Our stay at this hotel was outstanding. We could not believe that proximity to the beach, just steps out the front door and across the promenade. Everything was so clean.
Out concierge, Alon, was so helpful, he found us an excellent restaurant just down the promenade from us.
They had towels available for the beach and we thought the breakfast was excellent! It's also so nice to have the cookies, coffee, and tea available at any time.

We stayed for two nights.
The location is unparalleled. Beach is right on the door step. The hotel is small and very familial. The staff: Alon, Benny, Daniel and Yuri were exceptional. It is clear they like what they do and care about the guests. Alon and Benny were a god send when it came to parking. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Highly recommend 💫

Pro: The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is fantastic. Love the coffee machine (can make fancy coffee drinks)
Cons: The rooms are very outdated. Our shower started to leak (I mean gushing water), and the staff (thank you, Alon!) moved us to the suite, and the suite is fantastic. The regular room is very small, suite is very spacious.

From a very warm welcome as we walked through the door, through absolute no reason to complain about anything, lovely breakfast, selection of cakes , free coffee and water available throughout the day.
To the absolute best location, 15sec from the beach and 15min walk to centre.
I cannot recommend this place enough, will definitely return!

We found this place after a horrible Airbnb experience in Tel Aviv. The suite room was cute and felt far more homey than I expected. The location is incredibly close to the beach. But the best part by far is the service. In Israel you're far more likely to meet rude service people than good ones so when you find the good ones make sure to let them know.

Great spot right next to the beach. Can take the bus to get to it. Very friendly staff who were helpful and accomodating when we needed assistance. They treated us like we were friends well after we had checked out. Best breakfast we had while in Israel.

So happy we found the Abratel Hotel & Suites. We had booked an Airbnb nearby and that fell through at 9 PM at night. I found Abratel online, reviews looked good and our family of 4 booked one night. Alon at the front desk greeted us, got our room ready and offered us fresh cookies. This type of great customer service is awesome!
We loved the location. A 30 second block from the beach. Perfect.
Everyone at Abratel was so kind. Thanks Alon, Sandrine and Beny. You guys are the best and we will be back next year.

Unfortunately we got an awful service, especially from the guy who's working in the kitchen, who's speak Russian. When we were at the desk to check in, he thought we aren't speak Hebrew and said, "give them the hire price that you can", in Hebrew, my partner turn and said, "if you think we didn't understand, surprise, we are spending Hebrew too". Already negative experience. Sad. And obviously, I'm not recommending this hotel. However, The location from the beach is awesome.

This was not our first choice hotel but we were let down by another hotel and we came to the Abratel Suite Hotel. The hotel is ideally located for the beach, markets, restaurants. The rooms are clean tidy and staff very friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble. A continental breakfast is included and is always fresh.
