Spend a little bit more on a proper hotel. The room had hairs all over the bedding, towels and sink. There was a used glass in the bathroom from the last guests. The toilet was leaking and the room smelt of sewage because of it. The hotel won’t refund me after I left early. I know it’s cheap but basic cleanliness shouldn’t be a negotiable.

The hotel was in a great location, just outside you had a metro station and from there you could go everywhere you want.

The location is perfectly right next to the metro. It's very easy to access most of the tourist spots or restaurants in Budapest, and the price wasn't pretty much overcharged.

it is in a great spot, easy to reach by metro or tram. I wanted to book a room for one person but I ended up with booking a two-bed room since they didn't have a single-bed option available. The room was really clean, and the hotel area was nice. They cleaned the room, changed the bedding and towels regularly. They also made sure the toilet was sanitized and topped up the hand-wash and shampoo every time they cleaned. Check-in was at 2:00 PM, so I had to wait a bit, which wasn't fun, but they did mention this in the booking form, so I can't really complain. Overall, I had a comfy and pleasant stay. If they keep up this quality for this price, I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This is a beautiful and classy hotel. The rooms are simple yet very functional with a classic European style. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay here. The hotel is centrally located and close to transit and the train station. There are dozens of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. Entertainment options are bountiful and within a short walk also. The Budapest ruin pubs are a 15 minute walk away also. The hotel is clean and well cared for also. I honestly had a very nice stay here and will definitely stay here again the next time I am in Budapest. Room rates are affordable and very reasonable also. And lastly but definitely not least ...the courtyard and lobby is absolutely grand and stunning. It is an open air atrium with natural light streaming into the central area of the hotel...it is pleasant and soothing. All in all I had a wonderful stay here and cannot wait to return and book a longer stay here.

The location of this house is brilliant. There are tram and subway stations next to it. It’s easy to get from there to each city attraction. It’s also really close to different restaurant, pub, fast food. And that’s all.
Room is clean and AC works but you need to ask for a remote in reception, service is nice.
The worst is breakfast - the lowest quality of food, drinks and basically no choice. We’ve been informed that it starts at 8 am to 10:30. However, in fact it’s from 8 am up to end of the food and drinks so maximum one hour. Today, we came down around 9:30 and there were almost nothing. Food is distasteful. At 9:30 there is also no juice and coffee. It’s a nightmare.
Second trouble is pressure in the shower. After few days I’m tired of it. Is it really complicated to change one seal? Water is going everywhere but basically not from the handshower.
Towels and bed linens are changed very rarely.
WiFi connection is almost impossible on the second floor. Service were informed about it during my first day but they couldn’t repair it since my whole stay.
If you want to stay for one night it can be good choice but I’ve planned to stay for 6 and I’m coming back one day earlier because I can’t stand this place.

This place is in the heart of budapest. Tram stations as pass by or you can also walk from this place. The rooms were spacious and services was also good.

Basic enough room. Bed is rock hard with one pillow provided. Heating is constantly on so sleeping was very uncomfortable. Bedding stored in wardrobe has stains on and blonde hairs which obviously aren’t mine so can’t even use that to make the bed more comfortable. Bed runner has bleach stains on, why? Just throw it away. Bathroom bin already had litter in it when I arrived. The cleaning routine is questionable. Good location apart from that. Was a little hard to find a it is hidden behind a mirrored door with a small sign to indicate the hotel. Staff are ok. There was confusion about my hotel being prepaid for I was subsequently asked to make a further payment despite already paying for my stay. I am now getting a refund for that so I don’t understand what the hassle was about. On the way to the room the hallway is littered with smelly rugs. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Location is amazing for public transportation as there is a metro entrance right outside. Reception was kind and checking out was very quick. Hygiene could be better our bedsheets smelled a little and we found some trash under the beds. Great for the price but don't expect to do more then just sleeping.
