Best sevice in Hajdúszoboszló! Thermal pools are fantastic, food is great. All staff members are polite and helpful. The Hospitality Manager, Gabriella and the Event Organizer, Lajos were both very professional

Great service at the highest level, a good menu, and always fresh products + live music. The extensive pool area is of high standard, although it's clear it has been around for some time

Overall, however, very positive, the best hotel in the area and the whole neighborhood doesn't even come close ;) The drink menu is reasonably priced

Rooms are clean and thoroughly cleaned every day - although with some minor shortcomings (lack of air conditioning remote control - but managed to start it manually, Jacuzzi needs cleaning! especially its hydraulic system

If anyone is considering where to stay, unequivocally only Silver! The facility provides everything that is needed so there's nothing to worry about - you can spend the entire holiday without leaving the premises

Everyone was super helpful and nice. The food was amazingly delicious! We enjoyed it so much! There is a great selection of dishes for any taste. As soon as the tray gets empty, it gets quickly refilled

The room is spacious and the service excellent, I cannot say very good for the dinner buffet as most of the product were not of my liking

There is no spa with a sauna in the hotel. On the positive side, food was relatively good. Overall the hotel can be classified no more than 3 stars and is clearly overpriced for the level of service and stay provided

General impresion is good but in details hotel is not a 3*. Very small rooms with decent equipment. Room cleaning service is poor, definitely 3*. Both meals -breakfast and dinner are excellent

One of the best accommodation in Hajdúszoboszló, easy access to the strand (outside pool, spa) but in case if bad weather, the hotel has it's own pools and relax area. Can onky recommend it

Food was very good, nice room but a bit dusty and small, services are good and personnel very kind, so overall happy.

Sauna aroma treatment course excellent with light snacks and refreshment( plenty) had to pay extra but was worth it. Something for everyone meat, fish, vegetarian, same at breakfast. Everything is fresh and homemade

Nice 4 star superior hotel, good quality but not so expensive. They have a very nice and big own spa area with a variety of pools and really good services

Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. The SPA has a pool with thermal water. Everything you need for a comfortable stay here.

They even have pedicure fishes which is a cool thing to try if given the opportunity to. I also enjoyed the table tennis there (I also had luck with some very well playing guests)

The breakfast is in another hotel during the weekdays. It was raining and we were all wet. Really bad experience, although the food and service was great.

The spa lobby is very nice and very clean. The dinning room was great for our big group of 120. Since we had a fixed menu it did keep the cost down. However we were served rice almost everyday for lunch or dinner

good restourant,pay attention that menu is not identical on different languages. personel is not very interesting in your impression-after bringing an order the server is disappeared and returned just to bring a bill

The location is at a 10min walk away from anywhere relevant in Hajdúszoboszló. Price range is average considering the overall good service and very good impressions upon our stay

A very nice place with comfortable parking and nice rooms. The kitchen is your tipical Hungarian quality, which is well above average. Only downside is the view, nothing realy to offer

Prices are a bit higher and food amount a bit less, then again it's a touristic place. The overall food quality is very reasonable.

The door is open from morning to night, so we had to fight with the flies for the food. We bought oven pizza from them one late evening, it smelled very good

Everything is translated to polish and German and this is so good for us. The best in this hotel is food! It's so tasty and waiter (Mr with mustache) is very polite

Value for the money is great. Quality of food served is more than Ok, maybe not great, but just good. Distance to the aquapark is perfect.

Generally nice place. Rooms are stylished. The restaraunt in hotel makes great dishes. The only problem was that in whole staff only one man spoke in english.
