The hotel is in an excellent location, close to many attractions, they always take care of cleanliness, the breakfast is amazing, the reception staff were very nice and helpful, I would like to mention Janet, Kristina and the rest who were very helpful, I have no doubt that I will come back again

The Prestige Hotel ranks in our top 3 of hotels we have stayed in Europe. My wife and I have traveled extensively throughout the world. This hotel was extremely comfortable and very reasonable. The location was excellent and the staff was very professional. I would highly recommend the Prestige on your trip to Budapest.

Beautiful hotel chic and classy. Fantastic location. Staff amazing polite and happy nothing too much trouble. Lovely rooms . Pillow menu a winner … feather pillows a game changer. Dare I say rooms were too warm ! But lovely to come back to after the Christmas markets and night cruise. Only disappointment was it wasn’t decorated for Christmas which was shame, when I asked I was told something about housekeeping ? This should’ve been planned and in place and although it didn’t spoil the stay it would have created the perfect atmosphere for the time of year.
Breakfast was standard buffet.
Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for sure!

Beautiful hotel in the centre of the city and very close walking distance to St. Stephen's basilica. We came for the Christmas markets, and the hotel was in the perfect location to explore them. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite, which made our stay extra comfortable. We had a fantastic suite with ample space to relax, and lovely little touches such as slippers and dressing gowns, lots of choice of hot drinks, chocolates and toiletries. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the food was fantastic. Lots of choice and freshly cooked. It seemed to be just as popular with evening diners too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book again when in Budapest.

What a fantastic hotel this is!! Unforgettable experience. Great & caring staff & amazing hospitality. From check-in to check-out, they looked after us and also upgraded our hotel room. Breakfast was great too albeit limited selections but the overall experience makes up for it. Very convenient location and close to everything.

Fantastic Hotel. Great location to the must see sites.

The staff were brilliant from the moment we checked in. Offered a complimentary upgrade to the most fantastic suite and the flowers I requested were also perfect which made our week as we were celebrating an anniversary. Apart from the obvious space the room as probably the nicest hotel room I have ever stayed in (607). Housekeeping were lovely. Cleaned the roomed daily and brought chocolates and the following days weather forecast (lovely touch)

Finally the buffet breakfast was lovely and enjoyed it each day and again the restaurant staff were lovely

Lovely hotel. Rooms are exceptional. Really clean and well maintained. Staff are excellent, very attentive without being too much so. Breakfast and restaurant service is really nice. Position of the hotel is excellent, 200 meters from the Danube on a quiet street. Would stay there again.

Beautiful hotel located centrally in the city with easy access to shops and restaurants.
Spacious comfortable room and bathroom.
Friendly very helpful staff who went out of their way to assist us in anyway they could. Storing our luggage before both check in/ check out times and making sure transfers to the airport were organized and ran smoothly. As well As Providing maps of the city and suggesting places to visit.
Would stay there again if back in Budapest.

The room with wooden floors is much cleaner than carpet. Weather information and two small pieces of chocolate are provided every day, and free lemon lime is often provided in the hotel lobby. The service attitude is excellent, beyond five-star standards.
