There weren't many people, so we got a big sunbed. On the ground floor there was also a restaurant where we had breakfast and dinner. The food was delicious, you could choose anything from the buffet

There was a bug on my blanket. We also had to go through many corridors in order to get to the pools. I enjoyed the wellness part, because there were many different pools. My favorite one was the mineral bath

Great service at the highest level, a good menu, and always fresh products + live music. The extensive pool area is of high standard, although it's clear it has been around for some time

Initially, there was a shortage of sunbeds, but when one of the guests pointed it out, the staff reacted quickly and replenished them

Rooms are clean and thoroughly cleaned every day - although with some minor shortcomings (lack of air conditioning remote control - but managed to start it manually, Jacuzzi needs cleaning! especially its hydraulic system

If anyone is considering where to stay, unequivocally only Silver! The facility provides everything that is needed so there's nothing to worry about - you can spend the entire holiday without leaving the premises

A light renovation of the facility, add few details ( small gym will be graet idea ), and you can easily can upgrade from four stars to five! Greetings to the manager :-D See you next year

Over the past two years, there has been an increase in the game room from 100 to 500 forints, which was a bit unpleasantly surprising for the kids, but oh well

Sauna aroma treatment course excellent with light snacks and refreshment( plenty) had to pay extra but was worth it. Something for everyone meat, fish, vegetarian, same at breakfast. Everything is fresh and homemade

Nice 4 star superior hotel, good quality but not so expensive. They have a very nice and big own spa area with a variety of pools and really good services

They even have pedicure fishes which is a cool thing to try if given the opportunity to. I also enjoyed the table tennis there (I also had luck with some very well playing guests)

The breakfast is in another hotel during the weekdays. It was raining and we were all wet. Really bad experience, although the food and service was great.

General impresion is good but in details hotel is not a 3*. Very small rooms with decent equipment. Room cleaning service is poor, definitely 3*. Both meals -breakfast and dinner are excellent

Nobody speaks English unless really necessary. All gritings are in Hungarian, only. Overall a good hotel at premium prices

We very much apreciated the pools, either the ones with thermal watters, or the big one, for the swimming. As a recommendation for the hotel rooms, we consider that the air conditionnning should be a must

It is a nice hotel with a reasonable standard and at a reasoneble price. Breakfast is so so. Good underground carpark and good family appartments with an effective aircon.

Did not make use of the kitchen in the aparament but saw it was equiped well you could easy cook a meal there. There is a bar at the hotel which I found to be quiet expensive compared to other local bars

A very nice place with comfortable parking and nice rooms. The kitchen is your tipical Hungarian quality, which is well above average. Only downside is the view, nothing realy to offer

As a three-star hotel it gives you what you look for in this level. A pool for having some fun, jacuzzi, a small sauna, breakfast and dinner included if you opted for that

The arrangement of tables and chairs could be much better in the restaurant. The staff is very nice and do what you need. The temperature was very hot inside and not sure if this was intentional because of the weather

The interior is a bit hectic in terms of choice from the 90's and 80's to recent days. This creates nostalgic feelings if one lived the days in those years in Hungary. The selection of food is enough for this level

The restaurant is in the basement and there was an Easter party on Saturday night which was very noisy for us staying on the first floor but it ended by half past 9 pm so we could go to bed which three children

One of our rooms was the closest to the elevator that turned out to be lousy when operating. Nevertheless we were tired so we could sleep well

Oh my gawd this was an awesomely great hotel. I mean wow... altho i would kinda liked if they had better TVs but i dont mind them bcs i spent most of my time in the pool they had.

Elevator was broken, TV remote didn't work, pool closes pretty early, but it was clean with climate control and decent breakfast. Not bad.

The minifridge in the room worked rather well but it has been damaged by one of the previous guests. But the room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and there was some variety as well

The staff was accomodating and kind but the facilities left something to be desired in some respects. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no WiFi in the rooms only in the common areas

The hotel has seen better days. Needs a lot of small renovations and investments. Rooms were clean, however during our 3 night stay nobody took iur garbage or cleand the rooms. Breakfast and dinner were mediocre
