An elegant hotel, from the lobby to the room we were staying in, i loved the design, colours, lights .. The staff were very nice, the bar was very good. Good drinks. There was a bartender called ‘nadim’, very professional. The food was good, with a lot of choices. I recommend..

Big hotel, not fancy but well located just few minutes from the Old City by walk. Rooms can fit any request from handicap to family rooms, twins, triple etc. and are spacious enough usually. Huge dining room with possibility to host private events in a separated area. Synagogue, parking, lobby bar, souvenirs shop also available at the hotel.

The room was dirty,the carpet was wet,the lavatory door lock didn't work(and as a woman you want your privacy),the room smelled of smoking and when we complained about it they sent someone who put air freshener (while we had DND on the door-they came in when we were out with a DND sign),the food was heated and not warm,the orange juice was like coloured water,You can't have coffee and cake in the lobby , no room service, if you wandidn'buy drinks while having dinner you have to go to the lobby and order it(bought from outnice.and took it with me in the end cause couldnt be bothered) I do enjoy giving positive feedback but I have to admit my husband and I didn't enjoy a bit,you pay money and you don't get the proper deal for it in return. The staff was quit nice.

I ordered 17 rooms for a celebration of “ Shabbat hatan “ what a great service of the workers at the hotel they fulfill all my needs, food was great, the pray halls was ordered for us , the pool was fantastic, room were clean and tidy , from the first call to staff it was so helpful and arranged

This hotel is placed well about 15 minutes to the Damascus Gate which is one of the entries to the old Town.
Food was more or less the same every day.
Rooms are a good size, our room had a bath and side shower.
Beds were reasonably comfortable.

My husband and I stayed one night. The tour company we were with booked this place. We are glad it was only one night. The rooms are old and out dated. They are clean. The staff overall don’t seem to smile and their manners are abrupt and rude. Breakfast was like a cattle yard with mediocre offerings. The internet exists just to say they have it, it is very weak.

If someone is so unhappy to stay in this hotel, be warned to expect nothing at all from the staff. My checkin was accomplished by a girl in a steady bad mood; asked about finding some restaurant nearby she just showed me the door and told me to walk around. There was no water in my fridge, hence I called room service to order 2 bottles costing ILS 20 each. Only one was fetched but before bringing the second I had to pay, in cash, in advance. A ILS 50 was produced by me and the guy told me to wait for the order and the change. Another guy brought the water and was just leaving when I asked about the change. He said that no change was owed and a tough argument took place taking more than half an hour to be solved. Communicated about the issue the bad tempered recepcionist just heard as it seemed routine. During breakfast the guy in charge with the eggs was frying omelettes talking through mobile phone with no breake and paying no attention to the hosts orders. It looks like all the staff is aloof with hosts needs and rudness is the rule. If one doesn't care about being treated like dirt, that's the right place

I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights. The room was clean, a good size and it had a fridge that we really appreciated as it's good to keep water cold as it's hot here. All the staff have been really helpful and always chatted away to us. We had brekfast every morning that was tasty, a good selection of food. We also had dinner a few nights too. Again, the food was varied and really tasty and it's all kosher just incase that is important for people thinking of visiting. The hotel is in a good location, just a 15 minute walk from the Damascus gate of the old city so easy to get to, to go exploring all the sights down there and of course the markets. All in all we had a great stay.
