The location is close to public transportation and walkable distance to an area with pubs and restaurants.
The hotel staff are friendly and make sure to immediately take care of your needs.
The room is great for the ocean view and for the space it has.

Rooms below average, sink was clogged. Front desk always took too long to answer phones, several times they just hang up. Although plenty of free parking, get ready to wait several minutes each time to enter and exit the lot.

Beautiful view from our room! Friendly staff. Comfortable bed and great water pressure. Clean. Bountiful breakfast spread, juicer for making fresh orange juice, cheeses of all varieties, pastries, desserts, meats, salads, yogurts, eggs and they make eggs to order - right by the promenade and above the Baha’i gardens. Close to restaurants and groceries.

This hotel is fabulously located just a short walk to the top of the Baha’i Gardens (about 3min) and has a gorgeous outdoor seating area looking over the bay. It is also just a short walk (~5 min) from a bunch of restaurants and stores and a mall! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with my grandma. Especially Valerie who helped us with a speedy check-in, and putting us in a great room that would suit my grandma and I and giving me plenty of information. She made our stay feel relaxing and pleasant.

Rooms are normal, perhaps not the most elegant but they have the basics. Good shower pressure and daily cleaning. Breakfast is ok with options for everyone. Location is great with views of the bay and right on the promenade. Bar service is slow but nice. Reception staff could improve the courtesy. Out of the 3 hotels in the same street, this might be the least recommended- but if it has good prices it's OK...

The rooms offer a nice view of Haifa bay. Location is very convenient with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.
Room are clean but water pressure in the bathroom is kind of weak.
Service during check in was very good, thanks to Hala from the front office for the great service 🙂.

I tried getting information about doing an event at this hotel for about a week. I was given the phone number of the person responsible for coordinating events, Moran.
I contacted Moran and she told me she would get back to me in an hour. A day later, I contacted her again, and again, she told me she would get back to me in an hour.
A day later I contacted her again and asked if we'll actually have an opportunity to talk, and she said yes, but that never happened.
I wrote her to tell her there was no longer any need for her to get in touch with me - I don't do business with people who have such poor customer service. Not surprisingly, I didn't get any response.

Very nice place. Service is top notch. Breakfast however is a disaster. There is no care given to the quality of the food. Gives a bad name to Israeli breakfast and gets me upset for the upcharge that was charged for breakfast.

Very good value for money.
Rooms are a bit small but they are clean, modern (executive rooms), and very well maintained and equipped.
Stuff was helpful and very pleasant. (Especially Hala from the front desk).
Breakfast was excellent and the location and view are both great.
Only small downside was the small and poorly ventilated gym.
We will most likely come again!

An older hotel with smaller but nicely remodeled rooms. All rooms have view of the bay. Breakfast is simple but excellent. Right along a bus route, and walking distance to the trendy shopping area on top of Mt.Carmel. Also walking distance to the top of the Carmelita station of an underground subway up the mountain.
