Hotels on first line in Sani Beach

When we first walked around the resort I immediately went “wow” However, there is one big reason I can’t give it five stars: the pools are freezing! We went in late September, and the preside temperature during our stay was around 28c, so not cold

It wasn’t a massive problem for me (hardy adult male), but my toddler was freezing in minutes, which is difficult when you’ve got a toddler who loves water as much as they do! It didn’t stop us having a great time, but it took the edge off what would otherwise have been an almost perfect stay

(PS: the pools are apparently heated and we weren’t the only family to say how cold they were) The other slight gripe was that bed and pillows were not very good, but the hotel will soon be refurbished so that will presumably be resolved

Travelling with children, we found it perfect for all ages. The facilities are top notch, the beach is pristine, and the whole place has such a calm, elegant atmosphere

4 stars doesn’t quite do it justice. It’s in a lovely resort, with loads of amenities, great food, and brilliant, attentive staff. We went with our toddler, and it really is made for them

Wonderful experience at Sani Beach! 🌿 The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The service is of the highest standard – staff are attentive, friendly, and always ready to help

Great location, nice view to the sea,delivered some plants there, looks like unice place for relax and vacation :)

Service level was amazing a few years ago and went down a bit but is still fine. The only thing they never figured out is the reservation system for the restaurants and the e-concierge

The room was near the 'top' of the resort, which is on a large hill down to the sea. This wasn't a problem for us as we're in relative health but make sure you bear this is mind if you need something more accessible

We arrived with a private transfer from the airport, which was wonderful (thank you George!) and the welcome at the hotel was lovely. Our room at Sani Club was a Deluxe Double Garden Room with Sea View

The room itself was beautiful and we had no complaints at all. The resort itself was staggeringly large. It was meticulously kept, clean, with so many beaches to choose from that were all lovely

There were adult-only sections on the beach and the restaurants, but they're often next to each other so it doesn't make a huge amount of difference

Food was great, best is to avoid peak hours at the restaurant. Sea was perfect for the kids as it starts real shallow and they can play with little supervision

However, we were surprised and frustrated to learn that even water at dinner costs €3, which feels unreasonable when you're already on a meal plan. The rooms were a bit outdated but clean and serviceable

We went the the hotel for a 5 day vacation break. Hotel surroundings were great. You feel the nature everywhere, have complete serenity and wake up with birds humming

On a positive note, Dmitrij at reception was fantastic—professional, kind, and always ready to help. The food was very good (we had half board), with a wide selection and good quality

There was no real evening entertainment, just a kids' mini disco that our 5-year-old didn’t enjoy at all. The animation team did try hard and deserve credit for their energy

While we understand it’s a national tax and not the hotel’s fault, it still felt excessive and added to our disappointment. Overall, I’d rate the hotel 4 stars

We had a great stay here, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was great, especially Andreea, the assistant hotel manager at Sani Dunes. Will definitely come back.

My 6th visit and never fails to impress. My wife and I have visited Sani Dunes six times out of the past 8, only stopping for covid

We have just spent 9 wonderful nights in this lovely hotel our 15th return visit to Sani resort but since the first year it opened we always return to Sani Dunes The pools, beaches and food are all excellent and every member of staff goes above and beyond to make your stay special

Eleni from THE reception îs always willing to help you. Vasilis,from THE Beach House it is ready to serve,and Elsa ,THE housekeeping made sure everyting was in order

From the moment we arrived, everything felt seamless and genuine. You can tell that Nikos runs the resort with both precision and heart

A special mention to Elena, the Guest Relations Officer, who was truly wonderful. She was always available with a friendly smile, offering thoughtful suggestions and checking in to make sure we were enjoying our stay

This provides a semi-private pool experience without the premium! It's perfect for when you have little ones who inevitably forget something in the room as getting back to the room is mere steps away! There are comfortable thick padded sun loungers everywhere (including in junior suite gardens) and more towels than anyone needs

We've previously stayed in the junior suites which I am a big fan of - they are very spacious and thoughtfully designed with private gardens opening onto the freeform pool

Our 7-year-old enjoyed the selections, and we found it to be ideal for couples as well, thanks to the spacious layout that allowed for privacy even during the busy high season

We had another perfect stay at Porto Sani. As a family we stayed in the 3 bedroom suite with private pool - it is fantastic, spacious and comfortable

It has a generous sized garden with plenty of outdoor furniture for all types of lounging. The L shaped pool is cleverly designed so there's always part in the sun and part in the shade

The promenade to Sani Club is wonderful and cycling along it with the beach on one side was wonderful ! Themed dinners (i. Halloween) are always a hit with children

A unique place into the nature with amazing view in Aegean sea. The hospitality and service were great. Spacious rooms and new facilities. Furthermore, rooms were super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly

- A really Nice boutique residence close Sani beaches, marina and restaurants. - Flats are cosy and well fitted out. Ours located on 1st floor offered us an amazing views to sunsets

the grounds are beautiful with the pool and garden, great view of the Mount Olympus, the Sani bay, rich home-made breakfast. Looking forward to stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation in Sanidiamonds ! We stayed at Apartment A2. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable

The only thing that is really good is the beach which is clean in the most parts and the sea which is beautifully crystal clear

It is near the beach just 100 m. Nea Potidea is peaceful place with few shops and if you want to buy something more you have to go to Nea Moudania but it's very close and you have a lot of buses during the day

The staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist Afroditi; for the price the hotel is solid, the food was tasty and the beach is very close.

Not really what I expected for this much money. The room was small, the bathroom as well and the balcony was too small. The swimming pool is ok but the working hours are unsuitable for small kids who sleep during the day

Excellent location ; Very good services; sewer system has a little smelly situation but because they check me in as soon as I arrived and not to wait 6 hours THIS IS A BIG PLUS ! Thank you for the room - it was with a nice view ! I will totally recommend and hope fully come again

Visited at the beginning of August. Room was very clean but you have to take care of it for the time you are staying there. No towels just one small for your feet. At Anex 1 the front part of the hotel good wi fi

The pools were immaculate, though a bit cold and could have been warmer but we loved them nonetheless. The beach is stunning and also well maintained

We really appreciated the easy accessibility to everything around the property, with paths for strollers all the way down to the beach

The spa is top notch- my husband and I have stayed in many top spa hotels around the world and really found this one to be excellent. The staff all around are so kind, efficient and go above and beyond

Anything we asked for was brought in a matter of a few minutes. We only ate at the Myrtales restaurant which had a great variety of excellent food

If I found one small fault was that we had a bathtub in our room which was poorly designed as the shower head couldn’t be turned much so only faced one way in front of the glass door which didn’t help to prevent water from leaking out, so we had the whole floor from behind the toilet flooded every time which was inconvenient to clean up and a hazard with a toddler

We stayed there for 14 nights in August 2024 and we had amazing holiday. We loved it down by the beach had our own private beach gazebo which we loved

Our stay at Elani Beach Resort left us with mixed feelings. The natural surroundings and location are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, although a bit outdated

The beach bar was just as bad; some days they had a couple of pizza options, but on most days, they had nothing to offer at all. ​This hotel has the potential to be a wonderful resort, but significant changes are needed

A major letdown was the sunbed policy – hotel guests can only use sunbeds from the fourth row onwards, as the first three rows are for an extra charge. It's clear that guest comfort is not a priority

There is no dedicated parking space for residents, and with the area being crowded, you may end up parking far away. On the positive side, the location is nice, right next to the beach

With better logistics and improved service, Elani Beach Resort could be a great place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel for people who don't have their own vehicle

The children animation group and more and more we loved the Greek night with the beautiful lady and the most handsome gentleman there voice songs were soooooo beautiful we missed them

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were extremely comfortable, the service was outstanding, and evey detail was taken care of

There’s also a well-thought-out kids’ menu with lots of choices, which is super convenient for families. The seafood at Acropolis Restaurant was of very high quality and absolutely delicious

The resort has stunning architecture and landscapes, along with all the amenities you could need: a spa, swimming pool, multiple bars, a restaurant, and a mini market

Everything was impeccably maintained, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach in front of the hotel was nice, though not the best Chalkidiki has to offer

The hotel beach is also quite nice and clean. The staff are on the whole very friendly. The only thing which is not great is wifi. It gets disconnected frequently

The beach is small and quaint with a limited amount of loungers, but uf you have sensitive feet I suggest swin shoes

The food and cleanliness of hotel is second to none,everywhere is absolutely spotless, I would suggest visiting afytos a stunning little village,the hotel runs a bus to there on Tuesdays at 9 and pick up 12,if that is not enough time for you to explore ,a taxi will cost roughly €30 back to the hotel

The receptionist Kiki is such a bonus to the hotel so polite as with many other staff members, like vivikar(probably spelt wrong) who works in the restaurant, another huge bonus to the hotel,along with the Manager such politeness goes along way

In terms of animation I took part in waterpolo match what was great activity, everyday the hotel organizes activities also for adults and children - I believe that parents should be fine with the infrastructure for their children

The gym is a small room with 3 jogging bands (2 out of which don’t work) and a few workout machines, but a very small space. The beach was a huge disappointment. Overall was not bad but wouldn’t go there again

Regarding to the food the cuisine is variety and everybody find something to itself, however the offer of fresh fruits was poor - only apples, peaches and watermelon

Portes Lithos Luxury Resort has many positives: the resort itself is beautifully designed, offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and we especially enjoyed the beach and the quality of the food

Our kids also had the kids spa experience and loved it - they are ages 8 and 10 yrs and were looked after brilliantly. Also recommend the morning sports activities - the teacher is lovely

Very accommodating lovely staff. Perfect for relaxing! Nothing was too much. Pool was beautiful and the most comfy sun beds I have ever experienced. The beach feels like it is an extension of the hotel

The beach is near and beautifull but you must literally fight for sunbeds which are used from people from other appartments

Excellent beach. You could go mile from the beach and still be in the water up to the shoulder. Very good for the kids. Family oriented. Nice sand and clear water as far as eye can see

I went to this hotel with my family,but first of all the wall of the rooms were a bit cracked tv worked fine tho and the balcony was ok but the bathroom was fantastic! The food changed each day tho the scrambled eggs were bad but the rest of the food was really good but the lady at the reception looked like she wanted to die

The breakfast was great, all a person could wish for. The service in the bar was also fine, it was nice that it wasn't too crowded so we always got a seat by the pool, which was also nice

Also the location is more than perfect since its in the town centre and close to all the stores, bars, restaurants, beaches and more, and it feels very private and "away" from everything

Everything was cleaner than we expected because of the booking reviews that said cleanliness wasn't something to be expected, and to our good suprise everything was very clean, the cleaning lady came to make up our room almost every day

The room we got was ok, but the kitchen in the room didn't have any pots or pans, so we couldn't cook even though there was a stove. Nevertheless we had a balcony, a big bed, TV and an ok bathroom

We stayed for a total of 7 days. Everything was ok, the biggest plus is that the hotel is pet friendly so our dog could come with us for no charge

Achtis hotel is a beautiful and peaceful resort very suited to couples. I came alone for some rest and relaxation and it was absolutely perfect. There are outside lounges where you can have a drink or snuggle with a book

The staff are absolutely wonderful, warm and friendly and they really do their best to make everybody feel at home. The breakfast changed every day and it was always very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to return in future

On arrival we could tell this was a special place. Once inside the gate you step into a wonderful serene oasis of calm and tranquility

The hotel has 35 rooms I believe and plenty of sun loungers, sofas and cosy nooks to relax. My room was clean and very pretty

We have just come back from spending 2 weeks at this wonderful hotel and have already booked to return next year! Everything about the hotel is special from the rooms, the amazing pool and garden (including peacocks!) and the restaurant

We loved all the gardens with the fish and excellent gardens and pool. The peacocks are a novelty and live amongst the guests quite happily. We loved the bar area for pool time snacks and drinks
