And also i like that they are doing the sauna culture there right. no swimsuits allowed in saunas. They also have a pool next to the sauna where you can cool down (like 12 degrees celsius is the water)

Beatiful place with great geological value, but I had expected more.. there's no any pool with cold water.. only some few pools there with warm thermal or less warm water..

I was expecting a lot fro this hotel. Everything was good but i was just missing something. I juat did not found how to operate the fan on the toilet. juat could not find the button

well i must say i m a sauna guy so the pools i do not rate. but you can definetly live with what is there. Also the best sauna is outside. Also doing there the sauna rituals (pretty good one)

They came by every morning to ask if they had to clean or if you needed anything (coffee, tea, towels etc) The pools were excellent and there were enough seats. The Foodbar at the pool was a bit disappointing though

It is difficult to use slippers inside because of the park's architecture - you enter the pool inside, but exit outside and then you have to cross an area to enter another pool

Very respectful, helpful staff. Nice rooms and hotel services, and the SPA, although small, but really relaxing and well-maintained. Definitely recommended, especially for couples for a getaway

What a lovely moment we had here. Good food for breakfast and dinner. All the pools are super clean, many different types of saunas. Massage was really well done.

Two things we didn't like, that's why the 4 stars: - after you order anything, you don't get to sign the bill or get a copy of it! I really like my copy -at the spa, for such a big hotel, there are not enough chilling beds, and people go there to sleep even for 2 hours, nobody will ask why u don't sleep in your one room as other people would like to use those confortabile beds

Loved the hookah, the wine selection is superb with a lot of local items, and the staff is very friendly. With the recent developments in the area I'm not sure I'd return next time but there is no reason not to visit

A beautiful house with plenty of room for a family to stay in. The beds were comfy, the garden scenic and the addition of a jacuzzi was most welcome. The owner/staff is friendly and will answer any of your questions

After a long trip, sitting in the heated jacuzzi is just the icing on the cake :) We spent a few days there, but we're sure we'll go again later! Thank you for this great vacation!

Very friendly owners and very nice place. I recommend it to anyone who wants a feel of the insides of a traditional Hungarian house. We were a group of 6 and we had a great time

I forgot to mention it has a very nice Jacuzzi outside, constantly set at 40 degrees Celsius. We used It when outside there were 3 degrees

Extremely kind and helpful hosts, the guest house is well equipped and clean. Calm environment, clean air, far from the capital

What we got was 7(!!!) scratches on our car from another guest and no help as there is no camera in the parking place, and a night without enough sleep caused by a snoring neighbour and a wall not thick enough

Hotel as a hotel us good. Staff is very nice. But termal pool is public, so everyone from outside can come and bath. Cave bath is paid extra!

The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving very little room on the wine-card for others

Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

Half of the staff in the hotel were brand new due to the covid related closures, and they didn't really know how to handle particular situations, also they seemed a bit rude. The other half was really kind and helpful

There's an outside hot bath with thermal water which is really nice and it is open until 2am, we went there on the first night after the dinner. The cave bath is a must to try, especially if you like the slides

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good

The hotel restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and serves excellent food (and wine) and as a hotel guest you get a discount for dining between 7pm and 10pm. We would recommend to stay here

Great hotel with pretty nice service. The wellness section is OK and the wine cellars next to the hotel are amazing. The only bad thing is the basement rooms view looks more to the parking lot then the cellars

The staff were friendly and always happy to help. The facilities were excellent and set in an idyllic location just around the corner from the famous wine caves/cellars serving "Eger Bull's Blood"

I was surprised that the hotel for a wellness holiday (also) did not indicate that there would be a wedding and lagzi. I pointed out to the reception that our window looked directly into the living room

I have not encountered any of the negatives ever described here. Accommodation clean laundry and environment. All the staff were kind and attentive

Really nice place and good family room with toys. But own room with toilet is misleading, as the rooms do not really have a own toilet. Toilet is outside and might be shared depending on reservations

The best part is the hotel is just beside the Szépasszonyvölgy (Lovely Lady Valley), which is a beautiful valley of cellars built into the hills where you can drink the renowned local wine! Definitely try the Egri Bikaver and the Leanyka

Excellent hotel for the price in eger with free breakfast, walking distance to everything (15 min downtown and two minutes to the valley of beautiful women ) restaurant and bar on site with fantastic and accommodating staff

Great place for Eger visitors. 3 minutes walk to Old Town, and 10-15 minutes to famous from wine cellars Beautiful Woman Valley. Great service, owner and staff English speaking

The historical castle is 800 m from the hotel, play room for the kids, live music in Saturday night, 45 cm baby pool, everything was perfect to travel and stay there with a 9 months old 👶 I was here one year ago with the baby in my belly and we will come back again

In these Covid times, there was almost no effort made to encourage distancing or sanitising, particularly in the buffet restaurant. We had a sizeable room with good bathroom facilities

Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

Lobby bar has friendly staff and authentic cocktails. Bathrobes for rent are available for cheap price. However free of charge to rent, bring a hairdryer as they are not installed in the bathrooms

Beautiful new and clean hotel with a great private area with Spa and access to a public Park with thermal pools in the open air.

I guess there was ceiling cooling. So you do not feel immediate reaction when selecting the coolest setting on the control panel, it takes a while, but the room temperature turned really nice cool by the end of a hot day
