After 7 years we returned to this hotel with zero expectations and we’re really surprised how everything improved here. The rooms were refurnished and modernized, everything was new, great beds and facilities. The stuff was very nice and helpful, especially in the beach bar and the food was great. There was nothing to complain about. We had a great time and I’m sure we’ll be back next year.

have had a 3 days getaway with my family, overall was a good experience especially the food court. The main chief was very polite and did well the job there were a wide range of tasty foods, although the rooms could have been more modern just because the furnitures looked like middle of 20th century and it's involved to the bathroom either.

Nice hotel. Divided into older and new part. Rooms are nice and clean. The staff does not speak English very well but we managed. Hotel has private beach which is nice and safe. Also plenty of indoor and outdoor pools and slides, water twister, jacuzzis etc. It's a pity the pools and the beach close at like 8am in summer. Food was good as well.

We had a very good stay. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The hotel is really 5 star quality, the food fantastic, the spa very good, the rooms are comfortable and the personnel is very helpful. And in the same time you can feel the history behind the walls. It is a place where must go.

Anna Grand Hotel is a well-known beautiful hotel. The location is superb. Unfortunately, the attitude of the staff was not at a very high level upon my visit. The facilities were very nice and also the food was OK.

Everything was awesome, the staff was kind, the food was really cool, not to mention the spa. It is also possible to rent a bike. The classic rooms felt like a bit old (furniture, design), but this was the lowest category so it would be a same to give 4 because of this. 🙂

The hotel has a good location - 1.5km on foot to the cities center - , rooms were modern, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a balcony to. I/we only stayed here for one night. The hotel is roomy, clean and minimalistic. It's design is actually quite cool in some respects. The room is spacious with plenty of room for two, with the added bonus of a balcony. There's plenty of parking around the side and it's in a reasonably good location. If everything is so good, then why the slightly average score.... Even though the hotel is pleasant...

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The only negative area is the food. We spent there 4 days but the breakfast was the same every morning. The dinner was decent. This is why I gave only 4 stars instead of 5.

A very nice hotel to go with the family. Have an hour from Epleny ski resort, it's a great place to sleep after a ski day. You get a free entrance to the swimming pools and spa, that are really nice. Dinner and breakfast are ok and the hotel is comfortable

We stayed here two nights.everything was fantastic .Clean and specious room,professional foods and specially friendly and helpful stuff but the negative point is that they don't tell you about the drinks you order in the resturant at dinner time that are not included in halfboard and you have to pay service even for the water!

This was a lovely modern hotel, and vey clean. The wessness aspect is nice but on the small side. Restaurant and Bar was amazing, Service was tops. Good but not good enough This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel). The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

Been there for just one night on our way to Budapest. I wish we would have stayed longer!! My husband was here business and I accompanied him.  The hotel was in an excellent location and I rented a bike on 2 occasions to see the sites:  Tihany Abbey and Church, pleasure boat trip on Lake Balaton and a tour of the city.  The food was good and I was able to select a healthy variety at breakfast and dinner.  The desserts were excellent!  I had a great massage and used the swimming pool regularly...

This hotel is going through a renovation floor by floor. If you get a new floor (floors 2 or 3) then you will be very happy. If you get an old floor then it ranges from adequate to very dated. The hotel is all-inclusive, and eating and drinking are very convenient. The swimming pool is free. The room is a bit simple, but it is very cost-effective in the Lake Balaton area.

Great place for a family vacation. Great kids pool area and fantastic water slides that your kids will love. Very shallow for all ages although there is a rope crossing bridge in the pool and it is 105 cm deep. It's very good to be honest

Exactly what you would expect, the staff were open to solve our difficulties regarding booking on the spot.

Stayed here in Summer 2019 and it was glorious. The mini houses were fun and well air-conditioned. 10 minute walk from the beach. Tennis courts which were good for my husband and kids to practise on. The only problem was the owner accused my children first about a leak in the paddling pool instead of the young girls near by, when my boys were completely innocent. Kids want to come back.

Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr freundliches Personal. Zum Kisfaludi-Strand sind wir jeden Tag gefahren, da wir Badesachen, Kühlbox und Wasserspielzeug nicht tragen wollten. Ansonsten ist es auch mit Kindern (5 und 8 Jahre) alles Fussläufig erreichbar. Wir sind jeden Abend an die Promenade gelaufen und morgens zum Bäcker und es war vollkommen problemfrei. The rooms are nice and the small pool is nice, but there is no kitchen or dining area. You can't even make a clinking coffee. The common dining room was closed due to covid. It's not comfortable if the apartments don't have at least a kitchenette. For those who do not need this, the place is 5 stars in terms of value for money.
