New hotel (5years) on the border of Halkidiki. A convenient 30min drive from the airport. Although it’s close to the main road you can’t hear it. We stayed for a weekend to escape the city. At this level, however, the staff could be more attentive, Wi-Fi should be in rooms rather than just the central areas, there should be more international TV chanels and more activities. I can't recommend this place enough. We had a wonderful holiday with our 8 month old son. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The food was delicious and with 6 restaurants we never got bored. Ikos Olivia was the choice for our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and careful to our requests and made the whole experience for us feel perfect. Overall the hotel is big and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. You need to pay for everything that you see, even for water. Paying for dinner is €45 p.p. Honestly the food is low in quality. The beach and sea are absolutely beautiful, and the rooms are nice with a generally clean environment. However, the coffee cups could use better attention to cleanliness. Breakfast service could be improved due to the long wait times caused by a shortage of coffee machines. Despite these minor issues, it's a great choice for a family stay.
