We had a company event where almost 150+ people had gathered together here for a few days and we all had a blast! Great location, perfect scenery from the hotel, and excellent SPA, great food (Hungarian!) and very helpful and patient staff

Great rooms, great pools, great food, great service!!!!! Cannot give enough praise! We loved every second there and wish we could have stayed longer. Reachable by bus or taxis for those without a car

The spa/wellness facilities were very good with different levels of heat/minerals in the pools

It was described as having 17 pools, but in reality it less but larger pools are sectioned, but this of course is not an issue. There were buffet menus for breakfast and dinner (2 sittings I believe last one at7pm)

Inside the spa, the facilities were noticeably run-down. The outdoor area was poorly maintained and far from the relaxing atmosphere I had imagined. What bothered me the most, however, was the state of the thermal pools

Very relaxing break at this establishment. The rooms (not sure about the glass doors to the toilet facilities though!!) were very clean and the staff were extremely helpful

Nice design of the hotel, a bit too dark and depressive. The whole are including the cave spa is depressive and undermaintained. Food was really good

The hotel wellness was cosy, we really liked the sauna and the cold plunge but we missed a jacuzzi

Half of the staff in the hotel were brand new due to the covid related closures, and they didn't really know how to handle particular situations, also they seemed a bit rude. The other half was really kind and helpful

The cleaning however has some room for improvement - not bad at all, just not perfect. There is a big local wine producer providing questionable quality wine and leaving very little room on the wine-card for others

There's an outside hot bath with thermal water which is really nice and it is open until 2am, we went there on the first night after the dinner. The cave bath is a must to try, especially if you like the slides

I was there in the middle of the week for two nights with my partner. The experience was positive, the room was modern and enough comfortable, food is nice, the level of service is almost always good

Few saunas and an ice chamber, also there are several massage options, length: 25/50min). What is really great there is that it is close to downtown, we put the car down and used it again when we left

I doubt we'll be able to sleep peacefully. They apologized for not talking and not paying attention when booking the stay. It was noted that this is always taken into account and the rooms are organized in this way

I was surprised that the hotel for a wellness holiday (also) did not indicate that there would be a wedding and lagzi. I pointed out to the reception that our window looked directly into the living room

I have not encountered any of the negatives ever described here. Accommodation clean laundry and environment. All the staff were kind and attentive

NOISE - on the first night we could not rest because of a constant noise produced by the air passing through a pipe in front of the balcony of room 212 - at the reception we were told that we could only change our room the next day because there were no others available; regarding the noise - any movement in the hallway or in the neighboring rooms could be heard quite loudly and was disturbing; in...

We chose this hotel to enjoy a weekend in Hungary. Unfortunately, it was the first time we traveled to the neighboring country and our expectations were disappointed (we have been traveling abroad since 1996)

PARKING - because on Friday evening there was a private event in the hotel and those guests came there with their cars, those of us who were accommodated and arrived later in the afternoon apparently did not get any more places; at the suggestion of the receptionist we finally parked on the property, but in a place where the car was not safe; 2

Perfect retro experience. Medium size wellnes, some sauna, big outside park with outdoor pools. At every evening at dinner there is a man playing on electric piano. This place's stuck in the 70s.

Nice hotel near the university, and the city center. The bathrooms are not very modern, but the rooms are nice and clean, the staff is super helpful, and the wellness part of the hotel is also great.

Lobby bar has friendly staff and authentic cocktails. Bathrobes for rent are available for cheap price. However free of charge to rent, bring a hairdryer as they are not installed in the bathrooms

Clean room with shower gel and shampoo included. Separate towels for outside pools and wellness too. Fine dining cuisine, 2 soups and 3-4 main dishes for half-board menu, vegetarian options

Breakfast is hearty (Hungarian style) with drinks included. Excellent hotel personnel, free to stay until 12:00 if your room is not immediately occupied after your stay

I stayed in the hotel with American friends. The rooms are small but super cozy and romantic! They offer a great breakfast. Their menu covers many delicious Hungarian and other unique dishes

This hotel can be described as one big warm hug. The husband and wife owners man the front desk and are honestly the sweetest hosts

The location was perfectly situated on Market Square near some lovely restaurants which made us feel like we were a part of the excitement of the city

It is a beautiful view of the city from their terrace. The main tourist attractions just minutes away! I highly recommend this place! It is a hidden gemstone of Hungary!

The big press machine is just a decoration. The sticky little plastic bin is not a clean spot on the breakfast table either. :( for this price I can also get a colorful and fragrant room in the Park

The room and the bathroom were full of long black hair and rolled up portigris on the carpet. At least the bed is comfortable. Breakfast? It should be enough that all the "clean" cutlery is stuck

Somewhere in the nineties, it got a bit of glamour. The crystal chandelier in the restaurant is very impressive, and it exudes sparkle. Expensive accommodation compared to social real services

Unfortunately, the off-white towels were stained. There was no remote control for the 28 cm camping TV, the buttons of which also worked back and forth

The wine offered for free was surprisingly tasty. The wellness is very crowded during the day, but the pools and the sauna are nice

This was our first weekend spent together in a hotel, and overall we were satisfied. To start with the cons: the walls are extremely thin and you can literally hear everything from the next room

Also the place needs a redesign or a renewal since some items look a bit old, used. Otherwise everything was nice. The food was delicious except the chicken meals which were too dry

Very nice place. However one should wait quite a long time in the restaurant to be served despite few visitors present at the facility.

The best hotel in the Eger. The tunnels are very specialy and the tunnels connect the hotels with the reception and the pool

To sum up, there are some issues with the place, so picky people with higher exceptions should avoid it

Would be 4.5 stars. Great view nice food, reasonably close to the city centre. The rooms are a bit small but tidy and neat. Overall recommended if you don't look for pure luxury.

This is a very cosy and friendly hotel in Noszvaj. It is perfect for tourists or couples longing for romance. There is so much to enjoy in Noszvaj and the vineyards and hills are great

We were in the cheaper part, simple rooms with a balcony. The bathroom is quite small, it opens from a small hall. It has its own parking lot and spa pools, and a 15-meter swimming pool. The staff is kind and helpful

The half-board service is plentiful. There are quite a few treatments available. The appointment is kept exactly. Not with children, otherwise I recommend it

Dinner weak (half hour before the end of the dinner time there were only few meals and even cold), no english translate of meals, dirty tables, (they did not changed tableclothes like in real 4 star hotel), dirty plates, breakfast - missing cups, no english knowledges of waiters, hot inside (aircodition always disabled, I dont know why), in the rooms the aircondition very weak (almost unnoticable)...

For two stars, OK, three stars with strong reservations, but DEFINITELY not a four stars, the could teach how four stars hotel looks from another hotel in the area

Not expecting a lot of options but at least a complete meal per day and something for breakfast, aside from the first day where they had cooked up some basic vegan patties, there were only overcooked vegetables and sides, and one dish contained cheese despite not being marked with the allergen symbol for dairy (that could've gone horribly wrong)

I was with my family in apartment (half board). Food was excellent and various (for everyone). Cook sometimes get out from kitchen and arrange food on buffet, then you have extraordinary served food

Hotel located in forest, when stuff placed like that you got quite, extraordinary view from large balcony and peace. In front of hotel they have playground for children and track for walk around the hotel

But for sure outdoor pool is something special because you have wonderful surroundings and view on forest. You can enjoy in jacuzzi beside pools. That not everything they have in Spa center

I think the waiter must know English on basic level at least, because they represent hotel, food, drinks and another things about hotel, they are in front of hotel beside receptionist

Apartment was clean, neat and modern, also large bathroom. In apartment you got coffee machine for self made coffee and tea, like mini fridge with drinks

There is loads of ducks, little islands in the lake to explore and a lookout tower in the woods. There is a restaruant and a café in the camping complex. There is no ATM machine around but most places take cards

Really nice place for a holiday or even a day trip. The camping is right next to lake Sástó, where there is a path around the lake (suitable for buggies)

We spent holiday 23dec to 26dec 18. Nice resting, kind employers, but the roof made from metal so if you have upstairs room and its raining, you wont sleep

I found the beds in the rooms a bit uncomfortable and the room design is a bit old, but the overall experience was great. The food was exceptionally good

We passed randomly while hiking, had lunch and a quick swim inside. The stuff were amazing and interactive, smiley, enthousiaste and helpful.

Wellness: we were mainly on the lower level, there is a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, bio sauna, there are infrared saunas. In the above area there is also a swimming pool, Finnish sauna with stone beds
