A good hotel with large, warm rooms. It is warm everywhere, including the corridors and tunnels connecting the treatment base and the Aqua Park. The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open. The meals of day (breakfast and dinner) are well variable during longer stay (we had a 5-night vacation) and we did not get bored of "all the same on different days" meals - it was not the case here.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms leaves a lot to be desired. We booked a stay for two adults and one child. On the spot we learned that you have to pay extra for the child because he is 10 years old. It is a pity that when placing an order, there is no indication of the age of the children.

Oh my gawd this was an awesomely great hotel. I mean wow... altho i would kinda liked if they had better TVs but i dont mind them bcs i spent most of my time in the pool they had.

The hotel has seen better days. Needs a lot of small renovations and investments. Rooms were clean, however during our 3 night stay nobody took iur garbage or cleand the rooms. Pool was ok. Breakfast and dinner were mediocre. Stuff was polite and helpful.

Elevator was broken, TV remote didn't work, pool closes pretty early, but it was clean with climate control and decent breakfast. Not bad.

The staff was accomodating and kind but the facilities left something to be desired in some respects. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no WiFi in the rooms only in the common areas. The minifridge in the room worked rather well but it has been damaged by one of the previous guests. But the room was spacious, so was the bathroom. Spacious room. No hairdryer,no kettle in the room. Not good for very little children as people are allowed to be really noisy until 10pm (loud talk and disco music in the room).

We were here now. The accommodation is located in a quiet street in the city center. The staff and the management are kind and friendly. The food is homey and plentiful. The placement is impeccable, everything is provided for good relaxation. I can only recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be returning guests from now on.

We held our 10th year class meeting in the Restaurant section of the Pension. They were maximally willing and flexible with them. The buffet dinner served was very delicious, home-cooked and plentiful! We had a great time, thank you for the opportunity, we will definitely be back in the future! :)

Nice hotel, with spacious rooms, all-you-can-eat breakfast and dinner served in the restaurant downstairs. There is a playroom next to the restaurant where kids can play while their parents eat.

"Hotel Aurum" deservedly wears its four stars. Coziness, comfort, restaurant and service of all staff at a high level. Who has problems with the musculoskeletal system then you are here, in "Hotel Aurum".

Lovely staff and great apartment. You can have private jacuzzi time for an hour every day when you ask for it. It's in the same street where the big bath is,only 10 minutes walk.
