Super friendly and service minded staff. Plenty of activities to do for everyone. Plenty of sun beds by the pools and beaches. The only minus is that the whole resort is like a big village full of tourist and staff

breakfast quite nice with multiple options of dishes cooked at the moment (pancakes, omelete, etc) Beach front with seating area with towels and showers also great swimming pool

When we arrived, you took the stress away from us by booking us into all the restaurants that you thought would be suitable for us as I am quite fussy

Sani Beach is an absolute slice of heaven. Impeccable service, coupled with high quality hotel and delicious food. Loved our week as a family with 2x teens.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sani Beach Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and attended to our every need with genuine warmth and professionalism

Accomodations were very nice and well fitted out and when we went lots of chill out lounges we could use; however it was the last week of the resort so wasn't particularly busy

One of the nicest we've stayed in Europe. The resort was well maintained with the greenery well pruned and managed. Paths were clean and little to no litter

Perfect vacation! Wonderful staff, great service, crystal clean and quiet beach. Yoga in the forest with a sea view and ice cream by the pool. Kids loved Volvo rides to the main resort and endless attractions there

Beaches were combed in the mornings and towels were provided at the beach and on the chairs by the pool. Pools were heated, we went in Oct so temps were just about ok to go sea and pool

Wonderful vacation: Magnificent landscapes. Clean fresh air! The food is very tasty and varied! There are always a lot of fruits and vegetables. Dishes for every taste! There is a playroom and animation for children!

There were enough sunbeds, no need for reservation! The two swimming pools were clean. Few evenings there ware organized entertainments

While the whole our family enjoyed it a lot, it is most suitable for families with small kids. Food is excellent and everybody is very kind! The whole beach is covered with fine sand and is very kid-friendly

We loved that everything was within walking distance, including the beautiful marina and pristine beach

The dine around offer works well and guarantees a good variety of culinary experiences. Our concierge Alexis and the whole team were very customer oriented and went above and beyond to ensure the best possible stay

Our 7-year-old enjoyed the selections, and we found it to be ideal for couples as well, thanks to the spacious layout that allowed for privacy even during the busy high season

Truly a 5-star experience - a luxury for both the parents and the children. The pools were exceptional and the private beach with towel service was a luxury

Especially the beach service where they provide complementary mineral water bottles and fresh fruit and they come around to clean your sunglasses and spray your face with Avene mineral water

A top class 5 star resort that was utterly superb for a recharge. We had booked Sani Club but called the day before we arrived and were offered an alternative to Sani Dunes and an upgrade

We were on half board so were able to eat at most restaurants using the dine around set menu, however we also ate at others without the set menus where the small allowance of 25 euros per person would be deducted from your bill

Most starters were in excess of 25 euros. One of our favourite restaurants was called Elia led by a particularly brilliant charismatic manager. Although I believe the resort was close to full you never felt that it was

Also live very professional entertainment every evening, we just attended one as we mostly slept, ate and relaxed. There are some 26 restaurants to choose from

We probably should have hired a car as you can not get out of the resort area easily, we did book the coach trip to Moudania which was an opportunity to visit a local market and pick up some souvenirs

A unique place into the nature with amazing view in Aegean sea. The hospitality and service were great. Spacious rooms and new facilities. Furthermore, rooms were super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

- A really Nice boutique residence close Sani beaches, marina and restaurants. - Flats are cosy and well fitted out. Ours located on 1st floor offered us an amazing views to sunsets

the grounds are beautiful with the pool and garden, great view of the Mount Olympus, the Sani bay, rich home-made breakfast. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sanidiamonds ! We stayed at Apartment A2. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

For this money would be better to stay in Sani Resort and not to pay 40€ for one umbrella as a guest (if you able to find available)

Very used kitchenware and all other house equipment, old and unpleasant towels… old tv without hdmi

The only thing that is really good is the beach which is clean in the most parts and the sea which is beautifully crystal clear

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Afroditi; for the price the hotel is solid, the food was tasty and the beach is very close.

Not really what I expected for this much money. The room was small, the bathroom as well and the balcony was too small. The swimming pool is ok but the working hours are unsuitable for small kids who sleep during the day

Excellent location ; Very good services; sewer system has a little smelly situation but because they check me in as soon as I arrived and not to wait 6 hours THIS IS A BIG PLUS ! Thank you for the room - it was with a nice view ! I will totally recommend and hope fully come again

It is a cheap hotel and don't have high expectations. They don't offer so many services like cleaning the room, etc. If you don't want breakfast it might be a good choice to rent an apartment instead

I read the comments before going there. I cant say it was too clean but with this price i didnt expect that i will have a luxury conditions. Air Conditioner was free maybe they changed the rules

Beautiful garden with many sitting options outside, amazing view to sea. The house is tastefully furnished and got everything one needs. Stella is a such a nice person and is the best hostess

We stayed there for 14 nights in August 2024 and we had amazing holiday. We loved it down by the beach had our own private beach gazebo which we loved

We swam in both the pool and the sea and it was really great! The location is perfect and with amazing view! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends

Excellent hotel in a very good position to discover Halkidiki (all the three fingers). Large and silent bedrooms, incredible breakfast and very polite staff

There were 3 main swimming options and free beach towels that we loved and used. The spa were very relaxing and the gym clean and modern. For us the winning element was the playground for the kids/babies

Lovely beach it's a bit stoney getting in the sea but sand after that and really warm. You can get food from the restaurant takeaway too. Car parking is a bit small not very large so come early.

The Beach is wonderful there, the Beach Bar is nice, the local taverna is okay if you dont want to Go outside for eating (10 minute drive in Siviri wonderful tavernas)

The pool is very nice too for kids and this year they added an option to rent paddle boats and SAP which is great too

There were two pools and a jacuzzi - one big pool and one smaller, but we couldn't use either since the smaller one with the jacuzzi beside it was closed off, and the big one was full of dead bugs

Great place, wonderful nature around, beautiful small beach. Taverna prices are really cheap and everything is so tasty. Breakfast is till 10 am, and if you come 5 min later, it is over

They fixed everything we told them very quickly and always with A smile (Futini and Yorgos were increadible). It is true that this hotel does not fit you if you dont have a car, but having a car it was located great

We loved staying here! Ellada in the reception was always helpful and professional🥰- thank you! Efrem made best drinks ever. Wine tasting was also a great experience. Amazing chef took us to delicious Greek food

Plenty of facilities, especially for children, so it is rightly called one of the best family hotels in Greece. The beach is beautiful and spacious, plenty of space on the sunbeds. The pool is also very nice and clean

This was a family house not a commercial property, so it is loaded with amenities. Great value for money. Quite neighborhood.

It's about to be 10 days since we're here. I'm giving 4 starts because the value for money is not as expected. Pools are not maintained properly and regularly, it can be seen from the pool wall water mark residues

There are metallic structure that are corroded and exposed on the pool edges. Lastly the lack of entertainment and animations

Since we are here 4 girls are trying to cover all the activities from Early morning till midnight including kids club and water sports. It seems that a lot is being tried to be covered with a small team

All inclusive is satisfactory with lots of food and drink options. Rooms are near and clean, except for a couple of lights everything is functioning. This hotel wouldn't be my first choice next year

- you can also book a free spa room with shower to avoid the late checkout fee of €50 but be warned these rooms FLOOD and is a accident waiting to happen! Beach is literally seconds from both pools - kids will need beach shoes as the stones are very sharp just getting into the sea but once you’re in up to knee high the floor is soft

Rooms are a bit old but clean and spacious. 2 pool's and the one for kids was very nice. Beach is small, and not sandy but mixed with stones. Sea water is very clear and nice

And it was really hard to fall asleep. And the location? The sea was great. Warm and from the morning peaceful and clear. Beach was beautiful during the day and also during the night

Evening entertainment is below par. Beach is metres away from the two small pools. Free bus provided by the hotel to the local town and village - you must book a day in advance Nothing is in walking distance

We were here on August 2024 and had a really good vacation. For me, this was the first near sea vacation, so I was fascinated by everything. I have to put 5 stars of 5 because this hotel is simply great

Let's now come to the Staff- all of them where so nice to us, always had a Smile on the face and they really did the best Job, although the season comes to an end ! Special thanks to Sofia, Christo, Mary, Dimitris, Mihail, Costas, Pavlos - really those Staff is the best in the World! We had so much fun with them and they did everything for us

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, particularly because of the wide sandy beach and warm sea. The food was also delicious and varied, which added to our pleasant experience

The privat beach area is Clean, Sand is very nice ad smooth, loungers and Parasols are for free and you can Take fresh towels every day at the beach. on some nights we had local live music or Bingo

The Location and equipment of the hotel is great, the staff is amazing - friendly, professional and always helpful, food is delicious. In short: one of the best places to relax by the sea

the Hotel itself and the beach were gorgeous. The food was excellent and the personnel were friendly. If you want to relax in the sun and eat delicious food this is the place for you

The beach is not as nice as Halkidiki. Food was reasonable, spa was great. The design of the rooms is great, maybe a little clinical. You could be anywhere in the world

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

Best hotel in Siviris, especially newly renovated rooms. Front location, acceptable price. Breakfast is not bad, but there is a poor choice of food. If don't ask they will not refill.

The breakfast was great, all a person could wish for. The service in the bar was also fine, it was nice that it wasn't too crowded so we always got a seat by the pool, which was also nice

Also the location is more than perfect since its in the town centre and close to all the stores, bars, restaurants, beaches and more, and it feels very private and "away" from everything

Everything was cleaner than we expected because of the booking reviews that said cleanliness wasn't something to be expected, and to our good suprise everything was very clean, the cleaning lady came to make up our room almost every day

The room we got was ok, but the kitchen in the room didn't have any pots or pans, so we couldn't cook even though there was a stove. Nevertheless we had a balcony, a big bed, TV and an ok bathroom

We stayed for a total of 7 days. Everything was ok, the biggest plus is that the hotel is pet friendly so our dog could come with us for no charge
