Casa Cook Samos - Adults only

The check-in time at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM feels unreasonable — having to wait for hours under the sun upon arrival was not a pleasant start.

While the beach and room design were overall nice, the carpet in the room could have been cleaner.

Food and beverage quality, especially the cocktails, iced coffee, and room service, were unfortunately below expectations and definitely need improvement.

Additionally, in a hotel where I paid over €500 per night, I would not expect to be charged extra for something as simple as an omelette at breakfast.

This place has potential, but some service and hospitality standards need to be reconsidered.

First of all , the hotel is beautiful, especially the little patios for the rooms on the bottom floors. The rooms, however, were designed with some under-considerations of women. Let me explain. The showerhead in the shower is in the ceiling, and it's impossible to take a shower without wetting your hair. The lighting by the sinks is so bad that you can't see your face to apply makeup, and I had to go outside to the patio to do that. The room is nice but lacks storage and closet space and feels pretty small. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast buffet is great, the food is tasty, and the buffet has a big variety.
We had dinner at the hotel once, and the food was good, but the service was disappointing and infuriating. We lost desire to eat in the hotel after that. The wait staff at the restaurant was inattentive and not very friendly. We had to wait for someone to take our order for 30 minutes. And waited almost an hour for our entrees.

We requested a dinner reservation to be made for us once, and they told us it was booked. We showed up to the restaurant and they told us there is no reservation for us.
The people that were cleaning the rooms were super friendly.
Overall, I loved Samos, but I would not stay in this hotel again.
