Very nice place to visit. A lot of activities are available the restaurant is good. I feel the quality of the food is great however the diversity is not very big.

The hotel is heavily understaffed, and everything is very slow. Wellness is not maintained, half of saunas are turned off to save energy cost. They have never heard about customer focus

Wonderful place. Nice room, polite staff. Food is nothing special, but you won't be hungry. The spa itself is ok, but rather dirty. All in all, it is recommendable.

DInner and breakfast were OK, although we had requested vegetarian and gluten-free food but on the buffet dinner main choices there was nothing that was GF veggie

Very kind staff. Clean and big rooms. The place is well equiped with a lot of facilities like sauna, swimming pools, steam cabin, infrasauna etc. and nevertheless it is a SILENT place.

It's a lovely spa with polite staff and well equiped facilities, including (surprisingly) high quality 5-a-side pitch (adtroturf, rubber crumb) and clay tennis court + squash court (didn't see the squash court though though so can't comment too much on it)

The staff is really friendly and helpful, the rooms are huge and very very clean and the bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast was good (buffet with meat, cheese, milk, tea. ) in particular the coffee was amazing

Spent a night here following a trip around Hungary during the week of National Day (and en route to Lake Balaton) the location is good, a few mins drive from Lake Velence (walkable If you'd like) and very quiet

The pool/jakuzzi area is quite nice and since it's indoors you don't need to worry about the cold! We were there on a small conference weekend and the conference room was spacious and came in very handy for those late nights

A cute hotel right on the Velence lake shore. really nice view and generally on a very beautiful spot. It has 2 billiard tables and a mini pingpong which is a pretty nice way to spend your afternoon

Check out at 10 was too early. There's no private beach, it's close to the lake. Room 23 had air conditioning which was great. The place looks like it's not being managed, a lot of things look broken for a long time

Overpriced, too expensive and seems quite abandoned. Was the only thing we found and it was not too bad but for that money there were better things, we were told 40 euros the night but it was per person

Cute hotel, but some of the rooms are somewhat oppressive. Food was OK, right beside the beach but has no direct beach access due to vegetation.

It is very scarce for families, and we couldn't put the wet swimsuit or towels anywhere, only on the chairs on the balcony. This, in turn, only works in the summer

The city has a rich history and a great atmosphere, but hardly any tourists – for the first time in Hungary, I heard Hungarian all around me, and I loved it (I love learning different languages, but 🇭🇺 is really difficult)

The food in the restaurant was amazing! I was nicely surprised by the gluten-free bread option at breakfasts, well done! Great place for relax with children - we especially enjoyed the outdoor thermal pools

The rooms are next to the kids pool area but we didn’t find it a problem, when too loud, closed window does its job. Staff was friendly and trying to help

We come here many times, the room, the bathroom are clean, the whole hotel has a laundry. The administrators are kind and helpful, there are magicians in the restaurant, I can only recommend it.

The rooms are really great, the bathroom is much bigger than in an average 4star hotel. The park could be a nice background of a wedding ceremony with the small bridge over the lake

One evening we got a non-chilled white wine which is probably the only thing I could mention. Apart from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

They have a bar, a resturant, a pool with infinity settings for laps, hot tub, and one of the best massages I have ever had. The staff is without question the heart of the hotel

The restaurant is incredible, I love the Korean food options and their weekly special was incredible too. The spa has a lovely pool and jacuzzi, and some great saunas to choose from. Would definitely go back again

Visiting Dunaújváros and finding a great place to have dinner was kind a surprise. This place serve quality food, healthy dishes and good beer. Personnel speaking English and making you feel great.

Very nice hotel with very nice people. Upon arrival they gave a map of Budapest and a guide in Russian. They speak German, which was especially nice. Delicious breakfast in the morning

They also coordinated with the ambulance service to ensure my transfer to the airport was smooth. On top of that, they brought a lovely breakfast up to my room each morning and even delivered the food I ordered myself

This hotel offers a very good value for money. Yes, it is quite far from the city center, but there is a bus nearby that gets you in 15-20 mins to the city center. You can park freely and the parking is very safe

Nice hotel in the hills of Budapest. Beautiful view over Budapest from the balcony. And the price is excellent, good value for money. Excellent public transport connections to the city only 10 min on foot

The Budai Hotel is definitely a place to stay if you don't mind that the nearest public transport station is about 8 minutes of walk and 20 minutes of bus or tram ride from there to city center (by the way you can get to the center of Budapest from that station without changing lines), if you don't mind that the hotel is not very modern (no AC for example) and you can have only breakfast ( if you are...

The staff is very friendly and they will assist you with everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as it can be. I will surely stay there again. As a bonus from the terrace a beautiful panorama delights your eyes

I stayed at this hotel while passing through and it was a good choice for a short rest. The price was reasonable and there’s a safe open parking area right in front, which you can pay for directly at the hotel

There are 3 different sauna, steam room, swimming pool, large hot tub, salt room, multiple sunbeds both indoors and outdoors etc

The hotel also has spa and wellness facilities that you can use. The pools and hot water were nice, and breakfast was included. Everything was clean and well maintained, so overall a successful hotel

We used the pool extensively and was especially popular with our son. Our room was clean and so far everything in order, only the walls should get a new color, as some signs of wear were visible

Really good value for the price we booked. (Probably last minute offer, really cheap...) A little bit old school but the services (spa, pool, gym, superb breakfast) makes you forget this.

But I couldn’t help thinking if I were to eat it while walking out, how would that be counted? Even more interestingly, the next morning a different breakfast lady was on duty, and she was very nice, we saw another guest take an apple right in front of her and leave, so clearly there was no actual policy about charging guests extra for that

The room was spacious, had AC, and the breakfast was quite good. Overall, good value for money. There was a bit of noise, but with earplugs and an eye mask, it was fine

I booked this hotel quite a while ago and stayed for 4 nights. The location was good, not right in the city center, but with a bus stop and tram stop just nearby

When we stayed there there were alot of people staying by the pool when going out for breaks from a conference room. Pool water clean, spa is small but nice. Unfriendly staff except the lady from the welness area

Their garden (more like a park) is full with toys and playgrounds for kids, and looking over a dense forest. And dogs are allowed at the restaurant too. It's just 10 minutes away from the popular green hiking trail

It'a nice to stay 1 or max 2 days to relax however relaxation at the pool is dependent on the events they have with big groups of people

Outside there are plenty of playgrounds on an enclosed area which is amazing if you travel with kids. Also the pool had a good size and a little plattform for kids who can’t swim yet

It’s absolutely unprofessional to not inform hotel guests about this invasion (I assume some kind of summer camp) since we assumed the pool was exclusively for hotel residents

Although no breakfast provided at this accommodation all facilities including a toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates dishes, microwave and washing up facilities were freely available in a pleasant dining room for all guests

Warm, clean, fresh towels every dsy and a great breakfast. Every tea or coffee you could want for breakfast but that was it. If you wanted a hot drink you had to walk 15 or so minutes to find somewhere

The bathroom is also new with a glass shower and all the courtesy amenities such as a hairdryer, towels, soaps, etc. The staff is friendly and speaks English correctly, even some Italian

A great bonus is that there is a pool and sauna on the top floor. We found at breakfast there is something for everyone and the garden room and restaurant used for breakfast is nice and relaxing

They even fixed the room twice! The 9th floor has a small but very pleasant pool with awesome atmosphere (and sauna). I will keep as a reference for a future visit

Second time at this hotel this year. The Hotel Belvedere is well positioned in the city and for the price we think it is excellent value. Standard rooms are comfortable clean with nice bathroom and may have a balcony

Some people expect too much from what is rated as a 4 star hotel and must take into account what they are actually having to pay. Over all I would recommend the Belvedere as excellent value for money

During winter, the outdoor pools and a large restaurant are closed. When you open at 6 am little people, 7:30 am - in thermal for 4 people, swimming in 15 people

The river-view rooms get a lot of sun. While the shady side rooms, and the common areas were quite cool, even in July, The 2 days when the temp got up around 30c, it was a bit warm. The rest of the time it was fine

Three of those have a large balcony, which is perfect for an evening drink and cigar. :) Note: As is common in traditional European hotels, these rooms are NOT air conditioned. They have copious windows and a fan

Would give 5 stars but with a caveat. We had a room with a balcony and views of the Danube. The room is large with beautiful antique furniture. The room has a Minibar but no kettle

Although I didn’t include breakfast in my booking,I went to check it out,but the dining area was full. In the end, I had breakfast at another hotel

The 1st room we had, room 100,had a few issues, bathroom door wouldn't shut, wardrobe door wouldn't move, quite a major one tbh, the shower trap was blocked, completely, it flooded the bathroom

We had a great holiday but it was spoiled, there's no way a shower trap can block to the point the bathroom was ankle deep in water, that's a long term issue that wasn't addressed
