Doryssa Seaside Resort in Pythagorio

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had when booking. The staff was often rude, slow, and at times even forgot about us when we asked for assistance. The food served at the hotel was of poor quality and did not meet basic standards. There were never enough clean towels available for the pool or beach. We constantly had to wait for fresh ones, which was very inconvenient during our stay. The common areas of the hotel were dirty and poorly maintained, which gave an unpleasant impression. When we tried to use the padel court, it was covered in sand, making it impossible to play properly. While the room itself was acceptable, everything else around the hotel was far below an acceptable standard. This experience was highly disappointing, and I do not feel that we received the value we paid for. I kindly request that you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. The food is totally overpriced. We bought gyros platter for 16 EUR. See the picture, that is what we got. No dressing or tzatziki.
