We were at the hotel for the first time. We booked 5 nights. We liked everything so much during the first day that we extended our stay for another 6 days. Since the treatment in Lake Xeviz is optimal for 10 days. Reception: We were checked in by an employee named Dora. Friendly and attentive, she explained everything to us and actually created a good mood for us. Many thanks to her. Room: Spacious, new furniture, quiet. Cleaning of the room without any comments. Food: Varied and mostly tasty. Soup and side dishes for main courses were often oversalted. SPA: The pool and saunas met our expectations. Overall, we liked the hotel, we are planning a new trip.

Great experience. One night stay. Just a stop on the ttip to Plitvice but what a great find. It was a nice stay even if we didn't take advantage of all that you offer. Maybe next time!

All fine, only point of critisism:
The wines at the all you can drink were undrinkable and tasted bad. I wanted to enjoy some nice wine, but couldn't finish a glass :/

I would say it's just ok. Service avarige . Room clearness poor as mentanence Service as well. Air conditioner not working properly. Buffet is OK.. that's all.... very disappointed with price what I paid. Won't back again.

We had a great 3 night stay in Ensana Thermal Aqua hotel. Room was very comfy and the personal was very frindly, professional and helpfull.
We had ALL-IN and all the meals for the whole day were excelent and very tasty. Wide selection of main dishers, vegetable salads, various snacks and cakes. Almost whole day are available soft drinks, vine and beard for ALL-IN type of stay.
Wellness pools and wellness stuff was also wery friendly and professional. Thermal pool were nicely warm.
Every evening there was a life music in the hotel lobby.
Hotel is located about 5 minutes by walk from the world biggest thermal lake and they do offer discount on the entrance fee. The late was a great experience.

Absolutely stunning location located right next to Lake Hévíz.
The staff greeted my wife and I right as we walked in and were very friendly. They explained how the spa worked and what was included and gave us an all-access wristband.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable and they had outlets on each side of the bed.
The star of the show was definitely the spa and its proximity to the lake. The main pool which is an indoor/outdoor pool was always at a perfect 88F (31 Celsius) even though outside was pretty cold. It’s the same temperature as the lake nearby! The views from the pool are stunning and it feels like you’re in the middle of a forest.
They also had two indoor pools (one at 38 Celsius and the other at 34 Celsius) which were incredible!
Additionally we tried out 3 different saunas and the plunge pool. Other services available were mud baths, massages and physical therapy.
We definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to return!

Not bad hotel. Rooms are ok, wellness & spa part is also ok, saw better, saw worse. Got 2 small pools with hot water, one that is connected with outer part. Got small pool for kids. Also got some saunas and steam bath. Food is average, but versatility of food is questionable. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don't have to much options. The biggest minus is that most of the staff does not speak English, or they barely know it. And because we have some allergies, it is hard to get info does some food contain it or not. Next to desserts there is no info about allergens, and this type of food contains most of them, like eggs, gluten, nuts, red fruits, milk

We really enjoyed our vacation, the minor issue was knocking on our door at 8 am during the weeknd (room service) - I suppose more people like to sleep in the morning on their vacation, so it was upsetting.
But the great advantage is "prosecco hours", it was really a nice touch and made the vacation better. But I am not sure, if the prossecco is not just for the reconstruction and will be still there after that.

As always, we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We were first greeted by a kind and smiling receptionist, who will also use a few words in your language to lighten the atmosphere.
Again absolutely amazing food, pools, comfortable beds, just great service.
If you forget something necessary at home, or you want to buy gifts for your loved ones, or just to make yourself happy, the always smiling Mrs. Bea will help you with everything in her shop, which you will find near the reception.

Nice and well equipped hotel. And in it everything you need to spend a peaceful holiday. By elevator for food, which is available almost all day. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Several pools, with whirlpools, jets, or even a swimming pool with natural water. Indoor pools with healing water from the local lake with temperatures of 32-38 degrees. Several saunas, Finnish, steam infrared, everyone chooses. This was our 7th visit and we will definitely be back again.
