Built directly upon a beautiful stretch of sandy beach hotel is a modern hotel complex, featuring 2 swimming pools and a private beach. The hotel is situated in an ideal location with a unique view of the blue Aegean sea and the shores of Asia Minor on the one hand, and the island of Pserimos on the other.
Location: in the village of Lambi, opposite the bus stop, 2 km from the town of KOs and 25 km from the international airport of KOs.
The hotel has 510 rooms.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 300 m.

Terrible dirty horrible place as per photos , food court manager very aragant , staff are horrible, do yourself a favour book a decent hotel , poo came up the drains!!!

Our 6th time in this hotel. Great as always. Staff friendly as always. No problem getting a sun bed but a lot does depend on time of the year but still beds available when I got up. Food is fine just don't try everything at once or you will say it's repetitive! Back again end of August for 3 weeks (never want to go home after 2) and can't wait

Just came back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Beautiful country & hotel however there were a few things we were unhappy with. Certain members of staff are not friendly especially when working at the bar in the evening, barely acknowledging you etc and just very unwelcoming. The sun beds go at the crack of dawn (quite literally) and there certainly isn’t enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel making the space around the pool VERY crowded during the day and some people even sitting in chairs. The room was not cleaned properly, our floor was very dirty throughout our stay as it was not swept at all meaning all dirt etc was just collecting, the towels were also not changed regularly like we wanted and the beds were also not changed regularly. Two members of our family are vegetarians and purely ate potatoes, rice and vegetables for two weeks, we understand this is average for hotels abroad but sometimes they would even put meat in the rice or the veg making that even impossible to eat. The food was also not nice in general. We also found our aircon was terrible in the rooms resulting in having to sleep with the door open (not good if you don’t want to get bit by bugs). And finally the drinks such as the coke are so watered down that it is impossible to drink. Overall our stay at this hotel had its good and bad moments, we probably would not return here but our experience wasn’t terrible.

After a lot of bad reviews and a lot of things that my partner and I had seen on the Facebook! All the reviews regarding food and the place In general! In regards to all of that we couldn’t complain the hotel or the food there was plenty of option and the food was always to a good standard! We never really had a night where we didn’t feel like we couldn’t eat! The hotel is in the perfect place it’s a steady 30 minute walk from the town centre or a 5 minute (8 euro) in a taxi! All the staff are extremely helpful and always wanting to help and do whatever they can to make the experience better! The entertainment is good there isn’t too much through the day but enough to pass time on! Overall the hotel and the place is absolutely stunning! The staff even did a gesture on the first day for my partner as it was her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday!

The staff's attitude is a disaster. We paid for a renovated room with a sea view and got an old one that looks like we've stepped back 30 years in time. It's a family room with a view of a mosque and a palm tree. The room smells of damp. We went to reception to change rooms, but they told us they didn't have any. They assured us we'd get a new room the next day. We've been hearing the same thing for three days now, and the manager lies to us every day. I have allergies and have been suffocating at night for the past three days because of this room. No one cares about us. I don't recommend coming here and ruining your vacation.

I am currently here my with son and have found this hotel fantastic. The animation team, staff and facilities are great. The food is lovely and the gyros is is fab. The only slightly negative opinion is that the drinks are not to everyone's taste. Apart from that we are having a wonderful time, thankyou for such a fabulous holiday.

Great stay at the Atlantis Hotel Kos. Our bungalow had an amazing view of the gardens and beach. You just couldn't get bored of the view. Food was tasty and fresh All staff from reception, bar, restaurant and housekeeping were friendly and polite. Thanks for a great stay

We have just arrived back from a fantastic stay at Atlantis Hotel. After reading the reviews we were a bit worried as to what we would find... What we found was a friendly and welcoming hotel. Yes our room was a bit outdated but it was clean and roomy. The staff were so friendly and did a fantastic job. We enjoyed dinner on the restaurant terrace most evenings and we didn't have to wait long to be seated. The all inclusive drinks were OK - I wasn't keen on the cocktails as they were quite syrupy. I did however make up for that with drinking coffee liqueur :) The food was plentiful and there was always something on offer - the salads were fresh and tasty - I would have liked to see more fresh fruit at breakfast time though. We chose to pay 10 euros a day to have sunbeds on the beach (2 sunbeds & umbrella) as we wanted to relax and not hear the music from the bar. I do recommend beach shoes as it is quite hard to get in and out of the sea without them. We bought some from a local shop and it made such a difference. Overall for the price it costs to stay here I think we had a bargain!

Just had a fantastic family holiday, my husband is disabled and our granddaughter has to use a wheelchair, we were given a bungalow room. please ignore the negative comments we have all had a great time. Our room was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable, excellent shower and air conditioning. We found the food to be plentiful and hot with the the trays being quickly replenished. There was plenty of choice, salads, pasta, meat ( which was very tender, especially the lamb.) Staff all worked very hard. The pools large and very clean. We managed to get a sunbed most days, as usual people were reserving beds at stupid o clock. No complaints from us.

Currently staying here got 4 days left and felt I had to write review. Please don’t depend on all the negative reviews. I always ask myself would I stay here again and yes I would. Sure it’s a bit dated but staff are so friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a kettle in our room asked for one was delivered within half hour our aircon didn’t work went to the pool brand new system installed while we were out. I accidentally broke the shower was fixed within an hour Now to the food and drink. I defy anyone not to find something to eat. Loads of choices. Sure can be a bit lukewarm but definitely something for everyone. I read water wasn’t included yes it is. You can fill your bottles at the pool bar. Obviously you’re not going to get Smirnoff vodka or Gordon’s gin. It’s local brew. But it’s drinkable. If you want branded obviously you need to pay. I haven’t met one rude staff member yet all so nice. So that’s my review each to their own but like I said if I returned I’d come back here. Hope this helps anyone due to come
