Best sevice in Hajdúszoboszló! Thermal pools are fantastic, food is great. All staff members are polite and helpful. The Hospitality Manager, Gabriella and the Event Organizer, Lajos were both very professional. Great experience defenetelly will visit again.

Great service at the highest level, a good menu, and always fresh products + live music. The extensive pool area is of high standard, although it's clear it has been around for some time. Initially, there was a shortage of sunbeds, but when one of the guests pointed it out, the staff reacted quickly and replenished them. I had a really bad experience with the staff members from the restaurant. I have arrived with my pregnant wife and parents in law 10 minutes before the dinner started (opening hour 6:30 six-thirty)and were told to leave and come back at 7:30(seven-thirty). As you might expect, we felt as we were kicked out, my wife was also hungry and felt really bad. after we went back downstairs at the reception...

We are an elderly couple ( I am 79 and my spouse 70 years old) who stayed at the hotel in the first half of May 2024. We came for14 days of rehabilitation after the full knee replacement surgery. We asked for a quiet room because we have sleeping problems due to our age and pain after surgery. Instead, we got a room on the street side and right to the noisy elevator. We have been guests to several hotels in Hungary but none of them placed a small birthday cake on our dinner table in their restaurant on behalf of the hotel staff remembering our birthdays. When they lit the candle my partner asked me for a piece of paper handkerchief to cover the tears in her eyes.This is the Aqua Sol Hotel in Hajdúszoboszló in Hungary!

The room is spacious and the service excellent, I cannot say very good for the dinner buffet as most of the product were not of my liking. I will go back here to try the thermal bath as this time I was not allowed without vaccine certificate.

My family and I went to this place on vacation in August. I suspected that we would have a great time and I was not disappointed. Really like this place, we were there sevwral times. Kind staff, clean rooms and delicious foods. And finally the Aqua-Palace is next to the hotel.

Absolutley fantastic, we have spent Christmas there, there was alwats something to do for kids and adults. There was no need to leave the hotel. Nice 4 star superior hotel, good quality but not so expensive. They have a very nice and big own spa area with a variety of pools and really good services. They even have pedicure fishes which is a cool thing to try if given the opportunity to. I also enjoyed the table tennis there (I also had luck with some very well playing guests). Large, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfasts and dinners. The SPA has a pool with thermal water. Everything you need for a comfortable stay here.

Nice stuff, very good meals, perfect wellness, with finnish-, steam- and infrasaunas, iceroom, light therapy, salt room, swimming pool, pool for children, thermal bath, so almost everything someone needs. Easy parking. The world famous city bath is just in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

I like this place. Moderated wellness services, but it's just enough to have place to swimm/relax. Not so much children so you can relax. Staff is very polite and helpful

The Food was excellent, there is even decent espresso at the included breakfast. The game room with bar look okay, but the pool tables are made of steel/a lot of metal and feel from the 1950s or earlier. They cost extra/frame, althogh at the reception we were told it is free. There is also the Bowling alley available for booking. The Spa is nice with wet and dry Sauna, Cold Water Tub, Jacuzzi Pool...

Very clean hotel (rooms, spa zone, corridors...), all personnel take care of this, they are polite and servant with customers. Good and plenty food, all tastes available. Good value for the money we paid.

The spa lobby is very nice and very clean. The dinning room was great for our big group of 120. Since we had a fixed menu it did keep the cost down. However we were served rice almost everyday for lunch or dinner. More variety would have been great. As a three-star hotel it gives you what you look for in this level. A pool for having some fun, jacuzzi, a small sauna, breakfast and dinner included if you opted for that. The staff was very accomodating and friendly, the accomodation was spacious and clean, the included breakfast and dinner were tasty and huge portions. The entrance of the thermal bath os literally 5 minutes walk. Definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a non-high end hotel, but near to the spa center. Breakfast is normal buffet, for dinner you can choose from 2 menus.

Value for the money is great. Quality of food served is more than Ok, maybe not great, but just good. Distance to the aquapark is perfect.

Spacious room (with two beds), very clean. Quiet location located within 5 min walk from the spa complex entrance. Staff was very helpful and they speak English well. The only minus was breakfast. It was not varied.

Cold in winter, though rooms were well heated. In summer it's probably got more going on but in winter breakfast was on, dinner was at a nearby place. Rooms aren't too modern but clean and functional. It's not an old style castle if that's what you're expecting!

Generally nice place. Rooms are stylished. The restaraunt in hotel makes great dishes. The only problem was that in whole staff only one man spoke in english.

It suited me in every way. As a senior swimmer the hotel's swimming pool is a positive and thermal pools. For several types of medical treatment there is an opportunity. As a returnee s with the option of club membership account is more favorable. If successful I will spend time there again in 2023.

Cleanliness, polite staff everywhere. Delicious food and variety. What is missing is the air conditioning and the coolers could be replaced. A little bigger. However, the TVs have already been replaced and are great. Basically, we had a great time.

The hotel has seen better days. Needs a lot of small renovations and investments. Rooms were clean, however during our 3 night stay nobody took iur garbage or cleand the rooms. Pool was ok. Breakfast and dinner were mediocre. Stuff was polite and helpful.

Elevator was broken, TV remote didn't work, pool closes pretty early, but it was clean with climate control and decent breakfast. Not bad.

The staff was accomodating and kind but the facilities left something to be desired in some respects. There was no shampoo in the bathroom and no WiFi in the rooms only in the common areas. The minifridge in the room worked rather well but it has been damaged by one of the previous guests. But the room was spacious, so was the bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and there was some variety as well

Spacious room. No hairdryer,no kettle in the room. Not good for very little children as people are allowed to be really noisy until 10pm (loud talk and disco music in the room).

Nothing else to say. Everything perfect. Owners great. We can only recommend and thank the owners once again in this way.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Pani Inga (właścicielka) mówi dobrze do polsku, jest bardzo serdeczna i gościnna. Consierge (Ukrainka) chciałaby nieba uchylić:) Atmosfera w Hotelu bardzo swojska. Do dyspozycji gości kuchnia, lodówki i czajniki. Wygodny parking dla samochodów. Lokalizacja - znakomita, około 500 m do basenów.

Superfriendly and willing staff. We had a very spacious room. There is a very nice garden around the hotel. There is private parking on the hotel property. The location is also very good - not too far from the promenade and restaurants.

It is great - the room we are renting is clean - there is a fridge, bathroom, shared kitchen with everything a tourist needs to prepare a meal, wi-fi, a nice hostess with whom you can talk in Polish. The facility is located in a quiet and peaceful area. , and the center and swimming pool are close. It is cheap.
