Hotel Garzon Plaza

The hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was great, diverse and they always refilled everything so you can sleep in and still get a pancake. The pool was great and the hot tub was amazing. Only problem was that you can’t get to the 3rd floor in an elevator as it goes only to the 2nd floor. The apartment was nice and big.

The environment is quiet, there are shopping malls and 3 supermarkets nearby, and the hotel parking is free, which is quite convenient

Decent, clean, tasty, convenient
We stayed in apartment 209 nd the 2 radiators in the room were not working, only the radiator in the bathroom worked.
Nevertheless, the air-conditioning supplemented the need, as it was quite cold outside.
The microwave was ok, we found plates and basig cooking tools, but the fridge was so noisy that i had to unplug it to be ale to sleep.
The sauna was all right, little not hot enough, but i have not attempted to change the temperature because it was fine.
The swimming pool doesn't have warm water, not sure, maybe over 20 degrees, just that i didn’t feel "invited" to enter because of the temperature. Other people found it useful, especially after the sauna.
However, the 2 are in separate areas, so one needs to walk through the main corridor to swap between these.
The jakuzzi had nice warm water with coloured lights, but the air flows were not that powerful for a "massage-like" experience. Probably it would have compensate withthe massage, but we arrived too late to be able book any.
Very large windows, that is a big big plus, the minus being the lack of windows in the bathroom, combined with a not functioning air extraction system (or maybe it was functional, but didn’t have enough power to refresh the bathroom after it being used.

Amazing food. Good bed, i slept very well in it.

PRO:
1) cleaning, the Place was smelling of detergents since we stepped in the receptions, you notice people cleaning around everywhere in the morning, the room was spotless.
2) room noise, we couldn't hear any sound, maybe also affected by the non presence of anyone next to us.
3) swimming pool and jacuzzi, very nice feature, small, but nice.
4) quality of breakfast, (not size), the food quality and preparation was above average.
CONS:
1) room setup, you get in the room and it looks like an office, it is strange to step in and you can't see the bed cause there is a small cupboard which holds the tv at the feet of the bed, the tv could be hung at the side wall.
2) breakfast choices and location, the food is very good but there is a lack of choices, for example a simple croissant and more international breakfast choices would be great moreover, the breakfast is served in the langos place that belongs to the restaurant while they have a big and private event room next to it unutilized.
3) structure setup and elevator, the elevator goes up to the second floor so if your room is at the third you have to climb the stairs, the third floor has a kind of kitchen with a functioning stove on a side of the floor (strange) and yet, there are no pots, pans or silverwares if someone would like to use it

Overall a good stay, but if I would have to define the place in stars I would say it's a 4 stars hotel, more 3, for sure.

The best staff. English speaking. Courteous and friendly. Rooms are real 4 star quality hotels. Amenities are also of four star quality.
Breakfast was really good.
I would recommend.

Secure parking (for a small fee), it has elevator, good breakfast.
