Hotels on first line in Psakoudia

⚪️ meal times can be very busy and people stand staring at others near the tables which is quite rude. So a ticket system where people wait in the bar until their number is called would be better

The best one we found was called "Bamboo Beach Bar" The rooms were kept clean and replenished with bottles of water daily contrary to what some reviews have stated

We have a lot of people using the premium pool that hadn’t paid for it resulting in the lifeguard having to spend time evicting people to the standard pool

Very nice located in front of the beach. There is free entertainment program, especially for the children. The stuff is very kind and helpful. The food was frash and delicious. The only negative is that is not so quiet.

On the former food could be better with just some effort. Get someone new in the kitchen. On the latter, find a way with the neighbor's bar to share their sunbeds. The hotel should find such an agreement

I would highly recommend, especially with kids. A few things they could improve at however is the quality of the buffet and the need to find a way to have sufficient sunbeds for all guests

Only a few steps lead to the wonderful sandy beach, in the hotel area with beach service from the beach bar

Beautiful houses with palm trees all around. Perfect place for fashion photos. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is good. There is huge parking space on both sides of the hotel

In August 2019 we stayed in this very nice small hotel with familiar athmosphere. Spacy rooms, simple but functional interior plus aircondition. We had half board with a wonderful Greek buffet for breakfast and dinner

Great stonehouses! Fully equipped, sea view, 200m from the beach! Totally recommended! We will visit them again for sure!

Location - the beach is 5-7 min walk. Nothing to obstruct the sea view from the terrace, although the house is not directly on the beach. The interior - very nice equipped house with individual touch

If you are asking to see Paradise on Earth, the place is Halkidiki Luxurious Stonehouses - a wonderful setting in the stone houses, sea, sports, walking, good locations

Went there last summer, wonderful hosts, clean and beautiful house, close to the beach and quiet enough to enjoy relaxing times with friends

It is a complex of stone houses, so your friends will be close. Nice terrace with unobstructed sea view for morning coffee. Two air conditioners (one in the living room and one in the master bedroom) are doing fine job

First of all, i want to talk about the orrner of the house. They very nice and gentle people. Now i would like to talk about the house, very nice and clean house. You can find everything in the house

The Villa is situated right on the beach and the sunbeds are included in the room price. Giorgos, the owner is friendly and and always ready to help. The rooms are clean and spacious

All the rooms have private bathrooms and balconies. The beach is kids friendly because it is positioned in a small golf. If you get there by car you can visit other beaches and resorts in Sithonia

A perfect seaview. You can sunbathe right in front of the hotel if you stay here. The owner is a very friendly and willing host.

In Psakoudia you will find shops and great places to eat. I gladly recommend Porto Psakoudia. A beautiful place with nice and great people

The house is built in the old style, equipped to perfection. Unfortunately, the whole building is one space, the bedrooms for adults do not have doors, so there is a lack of privacy

The house is on the main street, cars pass day and night, so it is not the right place for those who want to escape from the city noise and enjoy the silence

The host were very welcoming. They greeted us with fruits and wine and gave us a gift on departure. Pleasant and clean house.We had lovely mornings with coffee and relaxing evenings on the terrace full of flowers.

The hotel has a beautiful calm beach where you can relax and also a swimming pool where you can enjoy drinks and chill

We stayed from 9 to 16 September and we were very happy about it! We had a comfortable room with sea view

Lovely bar beside the pool, with traditional Greek dancing in the evenings. With a cocktail happy hour until Midnight, what's not to like.

What a fantastic holiday here. Just home and missing being here already. Instantly relaxed on arrival as it has a very chilled out aura. Fabulous Family who run this hotel and make you feel really welcome

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and excellent service given. I recommend hiring a car and seeing more of this beautiful area

Hotel with a special architecture, beautiful sea view, quite close to the beach, very fresh and tasty food (but there are no soups at all on the menu), clean rooms but need small furniture upgrades and bathroom repairs

the beach was AMAZING the water was clean and right beside was the beach bar that had really good food and right above was this restaurant called Elia that had amazing sea food

Good accommodation but not best beach and sea in Sithonia. You should go to the other side of the peninsula, exactly to Orange Beach.

My children had a great time playing at the beach and after going to the park till late at night. The hotels where great and had a nice old greek vibe to them

Beach is great. It makes it not so great the loud music from Elia bar. Even more that most of the visitors are families with small kids.

This was a fantastic vacation with my 11th mounts old daughter. The kitchen was very helpful with good accessories to make a meal for my child. Kiki has met all of our requirements. See you soon...

The hosts were wonderful and the camping has a lot of shade as there are a lot of trees. The beach is great and the pool is good too

Perfect conditions for camping boungalows are great and well furnished 3 mins to the beach there is a little shop in the complex

Photos are a mismatch of 2 different hotels. The big pool is of the hotel next door along with some of the buildings.

On the plus side, the beach is decent and is directly connected to the campsite. I guess for €70 per night you can't be too picky, but I think a bit more care of the details could make it much better

This is probably a standard Greek campsite. but I wouldn't call it "clean" like some of the other reviewers. My main beef is with the pool

The only downside is the state of the toilets, they are not dirty but they are worn down. Overall it was a great experience and I would come back!

We stay here 4 nights and i fully recommended, amazing rooms for a logic price ( low season-june), place is clean and looks great, personal is outstanding, i dont give 5* because the breakfast was just good, can be better ! Thanks ☺️

Fantastic, warm and welcoming staff. The outdoor area was lovely with great views. The food was really nice; breakfast was including and they also served lunch and evening meals

Location - calm, cosy and so relaxing! Small beach, right by the garden (no street, just few steps down!) No big hotel right nearby. No loud clubs nearby, but shops and restaurants in a walking distance

Polite hosts ( we got e bottle of home made wine on check in), decent facility, great great views from the first floor (all rooms faces the sea)

Missed the protection net for the mosquitoes and sunbads on the beach ( no hotel on that beach has ones though)

Rooms - always been nice, but after renovation it is almost like 4 star hotel (beds are amazing now!). Clean - yes! The cleanest hotel ever. If anyone wrote something else, I believe they never even talked with them

Never stayed in such a nice place before. The host family is very friendly & the Resort looks just like on the photos. This kind of luxury for such a good price is unique!

Beach is suitable for children, The owners are like family with you from the first day you arrive - they offer free fruits, tzatziki, water, vegetables bio from their garden and also White wine

If you want the authentic greek experiance, this is the place. Great hotel with breakfeast included, location directly on the beach, free sunbeds, small water 150 m into the sea, nice palmtrees, nice olive trees

The best location, with the sea 30m from your room. The shade is provided by olive and palm trees that grow on premise. Sunbeds are provided and free of charge to use, and there is enough space for all guests

A house by the sea, with an wonderful sunset each evening, with an excellent mediteraneean food, the place where I return every time with great pleasure

Christos, the owner, is allways arround and in the mood for some talk or to help with sonething you need. But! First rule of this place is to relax!!! So no rush, and enjoy your vacation

The owner and the personel ar great people and they always try to make your stay more pleasent. The cook is wonderful, all the meals here have move value than the price you pay for them

Great ultra all inclusive hotel, set into the hillside above a private beach. Great choice of restaurants (6) and bars. Each restaurant has a different cuisine, and between them, they have a selection of around 300 wines

Have had a marvellous time with my wife and friends, the meals in all the restaurants first class with service, all the staff and cleaners were fantastic and very helpful and kind

Lots for families to do with great pools that are heated lots of things for the kids to do and great for couples, beach is nice and plenty of sunbeds sea is has stones as you enter with beach service highly recommend

The hotel is amazing! The staff is attentive and very careful they treat all guests with care and love. They will remember everything you like and bring it to you nothing too much trouble

Although they do have some adult only areas, you will encounter many families with younger offspring running around the pool, bars and restaurants main areas, and up until very late, too

Only it needs better handling to show its beauty. It's perfect for families and the fact that it is in front of the beach is superb! The pool is not as big as in photos

The hotel didn't look as good as the photos on Booking but I enjoyed the sea and food. Clean warm sea, sandy beach, comfortable weather (not humid in early Aug) 2. Buffet has a variety of dishes, big dinners

Good hotel. Nice beach...very very close (hotel on the beach). Very good breakfast and dinner. Noting much to do or where to go! All in all good for lazy summer!

On the other hand, there is no cleaning service in the hotel and on the beach and the staff is very slow and not very helpful

The beach is right next to the hotel, very spacious and safe for small children to play all day

Good location, near the sandy beach. Big swimming pool with child area, family friendly environment, big garden with oiltrees. Very clean, but old fashioned rooms with air conditioning and very basic kitchen equipment

The beach is ok, but the sea is full of rocks so prepare to have swimming shoes as you can also find under the water sea urchins. Also many jellyfish are washed ashore daily and they swim in water on hot days
