The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. There is also the Bowling alley available for booking. The Spa is nice with wet and dry Sauna, Cold Water Tub, Jacuzzi Pool, and 2 Indoor Thermalwater pools and 1 Outdoor Thermalwater pool, but the water temperature of the outdoor pool was most of the time too low, at maybe 30-35° C(Dec. 2024 with 2°C outside). The so called renovations from 2021 are most of them poor quality fixings. The rooms are really old with poor finishing touches. Bathrooms same - outdated, but with good ventilation. There are 4 elevators to travel with between the 11 stores of the building. If needed, you get a parking place at a daily extra cost.

Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

I try make booking for me and my friends ( 4 families all together ) but staff hand up our phone before we could even choose a dates ! Frist date what we planed was unavailable but connection was really poor so to make sure I ask the " gentleman" if he could understand me correctly.He answer me with anger if I don't understand they are fully book and he hang up on me ! I try call back but he was keep putting my phone down soon as he hear me saying hello. VERY DISAPPOINTED ! We book somewhere else ! Great decision ! There is another wellness hotel very close witch welcome you with friendly staff .

Dirty water in the pools (outside and inside) and too crowded! This was not the case in the past. Water used to be changed every night!!! Not enough food and later replaced with cheap substandard food and not that many choices! Small outdated bathrooms and toilet seats that were too small for the WC and were moving side to side. I don't think anybody in this hotel checks the the quality of the rooms including the bathrooms. Outdated bathrooms altogether. Moreover, to circumvent the use of air conditioning the remote control was removed from the room!!! If I pay for my room it is my decision to use or not to use the air conditioning!!! Mandatory 10:00 check out!!!! Never seen this before. If you ask for late check out you have to pay 3000 HUF /person. In my view the standard check out is 1200!!! Since they brought many groups from outside EU they lowered the standards which should not be the case since everyone is paying. And not to mention the price keeps going up every time I returned but the standards seem to go the opposite side. After being a regular customer I decided to give up on this hotel and move up to a better hotel.

Well located hotel on main pedestrian street with pool and fitness of its own. Somehow the rooms were still not noisy while balcony door was open. The meals of day (breakfast and dinner) are well variable during longer stay (we had a 5-night vacation) and we did not get bored of "all the same on different days" meals - it was not the case here.

We spent special moments, we met professional crew and special, friendly people. The hotel conditions are good, the reception, the restaurant and the bar are well-organised and cootdinated în their activities and they are meeting good and various tastes, suitable for everyone. We very much apreciated the pools, either the ones with thermal watters, or the big one, for the swimming. As a recommendation for the hotel rooms, we consider that the air conditionnning should be a must.
