I went here with my girlfriend for 1 week here and I dont usually write reviews but if you are a couple in your 20s, do not come here, the food is awful, there is no entertainment at night and if you are all inclusive you will not get your moneys worth. In August 2019 we stayed in this very nice small hotel with familiar athmosphere. Spacy rooms, simple but functional interior plus aircondition. We had half board with a wonderful Greek buffet for breakfast and dinner. Only a few steps lead to the wonderful sandy beach, in the hotel area with beach service from the beach bar. We just can recommend it!!

Comfy housing with everything needed. Unfortunately there is only one key per house and the houses were quite cold in May, but there is heating if needed.

We stayed from 9 to 16 September and we were very happy about it! We had a comfortable room with sea view. The hotel has a beautiful calm beach where you can relax and also a swimming pool where you can enjoy drinks and chill. We had a double room with a sea view. The room is large enough and the view is wow!!! We could stay there the whole day. if the rate was not 200 euros but 50 euros per night, bed & breakfast, it'd be 5 stars. but when you get 200 euros, you must provide a real sea view instead of a room facing the sea without a view (as seen in the photos). when you get 200 euros for bed & breakfast, you have to serve a very good breakfast, at least you have to serve olives (especially in Greece), a better feta cheese and something more...

The experience was amazing. My children had a great time playing at the beach and after going to the park till late at night. The hotels where great and had a nice old greek vibe to them. the beach was AMAZING the water was clean and right beside was the beach bar that had really good food and right above was this restaurant called Elia that had amazing sea food. 100% recommend this.

The atmosphere was really nice, the guests followed the hotel rules, it was quiet and in general we had a pleasant stay.

The rooms and facilities are perfect the pool area and seats are very comfy. From breakfast you can see the sea and the owner does not interve but always helpful if you ask for something. The walk to the beach is around 10 minutes and town around 15 minutes but all the food we ate was fine. Cocktails and drinks round the pool area are reasonably priced and the value for money would be hard to match

The personnel was extremely helpful. The rooms are spacious with a nice view to the sea and the olives trees. The garden and the pool were very well kept. The only problem that we had was the thin walls in the room. Unfortunately, we couldn’t rest because of our room neighbors. We could hear everything from the other rooms and it was not comfortable.

Nice place and very quiet, one can really rest very well here. Beach is suitable for children, The owners are like family with you from the first day you arrive - they offer free fruits, tzatziki, water, vegetables bio from their garden and also White wine. Ikos Olivia was the choice for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and careful to our requests and made the whole experience for us feel perfect. The room was very nice and clean (chapeau to the cleaning ladies), the food was even better and there were a lot of choices in the restaurants or the main buffet. We’re coming back this year

Have had a marvellous time with my wife and friends, the meals in all the restaurants first class with service, all the staff and cleaners were fantastic and very helpful and kind. The hotel is gorgeous, the staff is top - absolute hospitality, clean and spacious rooms, delicious food. The only negative is the lack of laundry machines in the rooms and/or the lack of hotel laundry service - when you have small children, daily laundry is a must.
