By arranged date and time of arrival, guests left abandoned outside as the reception was not in place.
However the bookings are coordinated on messy piles of paper(!), guys stay away from it!

On the second morning, emerging from the shower, I discovered half the room submerged in water. Despite our complaint to the receptionist, her response was shockingly rude and appalling, directed not just at me but also towards my mother. She went so far as to belittle me as 'crazy' and 'weird' for not noticing the flooding outside the shower while I was inside it. It was later revealed that the drainage system had been neglected for what seemed like years, resulting in the foul odor of sewage water permeating the soaked carpets in the bedroom. Despite our discomfort, the hotel staff refused to relocate us, insisting the water would dry on its own.

Consequently, we endured days in a room reeking of sewage with persistently damp carpets. Adding insult to injury, the rooms were never cleaned, the beds left unmade, the bins overflowing, and fresh towels a rarity. We were left with no choice but to purchase our own bin bags, dispose of our own waste, and even plead with the janitor for clean towels.

The reception staff consistently displayed appalling rudeness and complete lack of hospitality. As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, I can confidently say that this was by far my most dreadful and shocking experience.

It's utterly incomprehensible that I was blamed for their neglected drainage system, and the fact that I had to repeatedly beg for clean towels each day is beyond belief.

Very disappointing hotel. First the staff is rude, they make you wait and they are not friendly. The rooms are a lot smaller. The worst part is the towels are dirty, bedsheets also, the soap didn't work and they don't clean your room everyday like normal hotels. The only good think is the location and the garden, but if you are smoker you have to smoke outside the hotel where there are drunk and homeless people.

If you are a person with any standards other than location then this accommodation option will be underwhelming to say the least. We'd requested beforehand a double bed since we were a couple. however we got 2 twinsized beds, and when we asked the reception about it, they told us that the photos of the big beds are old and they only have twin sized beds pushed together. we accepted that and 2 days later we found out that the room next to us which was empty had a double bed. If that wasn't enough most of the products in the breakfast are of poor quality and likely leftovers of previous mornings. Cleaning-wise throughout our stay we had The exact same towels and bedsheets one of which had a possible bloodstain from previous clients. and to top it all of only one of the beds was done for us while the other was left messy and a piece of jewelry of mine got "mysteriouly" lost when left on the room's office. Whether you would like to choose this hotel is up to you but personally I would never come back even if it were free.

Personal is OK, but rooms are extremely dirty. Better choose different hotel. :)
