Really good place . Nice calm atmosphere in the port.
But food after 2 yers went to really average :-(
We had halfboard and breakfast and dinner were not really good.
We understand that to have much variety is not efficient, but would be good to have at least good quality. There is big room for improvement. Put little bit more heart into it.
We misssed sourdough rolls for example for breakfast.
Something small for chlidren would be good as well. (Kid dishes , kids corner in the dining room etc)
Small details makes difference. Please think about it.

Nice lokation just by the lake. Very big pool and a jacuzzi. Nice food and friendly service.

Located close to the lake Balaton at Sió canal. Food and rooms I’d consider it as average. The indoor pool is good also the water temperature is ok. However the roof terrace of the pool is quite dirty.

A beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and tidy with beautiful view. The food is excellent. Recommend.

The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. The food was delicious.

The staff at the reception seems to be the only ones to be welcoming and really hosting guests. The restaurant staff is not interested. I was waiting more than 10 minutes in the almost empty restaurant during dinner and the servers were only coming to the table after I ordered my drink at the bar. The buffet was more like a hostel and not worth a 4 star hotel.
The room I had was clean but in a probably older part of the building and also looked old.
All in all I was expecting a lot more.

❗️We don't want to be rude, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't deserve four stars. Three stars - yes, due to the standard. The rooms definitely need to be renovated, cleanliness is also not a priority for the hotel. (in the restaurant, rooms, balconies and at the pool!) Most of the staff was very nice, but there were also people who couldn't say "good morning" etc., but they could only stare at us. Unfortunately most of the staff don't speak English. Why?
Unfortunately, the website has incorrect information. We traveled with a child and wanted to use the beach next to the hotel. On the website there is information that there is also a small swimming pool outside, for children. Not true. The gentleman at the front desk said that this pool hasn't existed for two years. We were upset. The undoubted advantage of the hotel is location and the beautiful view of Lake Balaton. The food was also tasty. We also thank you for your understanding for our daughter.
We like to travel and stay in different hotels. We have been working in the hotel industry for years, in high-standard hotels. We are sorry that this won't be a hotel we will return to.

The hotel is 4 stars...locates where all the private yachtes. Beautiful and quiet place, the hotel has many spacious places for relaxing. Inside Pool is very good, jacuzi and sauna services. Clean and neat. View to lake and you have chance to see yachtes and boat. Room facility is abit old but very clean. dBreakfast and dinner was fabulous. Not many kind of food but every single food is amazingly tasty. Children playground is nice and inside playing room is very interesting.

Hotel on Balaton side. Looks good from the outside. Some rooms are new, some feel little bit old. Wellness was ok. We had Problem with staff, not so helpful and very slow.
