We spent a week at Casa Cook and had a marvelous time. The staff are friendly, helpful and attentive. We loved the clean minimalism of the buildings and the rooms. A swim-up is highly recommended if you want direct pool access — we swam every day. The bar and restaurant are right on the beach. Breakfast is a nice mix of buffet options and prepared dishes; the omelettes are a nice touch. The hotel is convenient to the airport and day tour pickups, and is walkable to Pythagoreio. We’d definitely be back!

We spent 5 nights at a private pool suite, and everything was top notch. The staff was beyond friendly. House keeping was amazing. Our trash was emptied multiple times during the day, even though we didn't see anyone. The delicious breakfast by the beach was such a calming start to our days. We'll always remember the time we've spent there very fondly. Huge thank you to the staff there, hope you'll have a wonderful year until we meet again :)

Best hotel on the island. You will hear the airport. Think about it if you don’t like airplanes. Flights from 7-7 with usually 4 morning, 4 evening flights.
Reasons to come: great beach, amazing architecture, the restaurant is a culinary gem, very nice staff, did I mention great beach?, comfy bed, great location, relaxing beach, great gym and spa, amazing views.

I recently stayed at Casa Cook Samos and couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The relaxed vibes throughout the hotel make it the perfect place to unwind.
One of the best parts is how conveniently close the hotel is to both the airport and the town—making it easy to explore without any hassle.
The spa was an absolute highlight! I booked a 40-minute treatment, but it felt like an entire day of blissful relaxation thanks to the skill of the therapist. Truly rejuvenating!
The food at the hotel was another standout. Everything was delicious, with generous portions perfect for sharing. You'll definitely want to sample a bit of everything.
If you're looking for a laid-back, luxurious escape with great service, Casa Cook Samos is the place to be. I can't wait to return!

First of all , the hotel is beautiful, especially the little patios for the rooms on the bottom floors. The rooms, however, were designed with some under-considerations of women. Let me explain. The showerhead in the shower is in the ceiling, and it's impossible to take a shower without wetting your hair. The lighting by the sinks is so bad that you can't see your face to apply makeup, and I had to go outside to the patio to do that. The room is nice but lacks storage and closet space and feels pretty small. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, the food is tasty, and the buffet has a big variety.
We had dinner at the hotel once, and the food was good, but the service was disappointing and infuriating. We lost desire to eat in the hotel after that. The wait staff at the restaurant was inattentive and not very friendly. We had to wait for someone to take our order for 30 minutes. And waited almost an hour for our entrees.
We requested a dinner reservation to be made for us once, and they told us it was booked. We showed up to the restaurant and they told us there is no reservation for us.
The people that were cleaning the rooms were super friendly.
Overall, I loved Samos, but I would not stay in this hotel again.

What a smashing hotel! I am in love with this place. Sleek design, and all rooms are very quiet with plenty of privacy. I opted for a room with a private pool and loved it. The hotel is very close to the airport (not many flights so don’t worry about noise), has exquisite pools (very dreamy!), and is on the sea with sun beds to use for free. You can order drinks and food from the sun beds (there’s a little button you can push and a waiter comes to take your order!), the main pool, or from your room. The staff were always very friendly! You can walk into the Pythagorio town (20 minutes walk, with a sidewalk for the most part) for restaurants. The only slight criticism I have is that the food/drinks are a bit expensive (cocktails generally EUR 15).

One of the best memories of my Samos visit. Did not stay in the hotel, but visited for lunch. Most of what we ordered was well prepared, presented, and tasty. The location in front of the Potokaki beach is not perfection for the sand lovers as it has a stone surface. But the architecture and the service were good. Well, beyond of what i expected.

We went to this hotel's restaurant to open a bottle of champagne in celebration. It was the worst experience I had in Samos. Firstly, no one greeted us at the door, so we sat where we found appropriate. We waited quite a while for the waiter, and when she finally came to take our order, she told us with a scowling face that the area we were sitting in was for dining. So we moved to the bar area. Again, we waited a long time for the waiter. When she finally came, we told her that no one greeted us and we had been waiting for a long time, to which she sarcastically replied, "Welcome." Besides her rude manners, she also smelled bad. Despite being a place we could consider luxurious, encountering a waiter who didn't pay attention to personal hygiene really surprised us. After reluctantly placing our orders, they came out wrong, but since it took so long to place the order and no one was attentive, we didn't call the waiter again to correct it. The service was so poor that they didn't even put a lamp on our table. We had expected to receive decent service and have an enjoyable time given the nice ambiance and the menu prices, but it wasn't worth the trip, and we didn't enjoy at all.

Casa Cook is a beautifully designed hotel, my room with direct access to the pool, which is more like a lake was amazing. The hotel's beach club is nice, if a little overpriced. Breakfast by the beach in the mornings is a lovely setting and the buffet has good variety, even if you are vegetarian like myself. The staff are very helpful and friendly, service can be a little chaotic at times, but the hotel has not been open long and I got the feeling things will improve as it gets a bit more mature. It even improved greatly from the first day of the trip to the last. Location is very close to the airport so you do get the occasional bit of plane noise, but it makes it very convenient for a short relaxing trip and you don't even notice it after a while. It's a 25 mins to walk into the local town or a short taxi ride and there are a couple of nice local beach bars also a close walk to the hotel. The fact the hotel is adults only creates a very chilled vibe, which makes for a nice relaxing experience.
