From first stay one week on febr.2024 to now june 2025 It's shocking to see how the spa hotel is going downhill (poor management, no investment, lack of competent staff...), only the food was still good!

The hotel is way far from 4 stars. Old, bad looking furnitures, very uncomfortable beds, not well cleaned parts of the full building. Restaurant is also far from 4 stars, such as the wellness. Restaruranr in the spa is very cold, imagine you wait there while you are wet from swimming... Food is not delicious, drinks like lemonade is terrible sweet without real taste. Uncomfortable beds with pillows like they are stuffed with balls, painful to sleep on. No insect screen so try to get some fresh air into your room without many mosquitos or other bugs... For this price range you can choose many other 4 star hitels which are truly 4 stars. This one is maximum 3 stars.

Disgusting, unsightly environment. They do superficial cleaning, the building is run down. We intentionally booked into the renovated “newer” section, we informed them in a separate email that we had higher demands (read: CLEANLINESS), instead we got a dirty, cobwebbed, limescale room. Since we arrived with children and friends, there was no option to leave the hotel immediately, whose children would understand. We asked for cleaning on the second day, and besides our bed being made, we didn’t even get a vacuuming. (I wish that was the problem)

My partner and I spent a wonderful birthday weekend here. The room was made according to my special requests, it was very romantic! The breakfast and dinner were of outstanding quality, varied and very plentiful. I would highlight the tea section, I really liked this herbal tea solution and also the fact that they made scrambled eggs every morning for which we selected the ingredients. From the spa section, I would highlight the sauna and the seances, as well as the people working there. They prepared lots of surprises and delicacies for us. We spent the whole afternoon there. I recommend it to everyone wholeheartedly, whether as a birthday surprise or for a long weekend!

If you have an electric car, please don’t come here but if u still want to come you have to pay 5€/hour for the charging which is only 220W, so there isn’t a real charger only the basic one. The hotels also need a huge renovation, the new side of the hotels also very old and warn, shabby.

Superior rooms, bed is a bit on the soft side but ok, staff entertaining and polite, has thermal water access so the spa is quite fine. Ideal for adult couples or friends.

Really not recomended ! the struggle to get food inside the resort at 17.45 Tuesday it's destroying all your expectations from it. Difficult to discuss with staff...and they LIE in the menu from the room in the premium rooms from building D. It'says that you can order from menu provided in the room till 10pm, for a fee of 2000Huf, but in reality nobody serve you anything. I wil not come second time and I will not recomend this place to anyone ! Sorry that I choose this location.
