The hotel may be a 4, but the service and food, we had catering, were just wonderful. Everything is clean, no unpleasant miris. In quarantine conditions, everything worked out at 5.

Great hotel, excellent breakfast with large selection of food - cold meats, cheeses, sweet and salty dishes, fruit.
If you accidently forgot your toothbrush and tooth paste you have them in te bathroom.
And the bihgest suprise for me was the pillow with buckweat flakes - a depature from usual offer.

A really central location for Zalaegerszeg. Great staff who are both friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast. Fantastic spa facilities.

Cleaning bad, no refills of Shampoo for 3 days, all carpet not pleasant, unfriendly reception, no refund if you must checkout earlier.
Your answer is not true! Booking said, it is in your decision, how much you charge and you decide, to charge the whole week, I ask to reduce 3 days, because I had to go back to Switzerland,

Very nice hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, nicely decorated. The hotel location is great, close to the city center. Only the restaurant is a bit disappointing, but the breakfast is great.
