfossi and Nikita

All is above the usual standard. Accomodation, food, rooms, staff. Private beach is well maintained, it's free and close to the hotel

This is great for small children who can go back and forth between them. 40m at its deepest too I think. The kids playground, though, needs serious work on it. The beaches by the hotel are NOT sandy

The beach is good enough - an umbrella plus two chairs are 3 euro per day, but there is also a big free zone. There are little stones at the beginning of the sea, but after that is sand

People are great, all of them. Food is on higher level than any tavern in the town. Beach does not have a bar and that would be a minus , but i am fine with that. 150 meter from the bar inside hotel

The staff was young and energised, in a good mood, service was quick and they were always kind and smiling. They clean the rooms every day and the whole resort is clean and well managed

Great and friendly staff, breakfast included and a great location in town. Rooms could be a little bit cleaner but overall very good the price.

The other problem is that the beach has algae, but thatt can be solved. Other than that I had a great time, at night it was very beautiful, you could lay on a hammock and watch the sea and the stars

Great family resort! We are coming here every year for 12 years! This is our favourite place -home away from home :) Friendly staff, private beach -front access, good food -in one word - this place has everything my family need

There was a playground, so if you have kids they would also be entertained. The place was clean all the time, the maids changed the sheets and cleaned, I think every or every second day

My booking was fantastic and amazing with the spotless room to be above and beyond any fantasy with the well-equipped furnishings, the nicely decoration, with AC inside and a fridge

Small and average hotel, no luxury amenities, just a place to sleep and eat during your vacation. Quiet and peaceful, you can have a good sleep there. Clean, but a bit old, it might need some renovation

The hotel is quite big with lovely gardens for the kids to play, parking outside the hotel and views to the sea for some of their rooms in higher floors

We usually went to other beaches in Sithonia, because the hotel beach was overcrowded and the sunbeds were always taken very early in the morning, as a guests we never had a chance to have a sunbed during our time there

This charming family-owned beach hotel in Greece exceeded all our expectations. The location is stunning, just steps from the sea, and the rooms are spotless and comfortable. Every detail is cared for with love

The burger and club sandwiches are a good pick. For the sea, be careful with rocks, they are everywhere. The hotel has made some paths with sand only where you can walk but i suggest getting special shoes

There are a lot of restaurants and grocery shops and I suggest 4 seasons as a restaurant and Discount markt as a grocery shop. The maids are doing their job perfectly and all rooms are clean

You give it to staff and at 8:30 AM you get a basket with your food! The pool is really clean. You can get a delicious lunch from the bar next to the pool. It offers smoothies, cocktails, branded drinks and food

The place is super nice and I think for the price you get the best quality. There is breakfast that works in a really cool way. Every day you get a menu where you choose what you want to get for breakfast

The bar is good, simple food cold drinks, coctails, the only thing that fell was a litle bit more smile from the service crew. You have parking for free, wi-fi singal is pretty good all over the place

We had an issue with internet connection and couldn’t work remotely time to time but the technicians were working on that. We were annoyed by the noise of the technicians working at our terasse and we stated our complain
