Description

Built directly upon a beautiful stretch of sandy beach hotel is a modern hotel complex, featuring 2 swimming pools and a private beach. The hotel is situated in an ideal location with a unique view of the blue Aegean sea and the shores of Asia Minor on the one hand, and the island of Pserimos on the other.

Location: in the village of Lambi, opposite the bus stop, 2 km from the town of KOs and 25 km from the international airport of KOs.

The hotel has 510 rooms.

Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 300 m.

Accepted credit cards: Visa, Mastercard.

Pets are not allowed.

Food: all inclusive.

Breakfast 07:00 - 09:30, lunch 12:30 - 14:30 and dinner 19:00 - 21:30 buffet style in the main restaurant. During lunch and dinner unlimited soft drinks, local draft beer and wine.

  • the pool restaurant 19:00 - 21:30 (due to the limited number of places booking is recommended at least 1 day).

  • snack pool bar 10:00 - 16:30 (open 15.05 - 15.10, outside of this period as an alternative lounge-bar): a variety of cold and hot appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, etc. Cakes, biscuits, ice cream, café, tea, soft drinks, draught beer and local wine.
  • pool bar 16:30 - 24:00 (15.05 - 15.10, outside of this period as an alternative lounge-bar), last order at 23:00, 16:30 - 19:00 sandwiches, pizza, etc. 16:30 - 23:00 soft drinks, draft beer, house wine. 19:00 - 23:00 a large selection of spirits, cocktails — all of local production.

My partner booked us an all inclusive holiday here and the room and views were amazing and very clean and tidy, however the reception staff was quite moody and rude imo, the food was okay but quite repetitive and the drinks at the bar was very limited considering it being all inclusive entertainment was good quite enjoyed it the location on the beach was spectacular regarding views and sea breeze , the best part about this was the views and the bar staff and cleaners was all so polite and friendly. Also the restaurant staff was amazing very quick and brilliant at their jobs.

Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach.

I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews.

My suite was fantastic modern clean and tidy. We did have an issue with the toilet press breaking but they was out straight away to fix it and even gave us the option to swap to another suite of the same quality.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager himself was a really nice man and let us stay past our checkout time because of the toilet issue which was delt with very quickly.

The food was plentiful, I think they need to change the menu of food over the week, and also make sure it’s a bit hotter for the meat dishes as I found myself having to heat up. But it was nice enough to eat.

Cocktails was a let down for me. I love a cocktail but sugar syrup and alcohol and soda water don’t make a good cocktail.

I ended up going into Kos old town to cocktail bar and that was class.

Would I stay again yes already looking to book up for next year so that my thoughts.

Thanks to all the staff and Manager for making my stay memorable I’ll be back x

I'm here for a month and so far it's been great rooms dated but very clean towels changed every other day food is ok something for everyone gyros at pool bar lovely beer is a bit weak no spirits till 5 and tonic is not good so got some from shop !!! Only negative is 👎 on site laundry which is a must for a month and family s with kids !! anyway over all a great holiday for the price

Service was exactly as I prefer, not in your face or over the top. Just right. With one exception nobody introduced us to the complex, or gave us a check out time. Seemed peculiar. We found a map in reception on last day they should give everyone one as they arrive and a welcome letter that includes check out time, room service times etc. would definitely stay again though

We had a 7 nights stay last week. The staff is amazing ! Special mention to ANASTASIA from the main bar and SEVI from the beach bar ,who were both very very kind, always with a big smile and very helpful!!
Some girls at the reception though need some more experience. They didn't inform us about anything when we arrived and we had to ask several times about the basic things.
The location is really good, near to the centre of Kos. The beach is amazing and although it was windy ,the sea was really calm and clear and we enjoyed the swimming a lot !
The food was not good. Except for the gyros, all the rest were like hospital food.
Our room was nice with a great sea view but there were issues in the bathroom as the water was coming out of the shower and we constantly had a lake in our bathroom.

Despite we had All Inclusive we had to pay for the places on the beach. Eventually we did it every day and on one day I struggled with the worker who decided to take away my mattress as I was away for drinks, he didn’t give them back to me so the 4-5 Star mood was already 3 Star maximally. Overall the hotel is nice with the nice location, but a lot have to be changed. All inclusive has to be ALL INCLUSIVE.

We had a 7 night stay in may 2024 and had the best time! The hotel is lovely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a bungalow and it was perfect beds were very comfy and it was very clean. The food was lovely with a lot of choice. The hotel grounds are stunning as is the beach.
The hotel has a shop and cash machine right outside and is close to some lovely little bars along the road to kos town. We hired bikes from across the road from the hotel for 5 euros for the day!
I would highly recommend the Atlantis and we can’t wait to return in September 2025!

Just returned from a two week all inclusive holiday at the Atlantis Hotel.
The first thing I would like to do is thank all the members of staff for making our holiday so enjoyable, your hard work was much appreciated.
Our room was clean and comfortable, we slept soundly and the balcony was a nice spot for an evening glass of wine as the sun went down.
The food was plentiful and of a good quality with good choices.
I personally enjoyed the fresh fruit in the morning with yoghurt and honey, got my day off to a good start.
Alcohol can't be obtained until after 1100, the beer was nice and there is a good selection of cocktails from the all inclusive menu.
There were plenty of sun beds to go around, we like to be away from the pools as it is a bit more relaxing, no problem getting one in the morning.
Entertainment was provided most nights which was nice , there always seemed to be something going on.
I like to use a gym then I am on holiday and although the Atlantis doesn't have one their is an excellent facility run by an ex-bodybuilder about 400m away, so if exercise is your thing you won't be disappointed.
In conclusion the hotel was great and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

Atlantis hotel is beautiful. Entertainment on nightly. Food decent. The cocktails are nice and refreshing. The hotel beach is pebbley but it has a beautiful view.

I STRONGLY advise you get a sea view room. Beautiful views, great zircon, even had netflix/prime on the TV.

Staff and owners very welcoming. Very smiley and sincere.
