It was the dirtiest, smelliest and overall worst hotel I‘ve ever been to. We went with our friends, who also had a dirty room and the same experience. The smell in the room was very unpleasant. We had our child with us and the cot they gave us was also dirty, quite used up and I would be ashamed to even offer to customers such a cot. The chairs in the dining room were also in desperate need of cleaning. The walls and the wallpapers in the hallway were also scratched and dirty. What was also nearly shocking was that since they are supposed to be a 4 star hotel, the wellness they offer is basically located in a „partner“ hotel a couple of hundred meters away from the hotel itself which is impractical and in my opinion a way to fake and somehow get the 4 stars but I will for sure never ever visit this hotel again. What was also unpleasant is that they accommodated - with a sincerest all due respect - some workers (construction?) during the week who were always wearing their dirty „work outfit“ everywhere - and the hotel is also called Hotel Aurum Family „A“ which is not very fitting for families with children. Again, I mean no disrespect. I was just wondering how is it they could have afforded „this hotel“ as it was a 4 star price range. We visited the city 2 months before in the nearby Hunguest Beke hotel, for approximately same price but comparing that hotel to this one is just not even possible. I would recommend to have this hotel re-evaluated by a professional institution to evaluate if it is really fitting to be a 4 star hotel! An absolute all time lowest for me.

Room with very bad conditions. the water from the bathroom flows into the room when you take a shower, dead insects on the floor, the carpet in the room with an intense smell of dust. Dinner and Breakfast were reasonable. the swimming pool and the fitness room are not available.
We had to leave a day earlier because the problems could not be solved. The rooms were not cleaned the next day.

I stayed there for 9 nights, bc of a business trip.
At the first day where I arrived at the hotel, i thought it a good one, bc the next building to this hotel looks super nice and called aurum hotel without family in the name.
Then the rooms look on the picture way bigger as they are, they're not so big.
I asked for a room service bc after few days, it might be nice to get a new towel, didn't get one.
I also asked, if it possible to get one plate in my room, they said I have to eat down in their dining room and I cant take it with me.
The room smells like after the carpet.
Price is super overpriced! It's a shame!
The only good point is the location but the rest its super bad.
