Diamond Deluxe Hotel - Adults Only

Our stay at the Diamond Deluxe Hotel was simply fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. Everyone—from reception to housekeeping and restaurant service—was friendly, professional, and always attentive. Their kindness and attention to detail truly made the difference.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and spotless. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The pool area and outdoor spaces were just as impressive, perfect for relaxing in a calm and stylish environment.

We also loved the restaurant: excellent food, great atmosphere, and staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience.

Overall, Diamond Deluxe Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines luxury, comfort, and outstanding service. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return!

We have just returned from a stay at this amazing hotel after a short break at its equally lovely sister hotel, The Diamond Boutique. This place takes your breath away when you walk through the lobby, out through the pool bar and you take in all of the vast pools! The outdoor space is really well designed and it never feels busy around the pools, which feature a mixture of Jacuzzi's, waterfalls and plenty of space for either proper swimming or bobbing around on inflatables. Room and sunbed service means that you don't even have to get up and walk anywhere for your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or lunchtime snacks.

There is a range of fabulous accommodation, most of which faces the pool, and we were thrilled to be given a swim up room which got the sun most of the day. Outside on the terrace is a table and chairs, a sun umbrella and a double sunbed. I would thoroughly recommend getting a swim up room, it was amazing! The bedroom was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfortable.

Food and drink was of an exceptional standard. We were upgraded to half board and this involved a 5 course meal every night which was outstanding. The hotel is in quite a remote location so unless you are going to hire transport, take the bus or get taxis elsewhere you are pretty restricted in terms of choice, but we were more than happy to use the pool bar for lunch snacks. The breakfast is simply stunning and there is a huge selection, both from the buffet and waiter service, so it is entirely possible that you wouldn't need to eat again until the evening after enjoying all of the delights on offer! The cocktails also deserve a mention as they are incredibly tasty and well worth a try ( I recommend the frozen coconut mojito in particular!)

Service and cleanliness can't be faulted - nothing was too much trouble and we really did feel completely pampered and relaxed. Even our final day was lovely - we left our room at 11, spent a relaxing day by the pool and then used the showers in the spa before our taxi arrived, so we didn't feel like it was a wasted day.

My first adult only hotel experience as a single person. It is a great place to stay to rest your head alone or to come as a couple. Personelle is super nice, guests were so individualistic and barely any communication. Only issue was the beach. It is not fully sandy, if you like stones in the sea it is ok. There is service from hotel but a small bar on the beach could be more convenient for the guests.

Having read other recent reviews I would agree with what’s been said already. I must say all the people working there are so friendly and do an excellent job. The only real point I”d like to make is regarding the private pool rooms which we had. It’s a case of deciding whether privacy or peace and quiet is your priority. Yes it was lovely and private but boy oh boy was the traffic noise loud and disturbing. The busy road is literally at the end of the patio shielded only by a hedge. You can’t hear the noise too badly inside and it did not disturb our sleep, but using the pool and patio area is spoilt by the constant traffic, cars, delivery trucks, buses and those awful mopeds and buggies. Particularly bad around mid to late afternoon when we usually gave up sitting outside. Nothing the hotel can do about it but if I had known I would have booked a swim up room which always looked so peaceful as we passed them. Just wanted to give other potential customers a heads up which sadly we were not privy to.

Beach is okay and the hotel is a little isolated but regular bus stops outside the hotel to Kos town
We have spent a few days at Tigaki beach which is great but you have to get a taxi to get there

Great 5* hotel on the beach. We arrived late to meet friendly staff and warm welcome. Very fresh and clean rooms, with comfortable bed and pillows. The ideal choice for quite and relaxing stay, combining the easy access to Kos town. Excellent food combining variety with quality. ALL the staff are warm and friendly, we highly recommend it (Booked through Jet2holidays).

Lovely hotel staff friendly and accommodating food good breakfast lovely good choice in the buffet and can order a la carte too special mention to Vodha and Costas who made breakfast enjoyable and a lovely start to our day would definitely return

We had an incredibly wonderful holiday at Hotel Diamond Deluxe. The hotel is nicely decorated, the food for all meals at the restaurants were very good and delicious, and there was a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms were large and really cozy with everything you needed. We had massage one day and it was a very nice experience – we can really recommend trying it! The service everywhere was very welcoming, and service minded (Thank you Chrisa). The pool area was so good. Large, lovely pools, enough sunbeds for everyone and a calm atmosphere. There was a DJ playing good music in the evening at the pool bar, but this did not create noise in the room when going to bed. In general, it was very quiet at the hotel, and we were very happy about that. The prices were completely fair, and you got value for money. We can only give our very best recommendations!
