We loved staying here! Ellada in the reception was always helpful and professional🥰- thank you! Efrem made best drinks ever. Wine tasting was also a great experience. Rooms always tidy. A great hotel for a family vacation! Extremely clean, modern and comfortable. The staff is more than friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The food was surprisingly tasty and varied for a buffet. The beach was also extremely clean and tidy. Definitely recommend and would come back!

I was looking for a relaxing holiday but unfortunately I couldn't get it at this hotel. Majority of clients from Balkans and east european countries. This by itself is not a problem but clients have a "i pay you and i do whatever i want"attitude. Also clients reserve seats and umbrellas early at the morning and they argue with other clients who want to use them. Overall no good manners and culture of respect from the clients. The hotel has super location, nice food, awesome room service, cleaning service and the best animation team ever. Unfortunately the pool main one is very dirty and all people who stayed there too long had otitis, as a doctor I haven’t seen so fast infection in so many people. Needs to be change ASAP.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this hotel. We found the hotel clean and the food was generally good although it did get a bit repetitive towards the end of the visit.
