Beach: public, sandy beach 80 m away, the first coastal line. Towels are free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. The length of the beach – 500 m.
On the hotel territory: 2 restaurants (1 a'la carte), 1 bar, 4 conference halls (to 300 persons), 1 indoor pool (heated), SPA center, Laundry, elevators, mail services, safe Deposit box at reception (free), business centre

My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. The service is excellent, with attention to all details.
The location - right on the beach - is perfect, especially if you want to take advantage of the seashore and the promenade. Cafes and restaurants abound, within very easy walking distance.
The rooms are surprisingly spacious and well-maintained. The lobby and all public areas are kept spotlessly clean.
The breakfast service is outstanding, offering a very rich array of cheeses, fresh fruits and salads, eggs and much more, as well as fresh baked goods, sweet and savory. The dining area is spacious, clean, and orderly.
The hotel manager, Miri, and her staff are friendly, and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is memorable. We definitely hope to come back!

I stayed here, while on a Israel tour, with the Sar-El tour company.
What a beautiful room. Great Shower and towels, view, closet space, coffee counter, table with mirror, room size.
Dinner and breakfast buffets were wonderful. Dining staff were polite.
Interesting, efficient elevator system. Very welcoming staff, and help with luggage.
Free wi-fi was satisfactory. 👍

Decent rooms but need an upgrade. Furniture is old and the mattresses are hard. Location is excellent right next to the beach. Indoor pool and quite clean and safe. Restaurant is decent but the food selection is minimal. Biggest issue is price. Quite expensive for what it is.

The location is good but i wish it had direct access to the beach, Our room had a spectacular view over the beach and a corner balcony.
The lobby employees provided great, and breakfast was excellent. My room was nice size, we had a great time here during my first visit to Haifa, part business part vacation.

The location is good, Some rooms have a view over the beach. The service is great, Kind workers and employees, Great chefs, The rooms are bigger then enough. the hotel is kid-friendly, there's a playroom for the little ones, Thursday shows for the whole family to enjoy. Had a great time here on a family vacation.
