Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car

The staff is very nice and helpful. The wellness is big and clean. The kids really liked the pools. There were children's programs almost all day

It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue. There were buffet menus for breakfast and dinner (2 sittings I believe last one at7pm)

The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools

Inside the spa, the facilities were noticeably run-down. The outdoor area was poorly maintained and far from the relaxing atmosphere I had imagined. What bothered me the most, however, was the state of the thermal pools

The water in the medicinal pool was far from clean—there were pieces of skin, various floating plastic objects, and clumps of unidentified debris. It was unappealing and unhygienic

Very respectful, helpful staff. Nice rooms and hotel services, and the SPA, although small, but really relaxing and well-maintained. Definitely recommended, especially for couples for a getaway

What a lovely moment we had here. Good food for breakfast and dinner. All the pools are super clean, many different types of saunas. Massage was really well done.

Large wellness area with traditional and untraditional saunas and resting spaces. Beer show in sauna, some refreshments during the day

Two things we didn't like, that's why the 4 stars: - after you order anything, you don't get to sign the bill or get a copy of it! I really like my copy -at the spa, for such a big hotel, there are not enough chilling beds, and people go there to sleep even for 2 hours, nobody will ask why u don't sleep in your one room as other people would like to use those confortabile beds

Loved the hookah, the wine selection is superb with a lot of local items, and the staff is very friendly. With the recent developments in the area I'm not sure I'd return next time but there is no reason not to visit

A beautiful house with plenty of room for a family to stay in. The beds were comfy, the garden scenic and the addition of a jacuzzi was most welcome. The owner/staff is friendly and will answer any of your questions

After a long trip, sitting in the heated jacuzzi is just the icing on the cake :) We spent a few days there, but we're sure we'll go again later! Thank you for this great vacation!

Very friendly owners and very nice place. I recommend it to anyone who wants a feel of the insides of a traditional Hungarian house. We were a group of 6 and we had a great time

I forgot to mention it has a very nice Jacuzzi outside, constantly set at 40 degrees Celsius. We used It when outside there were 3 degrees

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving very little room on the wine-card for others

Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

Half of the staff in the hotel were brand new due to the covid related closures, and they didn't really know how to handle particular situations, also they seemed a bit rude. The other half was really kind and helpful

There's an outside hot bath with thermal water which is really nice and it is open until 2am, we went there on the first night after the dinner. The cave bath is a must to try, especially if you like the slides

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good

The hotel restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and serves excellent food (and wine) and as a hotel guest you get a discount for dining between 7pm and 10pm. We would recommend to stay here

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent and set in an idyllic location just around the corner from the famous wine caves/cellars serving "Eger Bull's Blood"

Great hotel with pretty nice service. The wellness section is OK and the wine cellars next to the hotel are amazing. The only bad thing is the basement rooms view looks more to the parking lot then the cellars

It is very beautiful, outside and inside, well equipped, although a bit posh. The garden is huge, just like the terrace. The bathroom on the first floor is fabulous. The owner is nice and helpful

We have surprisingly delicious food, it's a very cultured place. The solution to the obstacle relief is waiting for the owner. Then even more people will visit the place.

Very nice, cozy, well-equipped accommodation. We looked for accommodation after eight in the evening because the original place we booked was not suitable

Really nice place and good family room with toys. But own room with toilet is misleading, as the rooms do not really have a own toilet. Toilet is outside and might be shared depending on reservations

We spent two days there with the family, but seriously considering just to stay for a week and relax. It is a good walk from downtown, but the wine cellars are within a short walking distance

The best part is the hotel is just beside the Szépasszonyvölgy (Lovely Lady Valley), which is a beautiful valley of cellars built into the hills where you can drink the renowned local wine! Definitely try the Egri Bikaver and the Leanyka

Excellent hotel for the price in eger with free breakfast, walking distance to everything (15 min downtown and two minutes to the valley of beautiful women ) restaurant and bar on site with fantastic and accommodating staff

The hotel is within walking distance to everything, including the train station (although the owner was kind enough to pick us up and drop us back off), the cobblestone town streets and market, cathedrals, and the castle

The rooms are clean, large enough, also the bathrooms. It's clearly seen that the place was designed deliberately to offer a calm and nice environment for a stay in the famous and beautiful city of Eger

Great Panzio with the nice localization and quiet neighborhood. Grocery shop in the same building , Eger basilica about 300 m , baths 600 m, dobo square 600 m and the valley of beautiful about 1 km

Great place for Eger visitors. 3 minutes walk to Old Town, and 10-15 minutes to famous from wine cellars Beautiful Woman Valley. Great service, owner and staff English speaking

The breakfast is very rich and has a complete variety. Parking is convenient and right at the door of the hotel. The attitude of the front desk staff is also very good. I will recommend it to my friends

The rooms are a bit dated in design. We had a room with large windows facing the street and sidewalk, and we're not sure the curtains there did much to help with our privacy. The appliances don't always work properly

Air condition keeps the room cool even under extreme heat. Location is great with walking distance to the thermal bath and Dobo ter which is the centre of town

Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

TV in the room has few Hungarian, but several German and Slavic language channels. Downtown is max 10 mins walk, really refreshing. Overall stay was exceptional, thank you very much for the great time!

Nice hotel near the university, and the city center. The bathrooms are not very modern, but the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super helpful, and the wellness part of the hotel is also great.

Lobby bar has friendly staff and authentic cocktails. Bathrobes for rent are available for cheap price. However free of charge to rent, bring a hairdryer as they are not installed in the bathrooms

Breakfast is hearty (Hungarian style) with drinks included. Excellent hotel personnel, free to stay until 12:00 if your room is not immediately occupied after your stay

One of the greatest adult-friendly hotels in Hungary. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Spa is relatively big with different pools and saunas. There is a free of charge option to go to Eger city spa as well

Mega climatic place almost in the heart of Eger

Really lovely little historic place with small rooms and reasonable prices. The house lady was also really helpful but didn't speak any foreign languages.

I stayed in the hotel with American friends. The rooms are small but super cozy and romantic! They offer a great breakfast. Their menu covers many delicious Hungarian and other unique dishes

This hotel can be described as one big warm hug. The husband and wife owners man the front desk and are honestly the sweetest hosts

The location was perfectly situated on Market Square near some lovely restaurants which made us feel like we were a part of the excitement of the city

It is a beautiful view of the city from their terrace. The main tourist attractions just minutes away! I highly recommend this place! It is a hidden gemstone of Hungary!

The exterior of the hotel seems to have been renovated, so it was a bit different from the interior, but there was a breakfast buffet and it was a comfortable stay

I booked 6 rooms, we came to Eger with 12 people for a team building. The rooms were quite old, retro / old school. The hotel was in the city center, easily accessible. The staff was nice, check-in was quick and easy

For a start, the hotel was built more than 100 years ago, more precisely in the 1920s. The hotel has a wellness spa center with indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, bungalows by the outdoor pool
