The spa lobby is very nice and very clean. The dinning room was great for our big group of 120. Since we had a fixed menu it did keep the cost down. The staff was very accomodating and friendly, the accomodation was spacious and clean, the included breakfast and dinner were tasty and huge portions. The entrance of the thermal bath os literally 5 minutes walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a non-high end hotel, but near to the spa center. Breakfast is normal buffet, for dinner you can choose from 2 menus.

Value for the money is great. Quality of food served is more than Ok, maybe not great, but just good. Distance to the aquapark is perfect.

Spacious room (with two beds), very clean. Quiet location located within 5 min walk from the spa complex entrance. Staff was very helpful and they speak English well. The only minus was breakfast. It was not varied.

The rooms are well equipped, but the service is not so great and the food leaves a lot to be desired.

Based on the preliminary briefing, we found the accommodation easily. We had a warm welcome, the receptionist on duty provided all the information regarding our stay. The hotel is simple, not fancy, not luxurious, but the crisp snow-white bed linen and the sparkling bathroom met our needs in every way.
