Built directly upon a beautiful stretch of sandy beach hotel is a modern hotel complex, featuring 2 swimming pools and a private beach. The hotel is situated in an ideal location with a unique view of the blue Aegean sea and the shores of Asia Minor on the one hand, and the island of Pserimos on the other.
Location: in the village of Lambi, opposite the bus stop, 2 km from the town of KOs and 25 km from the international airport of KOs.
The hotel has 510 rooms.
Beach: own sandy beach, 10 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee. The beach is 300 m.

Terrible dirty horrible place as per photos , food court manager very aragant , staff are horrible, do yourself a favour book a decent hotel , poo came up the drains!!!

Our 6th time in this hotel. Great as always. Staff friendly as always. No problem getting a sun bed but a lot does depend on time of the year but still beds available when I got up. Food is fine just don't try everything at once or you will say it's repetitive! Back again end of August for 3 weeks (never want to go home after 2) and can't wait

Just came back from a 2 week stay at this hotel. Beautiful country & hotel however there were a few things we were unhappy with. Certain members of staff are not friendly especially when working at the bar in the evening, barely acknowledging you etc and just very unwelcoming. The sun beds go at the crack of dawn (quite literally) and there certainly isn’t enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel making the space around the pool VERY crowded during the day and some people even sitting in chairs. The room was not cleaned properly, our floor was very dirty throughout our stay as it was not swept at all meaning all dirt etc was just collecting, the towels were also not changed regularly like we wanted and the beds were also not changed regularly. Two members of our family are vegetarians and purely ate potatoes, rice and vegetables for two weeks, we understand this is average for hotels abroad but sometimes they would even put meat in the rice or the veg making that even impossible to eat. The food was also not nice in general. We also found our aircon was terrible in the rooms resulting in having to sleep with the door open (not good if you don’t want to get bit by bugs). And finally the drinks such as the coke are so watered down that it is impossible to drink. Overall our stay at this hotel had its good and bad moments, we probably would not return here but our experience wasn’t terrible.

After a lot of bad reviews and a lot of things that my partner and I had seen on the Facebook! All the reviews regarding food and the place In general! In regards to all of that we couldn’t complain the hotel or the food there was plenty of option and the food was always to a good standard! We never really had a night where we didn’t feel like we couldn’t eat! The hotel is in the perfect place it’s a steady 30 minute walk from the town centre or a 5 minute (8 euro) in a taxi! All the staff are extremely helpful and always wanting to help and do whatever they can to make the experience better! The entertainment is good there isn’t too much through the day but enough to pass time on! Overall the hotel and the place is absolutely stunning! The staff even did a gesture on the first day for my partner as it was her birthday. I highly recommend this hotel for a holiday!

The staff's attitude is a disaster. We paid for a renovated room with a sea view and got an old one that looks like we've stepped back 30 years in time. It's a family room with a view of a mosque and a palm tree. The room smells of damp. We went to reception to change rooms, but they told us they didn't have any. They assured us we'd get a new room the next day. We've been hearing the same thing for three days now, and the manager lies to us every day. I have allergies and have been suffocating at night for the past three days because of this room. No one cares about us. I don't recommend coming here and ruining your vacation.

My partner booked us an all inclusive holiday here and the room and views were amazing and very clean and tidy, however the reception staff was quite moody and rude imo, the food was okay but quite repetitive and the drinks at the bar was very limited considering it being all inclusive entertainment was good quite enjoyed it the location on the beach was spectacular regarding views and sea breeze , the best part about this was the views and the bar staff and cleaners was all so polite and friendly. Also the restaurant staff was amazing very quick and brilliant at their jobs.

Well this was a lovely break for 7days and the suite we had was right on the beach.
I’m going to give you my honest opinion as I know there been a few bad reviews.
My suite was fantastic modern clean and tidy. We did have an issue with the toilet press breaking but they was out straight away to fix it and even gave us the option to swap to another suite of the same quality.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the manager himself was a really nice man and let us stay past our checkout time because of the toilet issue which was delt with very quickly.
The food was plentiful, I think they need to change the menu of food over the week, and also make sure it’s a bit hotter for the meat dishes as I found myself having to heat up. But it was nice enough to eat.
Cocktails was a let down for me. I love a cocktail but sugar syrup and alcohol and soda water don’t make a good cocktail.
I ended up going into Kos old town to cocktail bar and that was class.
Would I stay again yes already looking to book up for next year so that my thoughts.
Thanks to all the staff and Manager for making my stay memorable I’ll be back x

I'm here for a month and so far it's been great rooms dated but very clean towels changed every other day food is ok something for everyone gyros at pool bar lovely beer is a bit weak no spirits till 5 and tonic is not good so got some from shop !!! Only negative is 👎 on site laundry which is a must for a month and family s with kids !! anyway over all a great holiday for the price

Service was exactly as I prefer, not in your face or over the top. Just right. With one exception nobody introduced us to the complex, or gave us a check out time. Seemed peculiar. We found a map in reception on last day they should give everyone one as they arrive and a welcome letter that includes check out time, room service times etc. would definitely stay again though
